Have more than one staff on the schedule. The wait time was ridiculous because one person was doing everything for a constant flow of people. One person may be convenient for labor cost but it is a big inconvenience for your customers.AMANDA I.

I lost money on gas due to a faulty reading on the gas meter in the truck. When explained to the agent what happened, he didn't do anything about it and told me that everything would be okay. I'm not sure if he understood what I told him or if he informed someone in management because I never heard back from anyone.Monet D.
DROP WAS EASY at U haul NEAR MY HOME. The contact us at 800 go u haul service number was useless for making changes in rental or getting questions answered as the call wait time was over 30 minutes and no option for call back. I summitted an question by email but did not get my question answered about drop off location change and extending the rental a day.THOMAS C.

Interior of the truck was filthy. There was sticky residue, food, and cigarette ashes throughout the cab and center console. We had to use sanitizing wipes to clean everything before we were able to comfortable being in the truck.ROBERT P.

The equipment was well maintained, but it was dirty. A previous driver was a smoker, so there were ashes and dirt in the cup holders. I had to clean and sanitize the dashboard and cup holder area.Kathleen C.

I brought the truck back immediately when the check engine light came on and I smelled what I believed was burning motor oil. The tech looked over the vehicle saw the light on and then told me I would be charged for 1/16 of a tank of gas which was $16. Under normal circumstances I would have stopped for gas but didn't want to risk the truck breaking down at the gas station. He told me it was the system and he couldn't override the computer. Please fix the system to allow for common sense and discretion.Terrell L.

The truck was due back at 6pm. I called at 5 and asked for a little more time. They did not tell me there would be any extra charges. All he said was â€œOk so you're going to bring it back after hoursâ€ I said yea 8pm, I guess so. He said ok, I said Ok and he hung up. He didn't tell me there will be a full day charge for 2 extra hours nor did he tell me there would be a after hours charge. If I'd known that I would've just kept it til my time expired for the next day charge. I'm extremely disappointed and I didn't budget for any extra nonsense.SHERRY F.

I noticed that the truck was counting miles faster than the distance that was being travel, because the tires are smaller than should be for a truck that size so it's counting miles faster than should be causing a higher bill. That's a deceptive business practice and not fair.David R.

Self check in was convenient and easy. The truck that I rented was clean and in proper running condition, so helpful for my move.
