Overall ok, the 2 workers (one on the computer and the other guy that was just standing there) could have acknowledged me while I was standing in front of the line for like 3 minutes. At return, it took about 5 minutes for someone to check the truck in.KELVIN LEWIS M.

I can't rate the location because my issue was with the scheduling and according to the pickup location, they have no control over that. I schedule my truck a month in advance for pickup at 10am. The night before my move date, they email my confirmation with a 11:30am pickup. I called the location, and they said the truck was being dropped off at 11 and would be available for me at 11:30 and there was nothing they could do. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't there and I was told to come back in an hour. When I contacted customer service, they pulled my reservation causing it to cancel at the original pickup location and scheduled it at another with a pickup time of 4pm. We did get the 4pm vehicle, but by the time we loaded and drove to our location, it was 8pm and had to unload the following day. Needless to say, I will never use UHaul again. What to do to improve for next customer; don't double book your vehicles and when you have a scheduled reservation, make sure that truck is available for that day at the schedule time!!!DAWN ELAINE Z.

Excellent service, love uhaul! Comment about the truck though, I forgot to mention on return. It is tired. 140k mikes and does not feel safe driving loaded. Steering control does not tighten with acceleration and it is a very low control, shaky and unnerving driving experience. I have rented many trucks, this one is ready for the pasture. Our general sense was that these employees did not like their jobs and really weren't that excited to see customers. Since we saw and spoke to several different people it must be noted that the female at the counter was the one exception to this observation. Did they get the work completed? Sure. Is it good work? I ordered a dolly and a dozen blankets. I forgot to ask, but your rental pickup process, I already checked in on line, was lengthy and had no built in step for representative to double check if I had received dolly and blankets. I forgot to ask, partly because the process for renting in terms of taking pictures of licenses, clicking on all these screens was done at too fast of a speed by the representative. I was the only one there, but made to feel like a macinie with his rapid fire commands. Luckily I was going to a location a few miles from the UHAUL Store so it was not too much hassle to go back and get stuff. Bottom line: Need to.slow down, smile at people and not shoot off questions super fast with a totally apathetic voice, and fix this complicated check out process so the REPRESENTATIVE reviews the rented supplies and guarantees they are given to the customer.PHILLIP D.

The back tires on the truck were bald. I got stuck and never was able to put my enclosed trailer where I need it in my back yard. I spent a lot of money to get that trailer where I needed it. The customer service was abysmal. Every single person I talked to have me new and incorrect information. The next person would tell me the other person was wrong. It was super frustrating. And they all made it seem like they do not care about my concerns and act as of there is literally nothing they can do. I will NEVER use UHaul again in my entire life! It was the worst service I ever had. All my belongings arrived 8 days late!!!! UHaul is very unprofessional and rude. No one was helpful. I called every single day for two weeks to confirm my box would arrive on time. It was a super stressful process working with UHaul for my move. I would not recommend this to anyone. You are better off using a private moving company and spend way more money to ensure you get the proper care and treatment during your move.Humaira N.

The 15' truck I had was long overdue for a wheel alignment. The truck stunk like no one had cleaned it out in months. Also I was having troubles locking the back, because the latch wouldn't stay closed. I'd hope not all uhaul trucks are in this condition.Kayla R.

This location is very busy, it takes to long to get things accomplished. I have waited in lines to buy moving boxes for 30 minutes. Which is way to long. When I went in yesterday to return my truck there wasn't an associate in the store. I think there should be someone at the desk or in the building at all times. Also customer service is extremely poor for this location the associates are very rude and unfriendly. The manager however if extremely accommodating.Lisa K.

The last two trucks that I have rented both leaked water on the passenger side of the trailer. It showed by running along the floor at the wall. Anyone packing valuables or vulnerable furniture might have had a problem. For example, I moved a box of old books and an antique typewriter. The books were dampened and so was the typewriter. One gets damaged the other just needed to be wiped down. While I would recommend U-Haul to a friend, I would have to warn them about the wet floors and leaking so that they could pack accordingly.Michael S.

Understaffed. Long wait times - not good enough. A 5 minute job to check in (after completing check in details online and beforehand) took 25-30 mins. Same with return, a 5 minute task took 20 minutes because there was only one staff member at the desk and the guy in front of me was a â€˜walk-in', then they couldn't find the keys to the truck so his check-in needed to be re-doneâ€¦..Apart from this issue a perfect experienceâ€¦.Wesley F.

Everything was fine until we emptied the unit. When we got the unit there were 2 wooden pallets in our unit. We assumed they were from uhaul and for our use. We used them and when we removed our items we left the pallets as we found them. I received a call from Alex telling me it wasn't his job to be my trash remover due to us leaving the pallets. I explained the situation to Alex. He wasn't happy and didn't seem to believe me. I had no reason to lie.
