You have an extremely poor employee at this location who processed my rental pick up. He stated he hated his job, made disparaging remarks about President Biden and the management of U-Haul as a company. It was so over the top and bad I asked my wife to wait outside the store in the car while dealing with this person. This was really counter to my overall experience- I found your box pricing and truck rental great. Have used U-Haul several times over the years but this experience will make me consider Penske or Enterprise in the future. Hard to explain how unusual this employee - customer experience was and I cannot believe U-Haul as an organization knows about this employee's behavior - unbelievable and a story so weird it will be shared with family and friends.Henry M.

The staff at this location were extremely unprofessional and completely and knowledgeable. The woman at the counter repeatedly tried to cancel my prepaid order via the app, told me wrong items to purchase, and was extremely hard to work with. If I had not pre-purchased all of the services via the U-Haul app I would have left and gone to another business immediately. She and the Man with the his arm in a cast turned away other customers due to the same problems when I was trying to process my order.Ivan G.

Chaos inside the store. No structure. No manager was present. Used the online check in function and still was a strenuous tedious experience. Store initially could not find keys to truck. Probably 10 or so people in the store and everyone was frustrated. Not a professional experience. Will no longer be issuing U Haul for moves, need to find alternate service. Night and day difference between the location I picked up at. Staff at the drop off location didn't care and were not helpful whatsoever. I was waiting for 2 hours for a situation that should have only been 30 minutes max. It was not an understaffing issue it was an effort issue. I am never one to write a review but this was that badchase H.
They cut my 24 hours reservation hour because i been there late for pick up , and then they charge me for a second days because i bring the truck 30 minutes late , no sense , my reservation was 3:30 pm i pick the truck 5 pm and i bring it back 5:30 pm next day , why they charge me 2 days rent + $20 after service , they drop some tabaco trash on cup place and they charge me $25 cleaning for that , i don't smoke and didn't see tabaco trash in the truck , and i did my best to clean the truck before to return it , it just the new way to make extra money or they don't know what they are doing ?Robert M.

I chose to do mobile check in so I could be in and out. I showed up right before 3, was told to go inside to get my keys. Long story short, I ended up being there until 3:45. And I don't believe it was the lady's fault who was taking care of me. It was whoever was on shift prior to her. She said that my truck was never checked in and she would have to find me another one. After changing around however many reservations she had to in order to set it all straight, she nicely upgraded me. She was great but I do believe the branch manager needs to speak to whomever was on shift before her and left her with an awful mess and because of it there were a lot of people waiting in line. My experience from the get go was horrible. Initially, the representative on the phone spelled my email wrong, delaying my confirmation and instructional emails. The original U-Haul location did not leave keys for me in the lock box, delaying my move an hour. I was then transferred to Tryon location to finally get a truck. The truck smelled horrible of smoke and the truck bed was very dirty.Tyler M.
I had the truck for less than an hour and drove it four miles and returned it when we noticed movers already had their own truck. The truck was not loaded with any of the items and just drove to the apartment and back to the uhaul place but I still ended up paying 60? When I originally reserved a 20' but they didn't have it available so gave me a 26' and charged me. I shouldn't be charged at all seeing as how the truck was just driven 4 miles and not used at all and taken back within an hour when we noticed we didn't need it. I would like a refund. This facility was maintained fine but it is located too close to a homeless encampment and I’m worried about the security of my belongings.
