I've had to call the location multiple times for several days in a row to speak to someone. I was also charged an extra $20 for dropping the truck off late because I could not get the website to recognize my location. CSR was incredibly rude. She wouldn't look at me the whole time we interacted and didn't express any remorse for not having almost all of the equipment I ordered. If I weren't under a time crunch I would have cancelled and gone to the Penske center up the road.THOMAS F.
When I picked up vehicle, the person behind desk had no uhaul uniform on, and had her 4yo child running around the store. She was on phone and kept stopping to scold the child. She actually laid the phone down and ran to the child because he almost knocked over a display. She never apologized to person on phone trying to make a reservation. Meanwhile myself and another customer stood and watched. Very unprofessional to allow it and for her to act like it was normal.Roy B.

All good, only recommendation might be is to flip the storage, pick up and drop off to the left side of the location. There is a lot of space on that side of property. The right side is jammed with trailers trucks propane & the service bay at times making it virtually impossible to maneuever in to get hooked up...Daniel C.
Gas tank was not full but the person at front desk marked it as a full. I was in hurry and trusted the marking done by the front desk person. I noticed this issue once I got to my place which was only a few miles away. Basically, I ended up paying for more gas than I should have and I was cheated.Kenneth G.

Dear U-Haul as a faithful customer I think the U-Haul company should let the customer know what they refund left after returning the vehicle because if a customer follow the proper demands the U-Haul company should take it upon they self to let the customer know what would be returned on a card because I know customers know and it's always right on certain things so what the U-Haul need to improve on is letting the letting customers know when they have a refund and they haven't went over mileages or over or underneath the gas mileages so that's what the U-Haul need to improve onJENNIFER S.

Hire more people to answer phone calls and fix phone system from hanging up during hold time. There are many situations that can't be resolved using the internet site. The average hold times are well over 30 minutes and then an additional 30 minutes when transfered to another department. During the course of this move, I spent more than 4 hours on hold. This was very agitating. Do something about this if you want return customers.Terry R.

I needed to move my pickup date ahead one day. It was easy enough to do this online, however, the pricing changed and it would not give me the 20% discount which I had received. After 3 or 4 failed attempts to resolve by calling and talking to your central reservation office, I finally called the local facility and they said they could see the discount on my order (I could not see it online). The discount was properly applied when I picked up the auto transport.Terry V.

Turn over time to unload and load boxes and get back to home was almost 2 hours. Nearly impossible to load 5 or more boxes in a day's time! It would be very helpful if someone suggested renting two trucks with double trailers when signing up for this service. The Lead Staff member could be more personable. On both encounters with her she gave the impression that I was interruption to her time. During the Pick-up portion I felt as though I was being interrogated. Upon my returning the trailer I went to the "Return Equipment Area" only to BE TOLD move the Trailer to the other side of the building. When attempting this "I" had to move a Car Tow Dolley from my path to get to the other side of the building to return the Trailer. When inquiring about the refund I was told it would be adjusted automatically in a very CURT manner. It took approximately 1 week for the payment to post and NO refund applied for the early return. I was not pleased with my experience at this location. Given the option I will choose other U-Haul locations if available or to the extreme of going to their competition.JEFFREY C.

After the fiasco mentioned above. This guy got the brunt of my wrath when he told me I could not leave the truck there. After calming me down, he made a call and got permission to drop truck there. In check out, he said I was 61 miles over my limit. After reminding him that most of those miles were attempts to return it, he waived the fee. His words, "I can't fix what happened, but I can fix this". He explained to whoever that he was talking to that the paper contract in my hand had no drop off information or contact information. Up until this point, everyone I talked to was rude, gave misinformation, and made no attempt to help. I will be using another vendor when I need a rental in the future.KEITHLESLIE M.

Line to pick up the car was over half an hour; I got there on time to what was supposed to be a contactless pick up over the dashboard on the website/app, and by the time I picked it up I had already lost over half an hour of the reserved time which was not added to the total hours. Staff was friendly but was not overall helpful when trying to schedule delivery. We went through numerous rounds of different phone calls, re-routings to different staff just to schedule our U-Box delivery. One of the U-Boxes that were delivered was damaged. My experience, unbenongst to me started the day I rented. I was not informed that the storage unit was not at the same place the drop off unit was. The staff at the Uhaul on Grove Rd did not inform me either. There were weird vibes so before leaving the 4x8 cargo rental where the cust serv rep told me to leave it, I called the general customer service line. they worked everything out and informed me of everything. I was not to be charged for anything else other than the rental and free month storage. So, now that all my stuff is in this storage unit on Grove...the key card they give me NEVER WORKS. from the very first time. I cant get in or out. I had to visit my storage unit several times and each time the reps were slow and unwilling to assist in getting me in or out of the gate. A cust serv rep ended up giving me a code *2425#...one of the cust serv reps came up to me and insisted I inform him who gave me the number so he could find the breach in the system. Luckily the last time I went to gather all my things, the gate was open. I packed all my things and took them to Public Storage. This was such a bad experience.Lorena C. | Overall Experience
