This facility is the best one I seen so far with that I will continue to use it ... I rate it 100 %

Our location for the truck pick up was switched by U haul twice. However, the customer service was exceptional, so it more than made Up for the inconvenience. Get the location right the first time and it is a solid 5*. Also rented the same truck size from Penske and the Ford vehicles are significantly better than the Hino and the customer service at U haul was better.

They were not real busy but there was a long wait to get things sorted with the return. Even once the process finally started, it took a long time. Was not real clear how the return process worked either and I could see that others that came in were confused as well. Then I reported the issues I had with the truck and they did not seem to care. Once again, not impressed and will consider other options in the future. Did not feel at all like a valued customer.

Entire experience was terrific. Everyone was friendly and handled things well and professionally (but with some personal style which is appreciated). I had some doubts about using U-Haul, but am very happy I did and would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you!

There was a change in my drop off location because i got my truck a day early. I had several people contact me about it with no knowledge about what was going on up to 2 days after i dropped it off. Then they called me on accident to help someone else who had been in an accident or something.

When I called the call in center they told me my local branch was closed on Sunday which was wrong. They had no idea of the phone number or the location I was looking for it was ridiculous. Just thought I'd pass it along

I do not believe the staff had anything to do with the trailer I rented but it was in the photo prior when I dropped it off that the lock would go under the track and it took force to get it out to bring it down and I did tell them that it needed to be fixed and was like that when I opened it and I never was able to open it fully the whole time and had to keep it longer and have another day because I could not allow the door to open fully. The staff saw it and they were just fine - I rent from you all the time but this was the worst door ever and I should have frequent flyer Uhaul miles by now .... That door caused me to almost miss me picking up my kids at school --- AGAIN STAFF WERE kind I told the guy how to shut it and he said he had to forcefully hit it to get it down .... I said that is a huge problem for someone out of shape and not young enough to handle that in the cold.

I filled it right across the street to the fuel line and you claimed I was 4 gallons short. Why not dust give a customer a full tank of gas so there is no question when they rent it. Or are you trying to take advantage of people.

The customer service that I experienced from MaKayla (spell check) was horrible. She was rude and nasty, as if she did not like her job or did not want to be there.

Hello The moving truck either needs to be replaced or needs repairs. Trying to get the truck to accelerate was annoying. Also the truck jerked and the steering wheel shakes while I was driving

Plz Reduce payment. Access doors were locked. Ttook 1.5 hrs to gain access which caused addition contracted time. Unit was not as ordered. Had to move contents. Hard to reach a Rep. Mgr resolved.

It was pretty busy on Sunday. Everyone was courteous and helpful. My gate card didn’t work at first so I had to come back in and get it fixed which was a bit of a hassle, but they fixed it quickly.

Brand new facility with over 800 indoor units. Loading dock with garage pull in makes it above the other storage facilities around. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Everything went great...until it didn't. I tried to cancel my storage unit in store and was told I would receive a receipt by email. I never did, had to call and struggle to close it over the phone

Facilities could use updates compared to other uhaul facilities. The staff was courteous though always too busy. I had issues with ending my storage reservation despite conversations with 2 employees.
