ROGER CI was charged an extra day I returned my vehicle early at 8am and they put me down as returning my vehicle at 115pm which cause me to get an extra day added on. that's not right I want something done about that.please

HECTOR SGot there as they were closing the store to return my rental. They refused to let me check in and they rep has a terrible attitude. On top of that he kept the keys so I was not able to check in with the mobile app since I couldn’t turn the car on for odometer reading. Horrible customer service! Never recommending anyone there or doing business unless I get my “late fee” waived

Godfrey HTruck issues, had to bring right back for a new truck, then the new truck has was not as we were told and Informed them of this, brought truck back with even more gas but no credit back as we were told would be on the broken truck, charged for way more miles than drove and the mirror on passenger side was broke and had to keep being reset to position
nichole sI took the truck and drove only 6 miles. When I came to return it, they said I need to fill up gas or I will have to pay $10. The needle was just above the line when I took it, I even sent them a picture. I ended up filling it up more than what I took out with.

Ezell BStraps on the ramps on the car hauler were broken and shredded. Strap end on the tire straps were heavily frayed making them difficult to get in the ratchet straps.

john cI had ordered padded blankets with my truck rental. When I arrived, I was told that my padded blankets were not available because another customer ordered everything they had. Why wouldn’t U-Haul just set aside what I reserved? Would you do that with a truck? That’s bad business.

MAHESH RInitial truck pick up experience was quick and easy. Called into the office when truck broke down and was left on hold for 30+ minutes Had to wait an hour afterwards for roadside assistance.

Brent FFigure out a way to make mobile phone map use a part of the interior design of the truck. I've rented a few 26 ft trucks and a few 15' trucks and that's the biggest annoyance - using the cup holder to hold my phone so I can sort of see the map while I drive.

Chris RInitial visit to rent equipment was not very pleasant. The girl was rather rude and when I called on the phone that person was even worse. However, when we actually picked up the trailer on March 16, the girl that attended us at that point should get a raise because she was unbelievably polite, helpful, and considerate of everything we needed. It’s a shame that customer service does not have more people like her.
CANDY RThe van was clean but the left blinker and back lights did not work. I felt for a van that large, everything should have been in working order and not create a potential hazard when changing lanes.

Staff is always willing to work with me and ask questions to ensure that the truck, trailer, storage unit, or materials that I am seeking, will do the job. Kaylee / Kayleigh (I apologize for not getting your name in its correct spelling) helped me with my storage unit a few days ago. She made sure my items fit in the unit, after realizing that the unit I reserved, was too small. Excellent customer service. The owner Edgar is always willing to help. He closed out my unit yesterday since I didn't need it anymore. He valued my feedback. Again, always positive here. I'm sure I will be back soon.

RONDA D | First ImpressionsStaff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility had some issues. First, the parking situation was poor, making it difficult to access the storage facility. The parking lot was small, and there were many trucks and inadequate spaces to park near the storage facility. The sliding latch on the storage unit didn’t work properly for the duration of the month. I waited in a long line at least twice to alert someone. There was no way to call for help from the back. No one answers a phone locally. Lastly, the double doors were never accessible, forcing customers to use a single door, unless they waited in the long line in the front to notify a U-Haul rep, or the customer happened to catch a rep in the parking lot.

I already vacated the unit. My Unit was Closed out a week late spoke to Kaylee at Tustin 714-804-3023 . I should have no balance or nothing showing owed. Left unit wide open and cleaned out on 03/09/2022

Also, there is others storage rental properties that would make your life easier having elevators with a lower cost per rental. In regards the Homeless guy I think he lives in the unit.

So we ask the guy (an employee?) inside and he said storage hours is closed despite the website saying it closes at 10PM; we were there at 9PM. I managed to figure out which keypad and gained access to the storage facility; we started moving my stuff into my storage unit. Soon after, he called the cops for burglary. We had to explain to the cops everything. Bottom-line is, the person inside the facility did not even know when the storage hours of operation are and was rude/extremely unprofessional. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else moving in late at night.

My only concern was that there was no room to unload storage items because the parking lot was full of the Uhaul trucks and trailers. It’s seemed as if the company doesn’t care much about the storage part but more of the trucks and trailer rentals. If there can be a better way to load and unload storage I believe you’ll get better Buisness. Thanks!
TONY O | Overall ExperienceEven thought we had reserved a unit three months in advanced, when we arrived, not only was there not a unit of our size available, there was no unit available for us to rent at all. We had to find a location with an available unit and then come back to return the truck. The staff member who worked with us was very apologetic, and she was very helpful in directing us to an alternative location, but it was still inconvenient for our reservation to have been over-looked.

It’s very difficult to get your car back to the loading dock to load stuff out of your storage and Been more difficult to return U-Haul trucks. staff Ordered me to move a very large U-Haul truck in that incredibly tight crowded parking lot I asked them to do it because it was so tight but Christian refused to help and navigating that area is incredibly difficult

It wasn’t until my daughter noticed a line on the wall and lined it up with the mark that I was able to apply the lock. I don’t think anyone should have to go through that. Had she not noticed I would have gave up and reported in broken. There’s no way everyone will recognize that marking.

When we called to confirm Sarah was able to fix the issue and went above and beyond to get us moved in! We thought we were going to have to park our truck full of belongings somewhere once we arrived and hope they weren’t stolen but Sarah got us all set up with a unit and even after leaving the office she sent us information to get us all set up for after hours move in. She deserves a huge kudos and a raise!
