Muy mal servicio por parte de las personas que trabajan en esa ubicación, ayer cuando entrege la unidad uno de los 3 trabajadores que estaban ahi se burlo de mi, cuando les comenté que iva a entregar la unidad, entonses to le pregunte que le parece gracioso, y contesto que yo, le hise la pregunta 3 veces y contesto lo mismo asi mismo retándome, yo no se como tienen ese tipo de personas trabajando ahi sugiero que sea despedido ese no es trato de tratar un cliente, y pueden checar las camaras para que lo miren ustedes fue la fecha 12/01/21, eran las 6 de la tarde mi nombre es Oscar Hernandez

I am not one for reviews but they deserved this. Overall one of the best experiences start to finish. Always called me when they said they would. Picked up and delivered all U-boxes on time and usually early. Very friendly and helpful drivers and customer service reps. My containers withstood rain for weeks with absolutely no leaking. I would definitely use them again if I need any kind of temporary storage. Great job U-haul!

First, the people that work there were friendly and helpful. U-Haul as a company kind of blows. The self pickup timed out so I couldn't verify odometer or fuel. The cab had garbage in it. The trucks were parked so close together that the side mirrors almost touched. I could barely get into the truck. I could not take pictures of the sides or back. I could not open the back because it was parked against shrubbery. All and all I will be super happy if I never have to use your services again.

Getting the truck was fine, but the storeage location was a problem. 1st they rented me a store that was already rented. I didn't find out til we were there with a truck full and couldn't unload. Then they switched the rooms but I had to get a smaller room. From 10x15 to 10x10. Then I go with 2nd load and the card doesn't work on it's after hours so I had to keep the truck overnight for another night to have the card fixed so I can get into unload the truck. More fees for me. And 3 nights to move what should have been 4 hours.

A couple of things: 1) I requested the ability to pick via the app before the site opened but when I arrived at 730am for a 8am pick up, I was told but your call center that the site dis not set up the truck for early pickup. This delayed me substantially. 2) Thw front desk employee smelled strongly of pot. Further, the truck can smelled strongly of pot. I left the windows open even though it was cold and the smell did not dissipate. 3) I was unable to return the truck to the proper drop off spot because it was extremely small. There is no way that I could safely reverse into that small space. Instead, I left the truck in another open space on the lot. 4) I tried to contact the call center when I returned the truck and after waiting 20 minutes on hold, I told that I would need to wait another 55 minutes to speak with someone. I hung the phone up at that point. This was not a good experience and I would classify myself as a detractor/demoter of UHaul.

Put another Driveway Rmp leading from the street onto the far end of the Trailer Dropoff area, so that you can drive it in from that direction, drop the Trailer off, and then depart from the front end of the area drive on your way to parking g by the main office. 👍

All Star Uhaul Staff, Service and on Site Facilities. I would install a Self Checkin Location Digital Code Stamp on a sign or pole at the Truck Return Line, just before the Propane Fillup. That would save us from walking all the way to the Front door to Scan the Location Image at the Door in order to Self-Return the Truck. ðŸ'Œ

The staff here was very helpful and made things quick and easy. However, This was not my preferred pickup location, and I was sent here because it was not made clear to me during my reservation process that my preferred location didn't have the truck I was requesting in their stock. I had to drive 20 minutes out of the way to get what I reserved. Nothing in my confirmation email told me this was my new/actual pickup location. A stated above, it was not clear that I was picking up at somewhere other than my preferred pickup location.

It all started that my reservation was moved from where I signed up to another location. My reservation still said the original location. After driving to the new location, I was met by 2 employees that absolutely reeked of marijuana. They directed me to the lot where they gave me the wrong trailer....a fact that was noted when I got to my destination 2 hours later and 75 miles I had to pay for....after I returned the trailer, the staff was the most unfriendly that I have ever encountered. Ultimately I got the right trailer and was on my way. When I returned, it was 10 minutes after 5 and both staff members were still there. They saw me pull up and got in their cars and drove away.....how is that for customer service....I will definitely NEVER rent from this location again and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Milwaukee Business Association in regards to my experience....never even got a phone call from the manager even though I asked the staff to have him/her call me. very disgusted.

I ordered a truck to be picked up using your 24/7 service because I needed it prior to the location opening. When I showed up to pick up the truck with the mobile site, it kept saying I had to wait until the location opened. When I asked why I couldn't pick up the truck, they told me they didn't have 24/7 "switched on"

During the first drop off, I was double charged. I didn't think anything of it due to still owing a balance. The balance then came out of my account but it was still much more than what I expected it be since I “prepaid” The uhaul in wauwatosa still owes the refund of over $320 I have yet to see it hit my account. During the final pick up here in Arizona, the driver hit my grandparents awning and damaged it. Luckily the awning popped back out. Unsure if their light works or is broken at the moment from where the box hit it.

Horrible service. I was told to go out back with no guidance as to where or what trailer to take. I sat there for 20 minutes before someone came out. It was a different person and he had no idea what was going on. He walked away and didn't come back for another 10 minutes. Smelled like weed super bad when he came back (pretty sure he went and smoked a blunt with the dude who was supposed to be helping me) then he blamed me having to wait on another employee. I hooked everything up myself and left. Absolute joke of a service at this location. I will absolutely never go back to the walkers point location and I will most definitely tell everyone I know to avoid it. I've always had great experience with uhaul. And while I understand it's hard to currently find good workers, there's no excuse For the piss poor employees you've got working for you there.

Everything was fine except for one big flaw. I reserved a truck for 8am, scheduled for mobile check in and pickup. When I arrived at 8am I found out this location doesn't offer mobile pickup, despite having signage advertising the option. Why was mobile pickup even an option? I was still able to get the truck so it worked out okay, just an hour later than the time that was confirmed.

I had a flat tire on the trailer right after I rented it and was not able to do what I wanted. They took 12 off my rental, but I don't think it was enough. Then when I took the trailer back I had to wait 30 minutes for a truck to be moved before I could proceed to park the trailer. This was after I checked out. Disappointing day from usual.

Waited on hold for 30+ minutes every time I tried to schedule access to my U-Box. Twice arrived at scheduled time to no warehouse workers at the site and had to come back a different day. Access hours ending at 4pm made it impossible to access box on weekdays unless time was taken off work. The two U-Box warehouse workers were very friendly (when they showed up), but the location's main office staff were quite rude and unhelpful.

The employees were very rude and not helpful. They didn't seem to want to do their jobs. One just played with his electric scooter/segue and when I asked for help rolled his eyes. Returning equipment was difficult as the return area is small and there's no other clearly marked area for entrance into the lot. Took 3 times to do the after hours return. Truck has poor handling and suspension. Wipers also need to be replaced.

I had to upgrade my original reservation to a larger unit to store my belongings. When I got to my larger unit, there was a massive pillar in it which takes up a great deal of space that I needed. I didn't have the time or energy to go back and change units AGAIN as I was on a time limit to get things done. So I'm rather displeased that I have a huge pillar taking up the space I needed for storage.

My storage units got wet due to rain. Still haven't heard back from the manager before I left the state. My furniture was damaged due to 2 out of 3 of my storage units being wet in August after the rain. Filed a insurance claim with RepWest and the claim was closed due to no response from Joey. I would love to have furniture in my new home. My couches were ruined, my television, washer and dryer.

Very confusing move in and move out process. Charges, fees and billing due dates are not clearly communicated. The facility is nice and convenient, but needs more support from the staff. They should provide info instead of making the customer work for it.

I reserved a certain storage unit in Advance, When it was time to put my belongings in storage, My size unit was no longer available. I was offered two mini units because nothing else was available. There for, I had to go across town to a different location that was more expensive as well. The fact that I traveled across town, would mean, I'm paying more for milage and gas as well. I'm very disappointed that uhaul scam there customers with inconvenience.

I just got done moving to Milwaukee with my rented UHaul truck. When I arrived the front desk setup my access key to the wrong building so I had to go back to the front desk to get the correct access key for my storage unit building. As I open my storage unit there is no lock in there so I had to go back up to the front again to get the lock. In the process I received an email my reservation was canceled. When everything was moved into the unit, I dropped off the truck with a gentleman working with the UHaul drop offs. A couple days later I don't see a hold on my card or any money taken out for my UHaul truck. My order was cancelled so I'm dealing with that.

I arrived on Saturday, May 15 to find the staff dealing with an outage of its customer service system. The staff managed this difficult issue with grace. I registered for my staff, left to pack and when I returned I received detailed instructions on how to check in. This was my first time using self storage and the staff at Walker's Point location made all the difference.

Would give you excellent, but my storage unit had "rodent poison" with a Do Not Touch sign on it. Rats and poison were never a part of my deal when I paid for this storage spot.
