THE STORAGE FACILITY WAS FILTHY AND SMELLED. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT . THERE WERE NO GARBAGE CANS AND THEY CHARGED TO USE THE DUMPSTER. THIS WAS HORRIBLE!!!!

A small simple educational lesson for the first timers on using your customer do it yourself check out and return.. email / text / app.. your workers just say go to your phone take pictures of any damage before you leave and upload them and returning..check it in yourself especially after hours you'll get charged another day.

When I reserved a van it said that if my reserved vehicle wasn't available on my date and time that I would receive $50. When I went to pick up the van I was told I couldn't have it because the tire or tires were bad. So I had no choice but to upgrade to the next size vehicle and was told no I can't have the $50 guarantee because I upgraded. I didn't have a choice I needed to move my furniture and the van I wanted wasn't available. I should have gotten the $50.

If you order a 26 ft truck that's what should be there when you get there not a 20 ft and because of those actions I have to rent a new the truck to finish my move that's more money coming out of my pocket that's poor customer service. A unsatisfied customer

Overall, the truck was great, the woman working the counter that morning (July 31st) did an AMAZING job! However, there was an older gentleman (gray hair and I believe blue eyes) who was not so great. He disregard helping me by first stating "oh no! Not me!" When I asked if he was who I was directed to for my moving truck. I asked who I needed to talk to and he asked if I had the keys, I was told he would be giving them to me. he pointed at a truck and said "I have to make sure it has been cleaned out. Wait over there." Which I did. Then I proceeded to watch him sit down in the driver's seat of another truck, phone in hand, chatting with a man in the parking lot. My boyfriend and I sat and watched this go on for a while, before checking to see of the keys were already in the truck. My boyfriend went over to "put the pressure on" while I got the keys out of the cab. The man rushed over after seeing this and says "oh. I was going to mop out the back of this truck for you. Do you still want it done?" At that point we were 30 mins behind schedule, so I said no, we needed to leave. He rambled some other things about the truck cleaning, before we just walked away. I was extremely angry and disappointed with his actions. I have never been treated with such little regard in a workplace setting.

I went to the wrong location. Had to return home to get my phone, that forgot. On returning, even though it was the wrong location. I was tired, just needed a truck. The young there accomadated me any way. I was very thankful and appreciated his great customer service.

Have the truck I reserved available the day I need it. No trucks available the morning of move. Asked for a 26 foot, reserved a 20 per regional and then ended up with a 15.l from another location. Created a situation where I need to move belongings again. Very disappointed.

Checking it back in didn't work. The mobile app wanted to verify the account I was already signed into. It didn't send me the verification codes until 2:30 am. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get ahold of someone and never got a person. I turned the key in because it's ridiculous I couldn't get through the first step of the turn in process

Inspection of vehicle.and improve roadside assistance process. I rented a 17" for 6 hours at 10:30 am and it broke down at 1:45 pm. I spent over an hour on hold to get someone from roadside assistance then another 2 hours waiting help. I wasn't able to pick up my items or complete my move. The two truck got the truck started at 5:00 pm and told me I needed to leave it running or it might not start back up if I need to pick up some more items.

I had two 5 x 10 storage units reserved for 6/26/21. They were free for the first month. When my family and I went to load the storage units, I noticed that the units, as well as the main hallway, located in the c building was wet, and small puddles were in the units themselves. I went back to the main building to see if anymore units were available. There were Nono of the same size. The staff found me a bigger one down the street. While I figured it would be free because it was bigger, I felt that it should've at least been given to me at a discounted price. It was not my fault that the storage units were wet and not usable. I was not prepared to spend $150 and had to borrow the funds from my daughter because I really didn't have a choice. I've used you guys a few times to rent vehicles but when my rental is over I won't use your location again. I asked the staff if I would we receive a discounted price of the replacement unit was not going to be free and was told no.

I was having issues with the mobile check in process which ended up taking 30 minutes. This ended up taking 30 minutes off of my four hour rental which I wasn't too thrilled about. I also wasn't excited that I was charged for my estimated mileage instead of my actual mileage. I would definitely use U-Haul again at this location but I will need to keep these two things in mind in the future. Overall I was very happy with the vehicle and I got everything taken care of that I needed to.

Y’all charged my card the NEXT DAY after I retired the truck in for a extra day saying that I just returned it today this morning at 6:53 am and that’s not true and now my bank account is overdraft because you charged me for something I never should have been charged for and I’m very unhappy
