The guy at the counter was very fast and very efficient and stayed 10 minutes after close so I could return the truck.

long wait-times I waited outside for 20 minutes to return the truck; no one came out. I went inside and waited ten more minutes before someone said they would help me. I went back outside and waited ten more minutes, the young woman who helped me both checkout and check-in was friendly and helpful.

The actual inside of truck was really clean but the body of the truck had a pretty beaten to it. Also anything over 50 on the freeway the truck was shaking like a leaf. Also the air brakes were super scary they would go all the way to the floor even after several pumps. I literally had to pray to God then the truck would finally start to slow down. (True story) Any who I’m alive and all moved. I worked with two different people and Day Saturday a sweetie of a young lady reserved the truck for me with such ease and was very knowledgeable but She was awesome and kept me laughing. Day Sunday in picking up the truck I dealt with a very pleasant guy with excellent customer service skills. He was helping me and a lady came in and interrupted him apparently she had been there looking for a smaller truck earlier and they were already rented out but he went ahead and helped her and me to.

My debit card was charged the deposit amount and I was informed by a worker that if I went to the drop off location that I could get a cash refund from the Pontiac mi on Walton location. But when I got there, they refused to give me a cash refund and said the refund would be sent to my debit card. Then they lied and and said that I went over the mileage allowed then charged an extra amount to my debit card. I am highly upset and I'll never use your service or tell anyone else to use your services and I will let my social media friends know as well

I went in Saturday to pick up a van for my move. I was told that all vehicles were taken for the day. I asked if there were any other locations nearby. Instead of looking up another location for me the guy working next to the nice woman helping me suggested I take a van for 4 hours because they have someone coming at 5 to pick it up. I took the van because they told me pretty much that it was my only option. I had to rush moving my stuff and was only able to take one trip to my new place which was 16 miles away. I couldn’t take a second trip for fear of returning the vehicle late. I brought the van back an 2 hours early I payed 60.00 when I feel I should have gotten SOMETHING back for the inconvenience. 60.00 for 2 hours is ridiculous and caused so much stress on my move. I will never return to this location again. I like the location better before it moved more vehicles were available and in fact they had vehicles at the old lot! They could of drove over there and help customers out by bringing them to the new location! I feel I deserve some sort of compensation for the inconvience

Make sure the battery is good in the truck. I had to jump start the truck the next morning.

It took an hour to pickup my reserved van due to very slow computer. After loading truck and about to get on 696 I had to stop for gas for an empty gas tank. I live 2.4 miles from location and about 3 miles from 696; so less than 6 miles after picking up truck gas was empty; must not of been filled to 1/4 tank to start. I put $30 in gas but did not see any money back to my visa after I reported this. There was no dolly in 26' truck.

Overall everything seemed to be okay but I would like to find out how long it takes for the balance of your deposit for a rental truck to be returned on your car or cash giving back

Training the service rep how to bill the client correctly after returning uhaul, not over charging them with fees, especially when returning the vehicle way before the store close.

I couldn’t believe that my storage room destroyed sofas had mold on it I would never ever use them again. Even though I had Insurance i’m highly disappointed, I’m still not satisfied I paid more

Only issues were that ur fees kept raising for long term rental,or should be the lowering for long term customers!

Sometimes the entrance gate was stuck in the open position. Only reason I would say it was not secure.
