The pads I rented were wet, so unusable. The 3 guys working were super helpful!

The staff were vary helpful in meeting my storage needs.
Move in was a breeze and everything was handled very quickly and efficiently.
The employees at the location of the storage facility were helpful but I had to take a day off of work to drive there in person because no one ever picked up the phone at the location. Every time I called I was rerouted to an offsite customer service rep that would state they couldn't help me because they didn't have access to the accounts at a different location. Tried chatting online and was also told that only a rep at the exact location could help. Leaving messages didn't help either. I would get a voicemail with the general number to call back and no one would pick up again. Tried calling corporate and would sit on hold for 30-40 minutes at a time and then have the same experience. While the face to face employees were helpful, the experience I had moving was horrible with this company. I had to go between 3 locations to get a truck and storage facility and then the size that I ordered wasn't available even though I had paid for it online with a credit card already. Miscommunication from the company only created more issues with trying to relocate out of the area. I have driven over 200 miles extra to deal with issues from moving and using the storage facility. Horrible experience.
gave me wrong unit to start with made me move every thing out of unit and made me move it all back in diferene unit on 100 degree day charged me for 30 boxes when i had 10 wont refune money i will never go back there

My experience was fine with the staff working at the time but I was highly frustrated with the fact thtmat the 10 by 15 I had reserved had been rented to someone else. I needed this size and was not permitted to go bigger in size even though this was not my fault. Smaller didnt really work for what i needed.
Pick up was a nightmare. Only one desk clerk and line was out the door. Should be a way to facilitate picking up if you have a reservation. I get the covid angle but standing in line for over an hour is BS. Why register a pickup time if it's not honored?
I rented a unit online that would be large enough for the contents of a one-bedroom apartment. When I got to the facility, I was told I'd need take a cart back-and-forth to fill the unit, which I'd never had happen before. I ended up having to rent a different kind of unit I could drive up to. I reiterated that I had furniture and boxes from a one-bedroom apartment. When I got to the unit, it was only big enough for a few boxes. I had to go back to the office to get a unit that was the size I requested.
The staff was helpful! They let me view two different sized units to help better my decision. Thanks!

I feel that the prices are very high. The facility hours could be an extra hour. There is never enough staff always have to wait. I ran late four important reason and when I got to the facility I wanted to make sure that I could check out before the staff left. I think they should have oh way that they can access the key and let you be able to still use it since technically it is my last day until at least 10 or 11 because technically it still is my day instead I was locked out from being able to leave and the gentleman inside the desk was not helpful to my friend who went to tell him to let us out. Luckily there was a another employee that was outside other facility that was able to access and help us leave but we still had a couple big things to pick up and we had to leave it outside of the gate because of not being able to still have access. I don't think staff should have to be there to make sure that the unit is clean if I'm paying . They should be able to clean it out the next day that should be their job. We also rented a truck at one point and it is really misleading when they say $19 and some cents for a truck but by the time you include the miles and the hassle of bringing back the truck it was not a quick drop off there is a procedure and very time-consuming I feel that it is very expensive. I guess in a time of need and no one else has a truck a person has to be convinced that this was going to be an expensive rental and realize that they have to close their eyes about the expense of the truck. This is my opinion.
Your price got to high. For a small sheid.

Customer service is horrible, long wait time, not knowledgeable about UHaul services and don’t care of customers needs at all...I had to look for a customer service person twice while I went to make payment and to rent a truck. They pretend not to see the customer. Foul language with each other used. Horrible service!

Didn't care for the messages every hour telling me when the truck had to be back.
Did not realize that I was not able to get credit for the 3 weeks unused storage fee. Especially since it will rented out and paid for again during that time.

Cashier didn’t know what he was doing. I asked him questions he said he didn’t know or he forgot. The guys in the back did nothing to help him. Terrible experience
U can wait in line for 10-15 min with only 1 person in friont of you and no one goes to another register to help line move. Slow here.
Very nice & friendly, but 1 person can't handle all those customers. 1st trip I couldn't do anything because the computers were down. 2nd trip it took an hour to get me my storage unit paperwork done.
Awesome work
Waiting in line for anything is an hour ordeal. Very very unorganized. It took 5 months of me giving them my information to get autopay to actually work simply because nobody knew how to do it correct
They confused our unit numbers and it took several phone calls to correct the issue.. there was not communication between the various people we talked to and each time we had to explain their mistake.

I am actually the son of the renter. She passed away recently and everyone at this location was sympathetic and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for storage.

Absolutely hated the manager who said she'd deny my reservation if I didn't give a 2nd phone #. I don't have a 2nd phone #!! Nobody uses land lines anymore!! Cell phone is glued to my hip & is enough!

I rented the storage unit mid July but didn’t actually move things in until 8/13. I had to get someone to remove the temporary lock from the door. Then I found out that my agreement was cancelled.

The storage facility was clean and well-maintained, but I wouldn't recommend this location solely based on the customer service. The men who helped me were nice, but their manager was rude.
Staff work well together I'm totally grateful for the employees help getting me and my family situated the grace of God blessings is on this place forever grateful eddy and nicole Rogers.

Everything worked out fine. Storage unit was easy to get to. Sometimes the driveways and parking lot were quite full and hard to navigate but that was because those were busier times
Everyone at this location was so helpful. It was easy to move in and move out when I no longer needed to store my items. Thank you!
