Your employees don't know the difference between 7/8 and 3/4 tank of gas and you charged me extra money for it after I filled it back up to the level I was TOLD to fill it up to. It's my fault your employees can't count. I will never rent a uhaul again or recommend them to anyone. I will in courage others to use any other company whenever possible. I hope it was worth the $20 because I wasn't done moving and I was planning to rent a van again. That costs more than the $20 extra you stole from me so congrats on your lost income.Chad C.

Overall it was a good customer service experience. The truck was clean, but it stalled several tiles while we were in transit. Also seems the transmission had some issues. The customer service rep who took our return was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. I just felt bad that she was by herself in the store at night. I was concerned about that. Having a female by herself there at night is something I don't agree with. I own a business and if it ever came up that a female employee would be alone at night, I would personally stay to close with her for her safety.JOSHUA JACOB D.
Firstly: my problem isn't with this location specifically, it's with uhaul as a company. Secondly:The truck was clean but there was a weird smell. The actual problem was that I was lied to by 3 different customer service representatives about my rental and my per mile rate. I am a business owner that spends at least $7,000 a year with uhaul, so I trusted their word on this. When I'm called back a day later after an employee returned the truck, they told me there was no notes in the system about them fixing my rate. Which is the equivalent of saying "sir I don't see that in the notes, so it never happened". I requested the recordings and a manager and was told that they'll put in a request for me but it will take about 3days for a call back. We drive about 600miles with the rental and Uhaul is charging me 3times what I was supposed to pay. It's not even about the money so much as it's about the fact that I was lied too and now I'm being painted as though I'm lying and my case is not important.khari S.

Make sure the mileage on the car works right. The last 2 numbers before I turned the car off were 11 then I get back in drive a mile turn it back off and when I got back in the last 2 numbers were 20. I did not go 9 miles I went 1 maybe 1.5miles. It's not right that you charge for more mileage then is actually used. On top of that the van was filthy had trash in it and was not wiped down. I will not be returning to this location nor will I recommend it to anyone.KAYLA MARIE G.

The customer service representatives at this location we're not friendly. It took over 10 minutes to acknowledge the customers after seeing two of us in the building. I wasn't able to get her name because she was so very rude instead of responding I got out of there as soon as possible to avoid altercation. Not sure if she was just having a bad day but she needs to learn to control her emotions at work better. Other than that equipment was well maintained.BREON LORENZO L.

Upon returning the truck, the cashier was so rude. She acted as though she was annoyed that I came in. When I walked in, she just looked at me. I greeted her because it was evident that she wasn't going to greet me. After she finished sweeping, she walked up to me and instead of asking for what she needed from me for the return, she just put her hand out (wanting the keys to the truck) I handed her the keys and the paperwork. She said â€œNo just the keys and walked out the doorâ€ she didn't say â€œGive me a secondâ€ â€œWait hereâ€ â€œStand at my registerâ€ just nothing! When she walked back in, she still said nothing. She walked to the register to complete my transaction. She was so rude and unprofessionalâ€¦I will never patronize this location ever again and I will make sure my family and friends won't either! Overall, I've never had a bad experience with UHAUL. However, it should be noted your online return website isn't working correctly. Everything is fine until I got to the part where it prompts you to scan the barcode. It doesn't specify "what" barcode. The only barcode I had around was the one on my order detail that UHAUL gives you. Once I scan it, it'll say that it scanned it but it will stay on that page. Nothing loads and nothing says it was correct or not. I ultimately found my way to a part of your website where it just instructed me to drop the key and paper into the drop box. Ultimately it wasn't that big of a deal, but it certainly was a waste of time to try and return the equipment.Kyle A.

One thing they don't tell you is that even if you reserve a truck for 24 hours you have 1 hour to pick it up. I had to find another location that had a truck to only be misinformed the trucks location. I drove 4 cities away when they didn't even have the truck. I was then told it was at the location I had just left. Nothing but a wild goose chase and not one employee, customer representative or manager apologized for the inconvenience. They wasted 7 hours of my time making promises they "CAN'T" keep. The recording says they record the phone calls to ensure they keep their promises.... Save your money and just rent from Budget or Home Depot. Oh and I'm waiting for a phone call from a district manager within the next 24 hours... let's see if that happens!STEPHEN J.

I picked up the truck rental and it reeked of Marijuana. I picked it up at 1:15 and when I got the truck home I opened the doors and left them open to air out. At about 6:00 pm,, I loaded the back of the truck and drove it but it still reeked of marijuana. The whole time I had it the truck stunk like marijuana, shouldn't this be part of the cleaning that the person who rented the truck, before. I asked to be compensated and the young lady said I had to call the gm the next day. It was explained to me that people rent the truck to move their Marijuana plants and cuttings in these uhaul trucks and the other people just have to put up with it because uhaul has tried everything to get the smell out but nothing works.BAMBI LYNNE H.

The truck smelled like weed. The app was not user friendly. Sat at location to turn truck in for an hour trying to get app to work. Never did. Then on top of it got charged for gas. I returned with the same amount of gas i received the truck with. Not happyDavid N.

A small simple educational lesson for the first timers on using your customer do it yourself check out and return.. email / text / app.. your workers just say go to your phone take pictures of any damage before you leave and upload them and returning..check it in yourself especially after hours you'll get charged another day.John D.
