I had to call the call center around 4:45 due to me not making it back to the location by 1700, to extend it to 1730 and she said I would have to pay another day even though she admitted that each rental is good for 24 hours… needs to be retrained.

The attitude of most of staff needs to be improved upon. There was only one individual that showed any real customer service abilities. Her name is Shanaqua. She went above and beyond after I brought an issue to the attention of the team. We also advised her that the cab reeked of “pot” that was smoked by previous customer or one of your employees. I later found two butts that were located on passenger side armrest. We really appreciate the time Shanaqua spent with us to assure us of a safe travel. If it were only her that we dealt with the overall rating would have been excellent.

After having my rental I couldn't get my money back till the next day because the manager had left early. Then the guy checking me in was very rude. I asked him how am I supposed to get my money., or do I need to Keep the truck he said if you want to that's on you smh like really. I said can you call the Manager he said ok but never did it. I just got in my car and left ridiculous

It took an hour to get my vehicle and they ended up giving me a larger truck than requested, which made my move more difficult since I was also towing my personal vehicle. They also forgot my furniture pads and fillet, which I thankfully caught before I left. The vehicle also only started with a quarter tank of gas and the mileage was way off from the paperwork they originally tried to give me.

Our initial pick-up location was changed & we had to do 40 mins of extra driving unnecessarily. The inside of the truck had peanut shells all over it. The truck was given to us with only 3/4 of a tank therefore in order not to get charged more we had to return it with a full tank. In addition, your individual locations cannot make changes. Everything has to go through corporate which is BS!

The trailer had urine in it and when we tried to call to find another trailer or some solution, no one answered. The employees who attended us were very kind and helpful--the only issue was the state of the trailer. I had to clean the urine out myself.

When I picked up the truck a homeless person was sleeping in the back And I paid for furniture pads They were missing I disputed the charge and still got charged for the furniture pads It's only 20 bucks and not worth my time to furniture dispute But I'll never use this location again I shouldn't have to pay for the furniture pads that I did not get to use

The staff members who assisted us today were great. Shonda and Chendaya (spelling may not be correct) were so nice and helpful but it was a terrible rental experience. The truck I had reserved had come back from the previous renter FILTHY. Full of dirt (lots of it), broken glass, underwear, food remnants. Two employees had not shown up to work so Shonda and Chendaya were trying to manage a very long line of customers with no back up. I helped clean the truck so I could get to my moving destination faster. I was there an hour before I got on the road. The truck had 1/4 tank of gas and I used exactly 10 miles. I replaced more gas than I used and returned the truck. When I was on my way home I noticed the email receipt that said they had charged me for 4 gallons of gas! I'd only gone 10 miles and put more gasoline in than I used! After almost 40 minutes on the phone with customer service, which was mostly on hold, I finally got this resolved with a supervisor. Just a really bad rental experience.

When I put in an order for uhaul, I placed the pick up location at another location. I was sent to another location 30 minutes away without any notice. Fix your scheduling system online. People at the original location were rude and basically said it wasn't there problem I wasn't at the right location Also the card scanner wasn't working and wouldn't approve my card

The employees did not provide me with furniture pads or a furniture dolly, as promised. I was charged for both items. When I was having trouble loading my car onto the U-Haul, one person helped but then said it would be an additional charge. They didn't charge it to my overall balance so I had to pay them via CashApp. This was very unprofessional and I will not be using their service again.

I think it would be a little more fair if U-haul began allowing/offering "first ten (10) miles free". This would at-least allow most renters to get the truck to the "location of first use" before being charged. In my case [almost always] the location with the vehicle availability they I need, is never the location nearest me. Therfore, I end up driving about 10 miles back to storage/warehouse, etc. before I even put the truck to use. You should really make it happen. Gracias.

Would have been excellent except they charged me for gas to fill up the uhaul full instead of to half way which is how i received it. Was charged 90 dollars + for full 20 gallon tank but only received it with 9 gallons in it. Very disappointing, only needed to be filled up 1 more quarter $13 to make it to what i received it at instead it was filled Full.

I had a nice experience with the uhaul storage facility but a nightmare with renting the truck in Georgia to which I reserved a month prior to my move and had lots of issues when it came to the day of rental. This location was over booked, staff was slow to get to customers because of ongoing conversations between themselves, customers who ordered one way rentals was denided a U-Haul because of availability. There was a parking lot crisis, customer service was very unprofessional. I will never use this location again!!

The facility was overall dirty and not safe. Surrounding streets were full of homeless. Storage rooms were poorly constructed and hard to access with anything bigger than a moving box. The inside staff was helpful. Outside staff was very unhelpful and looked to be high. Wouldn't recommend.
