The truck I rented only had 29 miles to empty and had over 120k miles on it. Truck did not handle well due to play in front end, required a lot of effort to stay in your lane. I did relay this to the person at check in! The facility itself was excellent and the staff were great to deal with.patrick S.

The online app for not having to go inside never works. I spent 15 minutes in the parking lot not being able to access the truck. I had to go inside and do it at the counter. The van windshield was not washed and had dried bug splatters all over it. The van selected by the customer agent was parked in the front row with another van behind it making it impossible to drive off the lot independently...I had to go find a UHaul rep to move the van that was blocking. The customer agent really should keep track of where the vans are specifically parked as she could have selected any of the ones in the 2nd row that would have been clear to use. Mobile pickup never works at this location so I opt for in-person pickup.Alex F.
The communication with this facility was awful. I called several times because we only filled one of the two u box containers that we originally ordered. I told them this before they picked up the boxes, and also called them after the boxes were picked up to make sure we were not charged for both. But we were still charged for both and I had to call and speak with several more people before I was offered a refund. We weren't even told that we could lock the u boxes until after they were picked up. Terrible communication.emily I.

When i looked for the trailer i wanted the first place had it put was broken. Web site said the next place had it so i drove 10 minutes out of my way to go get it. When i got there the young man said that they didn't have the trailer i was looking for. They had a different one that was $10. more then the first one. The truck did it's job. The vehicle maintenance for a 26' is needed. The oil change light appeared from the start, the power steering was questionable and loud, and leaky sounding air brakes could make it uncomfortable for far drives. I returned my truck before the 24 rental time. I guess they don't keep track of their vehicles because I got a call the day after the truck was returned asking if I was keeping the vehicle for another day. When I told them it was returned they said they would check in with the office and I wouldn't be charged. They were probably just busy. TWENTY minutes later I get a alert from my Credit Card I was charged. I called the office and spoke to someone who was very condescending breaking down all the fees repeating two days this two days that. I kept telling them I RETURNED YOUR TRUCK YESTERDAY WHY ARE YOU STILL CHARGING ME FOR IT. They apologized and said they would refund me the extra days charges. So not only was I not refunded I was still charged because this location can't keep track of their trucks and are too busy to enter the information in the system and charge customers for their errors. This was a terrible customer experience for myself and how they manage their business.Kayla B.

First--When I brought the truck back the young lady told me I was all set. When she finished checking the previous customers return, she would then check mine. She said they would e-mail me with the adjustment because I did not do the minimum mileage, That was at 10 AM Mon. the 28th. Still waiting to see how much they charged my credit card. I went to drop off the uhaul at the drop off station, and as I was taking pictures of the truck I slipped on ice and completely fell on my back and landed so hard! There was ice in many places and being the fact that it was dark there should be a person putting a lot of salt especially that it's a 24 hour drop off and the fact that I was already in pain do to moving and I already have health issues. I already paid for a month that I am not using, and you can rent out the unit and get a month's rent from someone else, double dipping.
