Have a friendlier staff.

They should not schedule equipment pickup for a customer in another city if they cannot guarantee that equipment will be available. I would like to thank corporate Uhaul for removing the late processing fee from my charges. I would have been back in plenty of time to drop off equipment on time but for the late return by previous renter.

Staff can completely get rude and with an bad attitude. makes me feel like I’m dumb.

I am a frequent customer. Have had a storage there before and have rented a truck on several occasions and every time is great. Kelly the manager is super nice. I was so exhausted after moving that when I took the truck back I just sat down in the chairs they had for customers. And when Kelly came back in, she must of noticed, told me it was okay and offered me a water. Might not seem like a lot but for me it meant so much.

Have more furniture pads available for rental

I don't think it makes sense to charge by the mile and then also have to refuel the truck before returning. Need the return process explained better when initially getting the rental.

Attendant, Antonio Rodriguez, was very nice, friendly, caring. Answered all questions.

Nothing to do with this location but I had to drive 4 hours round trip to pick up a trailer and was never given any miles to do this. I ended up over in my mileage (only 2 but it is the principle).

Even though I thanked the gentleman for the help he was not very customer oriented... rush rush ...but we did appreciate his help even though he was grumpy

No issues location however main uhaul representative moved location of pick up when already at first location and original uhaul was given away to other reservation without any notice was only notified 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for was forced to go out of my way to pick up a different smaller uhaul then I reserved

Your customers service was very poor we had asked for a pickup truck but got a big ass truck the pickup was supposed to be 20 bucks a day we even told your guys up front to let us use the pickup that was parked outside but they said they couldn't we just used it for maybe 1: 30 minutes and charged us almost 50 dollars to pick up a washer now that was ridiculous he had ask me how many miles I was going to use I told 10 to 15 miles now they screwed me good and didn't even give me a kiss for screwing me out of 50 dollars

Maintain equipment better, employee who checked me out was rude. Utility trailers need a one way option.

A little more staff would be nice. It would make an already great experience into an even better one. I am very pleased with the service I received. The two staff members on duty did phenomenal considering the amount of customers waiting.

Returning the truck after hours was hell. I spent 40 minutes on the app trying to find out why my location didn't work. I wish you had a short tutorial over iPhone settings. I have used the app before on a previous rental and had no issues. I finally figured out what location setting was causing the issues. Sunday morning I had this issue to resolve. I guess your customer service doesn't keep good hours. I was on the phone Saturday morning around six and waiting thirty minutes for some one to answer. I wanted to tell them that I would be keeping the truck as second day. The store associate called and I told him that I would need the truck for a second day as my helpers didn't show up Saturday.

Keep the wonderful employees you have. Very friendly and very helpful. Good product knowledge. I highly recommend UHAUL.

The only complaint I have is that with a light load on the truck, the suspension will beat you to death even on a very smooth road!!!

My banking information was compromised so my payment wasn’t made. Manager didn’t even think twice about waving the late fee. Thank you

Improve Your 24 pick up..I lost valuable time (3) hours waiting to pick up my rental...Not happy at all...Time is money...the staff at the location was great but I needed to pick up 3 hours earlier which put me way behind

What equipment, reserved an appliance dolly a month in advance they did not have one. That created an issue. They had the phone number why did they not call. What is the purpose of reserving if it is not available. Granted we were not charged for the dolly but it created a whole new set of problems, we were not prepared for. Moving is stressful enough without UHAUL adding to the problems. UHAUL needs competition so they would have to improve their service.

Looking forward to doing business with you again I've been with you U-Haul for over 30 years doing business and will continue love you guys

Was given the wrong equipment for the vehicle. The employee was literally laying on the counter falling asleep while trying to get my information. I had to wake him up a couple of times. I would like a full refund.

James was rude to me and another customer. I came in from out of state and didn't know a mask was required. He snapped at me for not wearing one. He was wearing a filthy bandana as a "mask" and didn't have it covering his nose.

Nothing. Super easy to drop off especially after hours.

The general manager was exceptionally professional... She was very kind and courteous... Bright and cheerful attitude... showed me everything I needed to know .. .... Thanks Kelly Little... very outstanding management skills.... Odessa location

Employee said I could help him connect the trailer, that it was procedure. So then when he was done he said it's ready and everything works properly. I left and drove away, the trailer popped up and hit the back of my new 2020 ram. I let them know and all they said was sorry. Never had this problem out of all the times I have rented from here. Check the tires

I was there for 2 years. During that time we went to get stuff or put stuff in numerous times. It was always very clean and we'll lit. Even bathroom was always clean. I was worried about the condition of my items after 2 years but everything is perfect. No critters..yay! All the employees are so nice and friendly. The store has everything you need to move. Thank you to Kelly and her crew.

All the ladies are great the gentleman with glaases hispanic great tall gentleman very rude treat people like crap wont answer phone dont like to leave the register at all he worked sunday.

I would rent a storage with U-Haul if I need it again

Moved things in/out several times and only twice had trouble with secured door/minor technical problems which was beyond facility team control yet they always jump to help us

They was helpful when I got there with a very heavy tool box they took it off the truck then when I went to load it for work they wanted to charge me 50$ for insurance reasons wth that's not right

I couldn't have chose a better company than U-Haul. Very friendly service I've been with them 12 years we're just like family and yes I would advise anybody to try U-Haul and storage anytime
