The only inconvenience for me was that the clerk didn't enter into the system that I had moved out of the locker on 08/02/2021 (#1407) so I was charged again plus a late fee which hasn't been refunded to my account as of yet 🙀

I was very upset that the location i requested pick up at was changed. I had to drive 40 mi out of the way to get the truck and they didn't have any of the pads I requested. You shouldn't take a order if u can't fill the order

I hadn't rented a truck in years. Overall, I was very impressed with how this worked. The one snag is using mobile pickup, it says "Skip the line and get your keys." It seemed like a new concept to the personnel at the office. There were 2 customers in the store in line and 3 employees, none of who would look at me. I finally asked a guy who was walking around and he said "I should be walking through that door to help someone else" but acted annoyed and got my keys. Everyone was busy and working hard, no complaints there, but if you're going to say "Skip the line", you need to actually train personnel to cheerfully accommodate it as part of the expected customer experience, not treat them like they're trying to cut in line. I was sensitive about the situation as a customer - one of the 2 people in line was holding a baby, so I FELT like I was cutting in line.

The assisting individual talked way too fast for me to take in everything. The store owner just laughed as he acknowledged it to be true. I therefore missed the part of the hours i had to get the storage unit across town. This caused another days rental for truck and finding another storage eliminating the ability for special of $1 ! Month storage.

Needs to have more staffing. I waited for 30 minutes just to be helped. Also, we left our house key on the key ring of the UHAUL (our bad) but someone should check those things before sending the keys back out to someone else. The people were nice and I like the location.

Shame! We reserved a 10" truck from 10 am to 2 pm. The woman with the lip piercings and blue hair was rude start to finish. No hello, no smile, and had an all around bad attitude. My suggestion is if you are so unhappy in your job, get a new job. She spent 30 minutes trying to get the internet to work costing us 30 minutes on an already tight schedule. She refused to prorate our time for the lost 30 mins and insisted we could not keep the truck to 2:30. Equipment failure on your part should not negatively impact the customer. Period. Finally get out the door with just a little over a quarter of a tank of gas, no dolly that we requested ( had to hire a separate mover to get the items we couldn't move as a result). We busted our tails to replace the gas (tank was fuller when we returned than when we received it.). The latch on the back of the truck was defective. It unlatched itself causing our items on the back to get wet in the rain. Luckily, nothing fell out the back of the truck. Got to the shop @ 2 pm to find NO employees. Another gentleman and I stood in the store for nearly 15 mins before what seemed every employee the place came through the back door all at once. One gal took the keys from me and asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes and she then walked away and never came back. Had to hang around for another 5 mins to get my receipt from a different employee. The unprofessionism of this establishment not only cost us the $115 for the uhaul rental but an additional $205 to hire movers when we shouldn't have had to.

I was charged about $50 more than the estimate. I did not go over the estimated miles, but was charged for about 10 miles more, and the GM helped me check in but did not explain the $30 gas fee. When I returned the truck, the attendant was nice and courteous and explained this so I was ok paying, but wish I had known about this policy before I was charged. I would have opted to get gas.

Neither the manager nor his assistant could tell me why I had to repeat all the information i had already typed into the "Advance check in" online. I ended up repeating everything. i asked them why, if advance check in was supposed to save time, were they repeating the same process. neither one of them knew the answer. neither one of them referred me to Uhaul corporate offices or offered to find out for me. The assistant - white female, probably in her early twenties, glasses, wearing a black knit cap and at least one arm covered in a sleeve of tattoes. When she brought the truck up for me did not say one word to me. She simply left the truck running. i was waiting for her to tell me it was ready for me and i could drive off. She never did. I figured it out after about 5 minutes when she did not come back. This same person came out the door when I returned and when she saw it was me, turned around and went back inside. After awhile, someone else working on the lot came over and checked me in. The manager (the guy who checked me in thought his name was Tony) refused to tell me his name or his assistant's name, saying that their personal privacy did not require them to give me their names. I have had better experiences at other nearby Uhaul operations. Don't go to this one.
