Once again there is a discrepancy upon return. Two weeks ago you tried to tell us that we traveled 225 miles when we only had the truck for 3 hours and in fact had traveled 9 miles round trip. Today I received a charge of $14.00 for 4 gallons of fuel when I traveled 10 miles and put 1.5 gallons in the truck prior to return. There is no way that we used 5.5 gallons of gas for a 10 mile trip.William M.

Considering I have several heavy items, I didn't think to ask whether my unit was on the ground floor, which it was not. When I asked about switching to a ground unit, I was told it would be an additional $10 after I was automatically charged for a lock although I already had one! The man who waited on me wasn't nice at all. Didn't show me where my truck was, just handed me the keys. If he wasn't going to show me he could have atleast told me what I would need to find our truck, which we ended up just figuring out ourselves. I asked about dropping off after hours and he didn't even give me any information on it, I had to figure that out myself also. I would tell someone to make the extra drive to one of the other locations. If your gonna work in a job with the public, you need to be nice and friendly.Randi C.
Better training. My rental â€œout agentâ€ was not fully aware of the final walk around text features. When I came back in to correct the gasoline level on the contract a different agent told me how to do it on the text message. He remarked to her â€œas I walked awayâ€ I didn't know that. Had to work on the tour equipment about 3 hrs replacing the safety chain .an the after I got it home the tire psi was really low adjusted all 4 tire pressure..once I got loaded and headed t south had to deal with non brakes on the trailer..pretty sure i wore out my brakes on my 2019 Tahoe..it was horrible 1200 mile trip..with that trailer..Donald A.

The check in guy, was rude. Don't know his name but he acted as if it was an inconvenience to be there and tried to charge 8 $$ and change for gas, I had pics to prove, gas was right. So he didn't charge. Also the transmission in truck didn't shift properly, could be dangerous.Robert S.

The app doesn't make anything easier, it actually makes the process harder. I had to go into the store and get help twice and I am not a tech idiot - your app kept failing. Amy was helpful but the milage was incorrect and I had to go back inside to get her to see the correct milage... But when I returned the truck the app made the return process take 15 minutes and the mileage was still wrong! I had to call the location the next morning and talk to a guy to get it adjusted...Richard C.

My unit leaked and my dads dresser was ruined. That was the only thing left i had of him. I have washed $75. Worth of wet, moldy, bugs my clothes smelled like a chemical. We let them into our full unit to spray for bugs. I will never use this company again or recommend it. I payed insurance but the manager said it dosent cover that.
