A hidden gem. I knew the facility housed a U-Haul corporate office but had no idea it was also a brand new, full service U-Haul rental and storage center! General Manager Curtis provided excellent customer service. Just one recommendation: Paint the building orange and letter it up like your other locations!

Although it was not a big deal, I did have to clean the windows on my rental. I'm surprised this wasn't noticed because the windshield was very dorty.

you are asking the wrong questions. None of the problems I was experience was due to the location. The problem was the manner in which my request was processed, the misleading ads to sneak extra fees on your bill, and the difficulty in reaching customer service (cutting 45 mins into my allocated time with the vehicle). The user interface on the Uhaul site is very diffiuclt to navigate and was confusing.

Corporate needs to communicate with the scheduling departments better to know when the locations actually have delivery availability rather than letting the customer know 2 days prior when both sending and receiving the uboxs that the day you schedule is unavailable through delivery

Instead of working with me on the point of contact person who - these days is obviously not going to answer right away due to the fact there are many spam calls- the verification rep names Victor just closed out of my chat and progress- there was no explanation, no working with me, and not enough info on how this whole process was supposed to work in the first place. After panicking and calling - I once again didn't get straight forward information. Was told I needed to start over again and again even though all I had to do was just go back to the reservation. No one attempted to understand or help more than what I'm sure their job title deemed necessary. Will not be working with uhaul again after this

The transition of pick up and delivery of our 15-ft truck rental was extremely easy and went smoothly. Received perfect instructions on the expectations and the truck was very clean. We also received exceptional and friendly service from Ozzie Caldeira.

Loging into my account was fine but it couldn't find my location in that area. I had to call the 800 number I was on hold for over 20 min. Then when dropping off rental it asked for my location again. It couldn't find my location to drop off rental. I had to call 800 number again and it took over 10 to get through. I won't do no contact pickup again. I would rather go to a location with a representative to help me.

The truck was not cleaned and had cat fur all over the floor and passenger seat. I am allergic to it and had to clean and drive with windows open on a cold day. There should be compensation for this. I have pictures. Also, thank goodness for the customer service rep I had to call as the booking agent did not explain the effort it takes to finish the process. Over 35 minutes. Tom. 401 440 5101.
