I'm very displeased I was charged a fee for not putting the gas back at a certain level that is was not at when I received it . I was told I would receive a credit if I put the gas needle at 1/4 line or I would be charged. the gas needle was below that line when I got it and actually spent more money trying to get the needle to the line and was still charged the fee because it was "just below" and not exactly on the line . that issue makes me very unhappy because I feel as if I was overcharged. Also, the truck had a bad tire on it somewhere that was causing a rough ride and a hard pull on the front end. So maybe that needs to be handled so it won't cause the vehicle to use excessive gas.

Store setup is junky. No view of workers at front desk until one has taken several steps into building. No greeting/thank you given during pickup/return. Also was not told that blankets in truck were an additional charge. When I mentioned this when the charge was added, I was told that there was writing on the bag. Maybe so, I certainly didn’t read it; I thought it was advertisement. The manager was also there and he never spoke. Also, why are the ladies working (2) allowed to wear those ridiculously long fingernails?

DID NOT OPEN WHEN AT SCHEDULED TIME! PICK UP TIME WAS ONE HOUR LATER! PICKUP PROCESS NEED SPEED!

This morning, I waited in line almost an hour because there was only one employee working. Obviously, this isn't his fault. However, I do place blame on whoever makes the schedule. This is one of two locations in the entire town open on Sunday. Two! It makes zero sense to not only have one employee working, but to have that one employee responsible for checking customers in, and handlig reservations. An hour! Thankful for good company with those in line, but an hour is outrageous. Aside from that, the vehicle I got was filthy inside. I took photos as proof. The back needed swept and the cab had spills and stickiness on several surfaces. Others and myself asked for other options for vehicles but were told there weren't any... now, I know some may have been reserved for later in the day, but when they're still sitting there after I return my vehicle, I can't help but wonder... Overall, there expect was just okay. The only reason I went here is because when I reserved my vehicle, uhaul automatically sent me somewhere else. And that's another thing. I didn't know that had happened until I got to the counter at the other place. Woodmere. That's when I noticed a text saying the Mobile Hwy location. That was after standing in line at Woodmere for a solid 30 min. That location had even more folks in love and only 3 people working. AGAIN, two places in town open and severely understaffed. So many customers were frustrated.

There is an overage charge for an extra day and we turned the truck and trailer in on the day I was told it was due. When I rented I was told to drop off before end of business on Thursday and I did. The charge was also done without my knowledge or consent and I did not sign the charge slip or acknowledge it or was even informed of it during drop off. I only know of the charge because of the receipt which was emailed to me. I email the person listed and have not yet received a response.

The man at the counter (Justin I think) was amazing. He was very helpful and friendly. He also handled himself very well with the disgruntled customer in front of me.

Had to wait in line both to rent and return. Was at least third customer back. Both times at least one of the customers in front of me had an “issue”. I called the facility to extend my rental an additional day and had to hold an unreasonably long time for a customer service rep. I did not have access to internet service at that time.

Justin and Aaron were awesome! They were very thorough, persistent, and made sure the install was done correctly. The hitch I had installed was adjustable, so it required drilling a couple more holes than normal. The drilling process took a very long time, but Aaron and Justin were determined to get the job done. My only recommendation is to get these guys new tools. New tools would have drastically cut down on this (and other) hitch installs. Again, thank you Justin and Aaron!

I reserved a small 10 ft truck a month in advance to move my daughter out of her dorm home for summer and when I went to pick up on scheduled day I was told all they had was a 26 ft truck. This was WAY more truck than we needed or could handle honestly but we had to take it. I don’t understand how the truck I reserved well in advance was not available to me! Made for a very stressful day trying to handle/maneuver that big truck! Will be looking into other options when we move her back this fall.
