I rented an excellent 10 foot truck. This truck is perfect for a small move. The suspension on this truck was so good that none of my furniture was the least bit damaged This truck was easy to drive. Everything on the truck worked perfectlyThomas K.

The drivers side mirror on the truck we rented wouldn't stay in position... It kept vibrating down as we drove causing it to be near impossible to use the mirrors to drive safely. Was also charged over $100 more than the initial quote. NOT HAPPY!!!Kimberly O.
When I arrived to pick up my truck and trailer the man (Nick?) was less than friendly. No friendly greeting. I came in a a joyful and even asked how he was doing and I got "what do you need" with food in his mouth and whatever he was still eating in his hand. I consider this very unprofessional. It was just awkward. I asked for his name and tried to confirm it with another employee and all I got was shrug of his shoulders. I then asked "so you don't know your fellow co-workers name?" Then this man said "what's wrong with you"..."you've been on one since you got here." Of course he wasn't present for the first exchanges between Nick? and I. I spent over $3000 and got a very less than friendly experience. They also forgot to give me my ID back so I had to make another trip back.Jeremy G.

The sign said to wait in the truck. No one came out. I went in and 3 people were sitting there eating. I was asked my name, if it was a 1 way and then told to leave the key in the door. No one ever stood up. Nothing was checked. Laziest group of workers I have ever seen.Shannon A.

Employee tried to blame me for a failing sidewall on a tire. It was plain as day the sidewall was cracking and clearly hadn't been rubbed against any curbRyan D.

The employee that check me in obviously hates his job. Not only was he grouchy but when the right side brake and directional lights did not work on the trailer he blamed the issue on my truck ( a 2021 Ram with 2,000 miles). He had no interest in verifying this, just sent me on my way. I got home, disconnected the trailer and attached it to my Yukon and got the same result...trailer issue, not a truck issue. So for 6 days I had a trailer with only running lights on the right side. When I returned the trailer, the man who check me back in was quick, professional, and upbeat. What a difference.Richard P.

Gas tank should be full for new customer, and not 1/4 empty. Space in cargo box should not be taken up with hand truck and blankets I'm not going to rent.Stephen J.

It's not really the location that is the issue, rather it's your process. I reserved a 26' truck, but apparently that not actually a reservation, rather a request for equipment to be assigned 2 days prior to the reservation date. That left me without the equipment I reserved and scrambling to figure out how it would all fit. Frankly, it was a terrible customer experience. What's the point of reserving equipment online if it doesn't really get you what you are reserving...BENJAMIN C.

I was disappointed that one of the legs on one of the two containers had been damaged causing the forklift at my destination to not be able to move it to a proper spot. Also, the doors were not closing tightly and therefore much of my items were full of sand and road dirt. I was extremely unhappy because in spite of having things covered, the sand and dirt debris got up underneath the blankets which only further scratched my items. That did not happen when I used your boxes before on another trip. Therefore I am 100% positive that this box was faulty and caused this damage. Again, it did not happen before. â˜¹ï¸ I am not leaving an unfavorable review because of the diligence and professionalism of your employees. From the 2 gentlemen at the U-Haul store in Twin Falls, to the woman who delivered the boxes to pack in Idaho, to the woman (Becky) who delivered the boxes here at my final destination in Connecticut - they were ALL EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES. It is not their fault that the (1) UBOX was substandard. Please check the overall integrity of your U-Boxes prior to delivering them to be filled.Cheryl M.

Quit lying to customers and charging for fuel, when you don't actually fill the tanks after returning. Every time I get a truck, it has a different amount of fuel. Yet every time I get one, I'm told there will be a refill charge. Obviously they are not being refueled.William S.

Not be pricks, be more hospitable. Do not really appreciate being demanded to come to a counter to give you business. I did not find any of your employees to be hospitable. When I walked in to turn equipment in 3 employees at the counter seemed annoyed that I was bringing anything back, the one just stood up and walked towards the door I came in saying, "They don't need the paperwork." Nothing about I can help you were there any issues. So no I would highly recommend some other places that deal with rental trucks and trailers. Overall I do not see the positive side of this business location. Owner with his boonie hat and poor attitude to the reflection of the few employees, super sad that the owner is a Navy vet and treats any American with such negative attitude.Quinn T.

I had a unit at the Twin Falls location for 11 years, always paid on time if not early. When I moved out of the facility I was 4 days into a new month which I had prepaid for and was denied a refund of the Month. Not only did they not give me the refund but the clerk was not at all competent and just stood there shrugging when I asked why she wasn't giving me a refund. Upon speaking to the manager he was just rude and stated that I hadn't pre-paid. Worst experience I have ever had with U-HaulDEBBIE D. | Overall Experience
