Stage the parking lot for better parking to get to main office and place rental trailers and trucks where they are easier to back i,n pickup, and return. Pull in drop off would be great for trailers!

Facility was in old KMart with boards for walls and door that didn't work. Personnel were great and equipment was in excellent condition. The appearance of facility was bad.

The guy we spoke with was a total jerk! 1. I called to change drop off location and he said he wouldn't know if I would be charged for a change until after I dropped it off. 2. When we got there he walked past me to go mop out a truck while I stood there waiting to drop off a trailer. Then he made us drive around the building to drop it off. He finally came out there (about 10 minutes later) and was completely dismissive. He wouldn't even answer a question my husband asked. He was so rude and I will NEVER go back to that location!

The vehicle was pretty beat up and the ramp was extremely hard to store after use. The steering made clunking noises and floated side to side while driving down the road. I pre-paid for mileage, I didn't receive any notification saying i was under that mileage and didn't receive any money back. I'm pretty sure i dropped my keys behind the seat in the uhaul and the attendant would not double check after i dropped it off.

Truck had slight vibration in front wheels when we picked it up, but we didn't feel it was an issue. The vibration became much worse as we drove. It's obvious that you rely on customer feedback only as to the maintenance on vehicles instead of being proactive in routine maintenance yourselves. Worse vehicle we ever rented.

My daughter desk was damaged bad we just got it for her for Christmas a few months back so it was still like new when we had it shipped, most of my boxes in the containers were full of ants when I unloaded them into my brand new home no food was in the containers just furniture and clothing very upset and will never use them again and will not recommend.

Lack of inspection in the truck. Unfortunately was raining during my move and had a water leak in the truck, affecting my mattress and sofa. Also, I don't know why U-Haul charged $20 additional.

Tried to charge me for fueling and to go fill truck fee. I had to force employee to look at the photos I uploaded to uhaul website at drop off to prove that I did put gas back to how it was at pick up she was not going to look until I said I need to see those pictures. $74 she would have taken from me had I not pushed the issue. Whit gas being so high and going higher it is unacceptable that you would take $74 from you customer for your employee not doing their job correctly and upholding the policies uhaul has.

The people in Lawton are lazy I don't know if they were stoned or hung over they wouldn't even get up to go look at the truck and I had to gas mileage wrong if they work for me I wouldn't leave it long enough to get another employee

When you give a customer a uhaul on half a tank of gas and tell them they can bring it back on half a tank at no charge, don't turn around and then charge them because they didn't bring the uhaul back with a full tank of gas.

We were charged for going over our miles when it was technically out of our area of control. We had to pick up in another town than we were moving from and the miles was off on the estimate. If we could of picked up in Altus we would of never went over in miles it seems.

Staff violating return rules. Attempted to charge me fuel upon return, even when I returned truck with more fuel than I picked it up with. Had to threaten with law suit before they would give fuel credit.
