Jazz at the West Irondequoit location was so helpful. She made the process of renting the truck and moving into storage understandable, efficient and quick. I would like to give her very high marks for customer service!!!

This past summer i sold my home and had to move to a temporary location before I found my new home. I rented vehicles for both moves and a storage unit for my belongings in between. Jaz was really helpful and I was very comfortable with the storage. It was clean and secure.

Jazz is the best!! I rent from this location regularly, and Jazz is always super professional and friendly. Always a great attitude and a clean cargo van!!

The customer service i received was top notch...i would sat tho that the vehicle i rented did not have snow tires and it was very difficult to drive due to the fact that it was snowing...however other than that it was amazing.

Not mentioning that you just remember it's black history month when black customers walk in to the establishment. Never will we ever rent from you guys again.

Tank was filled to same level as received 2 miles from drop-off location, but I was still charged $6.80 for gas!

When I dropped off, the sign said to wait in my equipment. After a few minutes, I called the store & was asked to leave my keys in the dropbox. This was fine, but conflicted with the sign & wasted time.

The young man who checked us in, I am so sorry to say, has apparently not bathed in a while. His body odor, and greasy unwashed unkempt hair is a deterrent to me renting from this location in the future. As you can see from my account I am an avid Uhaul user. The young woman who helped us get our cargo van rental, was the best asset your company could have. Unlike the young man who checked us in upon returning, she was professional, courteous, and bubbly. She needs to be commended for her helpful performance and great attitude!

I didn't need to access my storage unit very often during the 9 months I had it, but every time I called the office or did go there, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was always clean and secure. I would highly recommend this location!

Driver seat had stains, oil change indicator light was on. Upon return I waited 10:00 minutes for some one to come out and complete my reservation per the sign clearly posted in return bay. When I went inside to the counter and mentioned I waited for some one to come outside. I got an excuse that they were busy. "They" were Just sitting behind the counter, Did'nt look to busy to me.

I use this particular facility frequently and Jazz and her staff have yet to be outdone. Clean, easy to load and unload and always enough vehicles in stock to meet my needs. My personal favorite in Rochester!

The receipt was not provided upon return of the truck, the attendant told me I had to wait for it to be emailed. When I got it via email I did not understand the terms, I was surprised to see that some mileage was included,And there were other charges that I did not understand. I would have preferred to have a conversation about the receipt when I returned the truck during open business hours.

Originally went to a differ uhaul on E Ridge Rd (which was very busy) and then sent down to this location. Customer Service Rep was very friendly and had me out of there in 5 minutes.

Jazz and James have this location on lock! All aspects of service and presentation are 5 star! I have yet to find a single facility that is better in this whole city.

I use storage facilities frequently for my business and have NEVER had anybody beat Jazz in any category. The staff and standards of this facility are the best I have ever used.

This location was excellent; however reservation was made at location in Webster NY, this was changed to location at 1875 E Ridge Road without notification. When I went to pick up the truck, they had apparently accidentally rented it to someone else. I have had issues with that location before. Luckily, U-Haul located a truck at 1106 E Ridge Road and they were wonderful.

if you need to move quick make sure you get people to help, i had 5 guys help, and it was quick, and even got it done before 6 hours.

Very professional

I have been to this location twice and the customer service is terrible. I'm fairly certain it was the same representative both times. Hopefully, this is just the reflection of an individual and not the company. I will not return to this location the next time I need rental services. I'd rather drive farther and try alternative location.

I ordered a 26' truck, got a 20' truck. They said that location does not even have 26' trucks.

It took longer to get the trailer connected to my vehicle that it should because of how the trailer was stored. Also this was the third location that I had to go to because the trailer I reserved was not available at the previous locations which was very frustrating.

Don't reserve trucks you don't have - I had movers scheduled and paid for through your site and your help merely offered me a new Day and time - - Not acceptable! Don't make me wait in line over 30 minutes Don't give me a truck that has mal-aligned wheels Don't leave empty beer cans under the seats! Clean the trucks so I don't catch COVID Answer your phone ( on hold over 45 minutes waiting before I hung up Answer chat on the website (waited 28 minutes for response Then she ended the chat when I told her the situation was unacceptable! Hmmm - anything else?

I was informed that I would have a copy of my receipt emailed to me. I never recieved it.

Trailer had bad extension cable for lights. Had I not checked before I left, I wouldn't have had any. Original reservation was at U-Haul 1875 E Ridge Rd. Got there and they said they didn't have the trailer I needed (said on-line I'd get $50 if the trailer I reserved wasn't there??). Spent 1/2 hr I didn't have while they switched the reservation to 1106 E Ridge Rd.

Friendly and efficient location. Truck was running well, brakes, acceleration, etc. AC was strong. The person that served me at the location was friendly and worked at a good pace even though he was the only person there. Would definitely rent here again. Only downside, no furniture blankets to rent, but that's always possible.

The employees were nice, and the check in/ return process was better than I've experienced in the past at basis uhaul locations. However, all of the glass in the vehicle was so dirty/ covered in film, that it was actually dangerous to drive, especially in bright sun. Additionally, the vehicle smelled. I was in a hurry, so did not return to the location. I cleaned the glass myself and aired the vehicle out. I told the employee about the issue when returning the vehicle and all he said was "we're having trouble getting good help".

Vehicle returned in the exact same condition as it was in when picked up and a $25 cleaning charge showed up on my final bill!!

Facilities were always clean and secure. Jazz was swell to work with, and always helpful. I have (and will continue) to recommend this location for both storage and rentals.

I had my storage unit for 18 months and never had a complaint. Even when I could not not get into my locker because I blocked the door with items, they climbed in for me and fixed the items away from the door and never had another issue. They were very pleasant.

When I went to pick up my things there were roaches in my dresser drawers. When I informed staff he was not supportive and stated he couldn’t control what people brought in.

Very clean and easy access to my storage

I moved from an outdoor unit at another facility to an indoor one here! Climate control, temperature control, electronic security plus my lock. Clean inside and out, what more could you want?

The gentleman who rented me the stirage was very kind. Rhe facility was always clean. I think the access hoyrs shoyld be til 9pm daily.

My stuff was roach infested and I did not have roaches before I moved it there.

Computer system in office was very slow. Customer service at location was very unprofessional. There was only ever 1 person working. That person was spread way too thin. Water leaked into our unit.
