Fix the bathroom. Have numbered spots so you can tell mobile check-ins where to find their vehicle. I am disabled and cannot walk all over the huge parking lot, and the truck i rented was buried amongst others. The interior and exterior of the truck was filthy. I had to personally clean the interior of the truck. I was not happy about it, but I was not going to make the trip in a dirty cab. One would think the interiors of the trucks would be spotless given the state of Covid, etcâ€¦. Not sure why the customer has to clean the vehicle when we paid to rent it. I did not have time to request the truck be cleaned by U Haul, since it would have delayed my move.Patrick C.

Intigrate a option to show temporary licence endorsement if picture license is resently past date. I renew online and picture license showed expired. Had to call was on phone 45 mins to resolve. Never emailed my promised receipt to me. Drivers door seal was nonexistent had 6 inches of snow on driver seat.Wayne H.

Fine experience, guy driving uhaul trucks to the front for customers beeped his horn multiple times at my wife who had just dropped me off. Which is kinda rude but whatever. Fine anyways, and quick process.Kendall H.
The only thing I have a complaint about is when I drove my hour commute to this location in order to retrieve items only to find an extra lock had been placed on my unit. My unit was paid up to date, as it always was, so this confused me. I asked multiple employees and no one had a clue why it was there and told me to come back tomorrow. I made another hour long commute and again no answers but this time they had the spare key to the mystery key and told me it was in the managers office whom did not even attempt to reach out. My time, gas and energy was wasted because someone slapped a random lock on my unit without my knowledge or consent. Staff was not helpful with this situation at alllyric j. | Overall Experience

I was asked how I preferred to be contacted (text, email, or phone). I picked text and thought the system worked well fo receiving messages from U-Haul. However, I didn't receive any paperwork at drop off and assumed I would get it in a text message. Nothing came and I called about my receipt. Love the new automated system. However, it fails when you schedule for 1st thing in the morning and a truck is not assigned because all of the trucks were turned in overnight and have not been checked-in. Although the service agent made it right for us, the exterior of the cargo van was a muddy mess. He took the time to clean up the inside cab so it was presentable. They were professional, had the vehicle i needed. I will use them again!Tracy H.

Better fluidity in communication between facility and Uhaul regarding what services are in the contract. Unaware I had contracted not only for the truck but also for a unit and moving personnel. No contact info was ever given from the website for the movers and they never showed nor did I have a way to contact them. It would have been better however. I had to deal with a UHaul employee that wasn't happy with me because I apparently wasn't using the easiest entrance to unload. Number one it was my first time there so how would I have known. He just kept repeating himself and saying for future reference. I was already unloaded I wasn't going to load my stuff back in the car to do it the way he wanted me to. He made my move in experience terrible. He called my phone and then said the same thing in person like seriously leave me alone. He kept saying it like I was stupid. He wasn't trying to be helpful he was upset I didn't use the entrance closer to my unit. I told him it was my first time there and he just kept saying for future reference, which by the way is rude. Other than that experience with that UHaul employee everything else was fine except if it's so important to use the entrance closer to your unit then UHaul should put those specific instructions in the initial move in email.Silkia R. | Online Move In

The only problem is there were not enough staff there helping customers. When I walked in there were 3 people ahead of me in line, 3 people sitting down that had already been helped and waiting on something before they could leave, and even with a reservation I still had to wait almost 20 mins to be helped. While standing waiting about 5 people walked in after me. It's a small store and people were just standing everywhere. It just doesn't seem like enough staff are on site to service the number of customers coming through. Otherwise the person who helped me individually was great! The lock was not in my unit when I moved in, and when I went to the service area to get a lock I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get help from an employee.
