Only one person working inside, so got stuck behind a slow customer for nearly 20 mins. Then had to wait almost 10 minutes outside to get trailer hooked up and then wait to have contract changed (because assigned trailer was behind several other trailers). I reserved at 26 foot truck, none available. I settled for a 20 foot truck and picked it up but the gas gauge was just above empty. I had to put gas in it before I drove home. I was told I would get a $48 credit for that when I checked the truck in.Gregory L.

My RV was broken into 4 different times. The cameras that were on the premises were blocked by semi trucks so basically they didn't work. UHaul did nothing about it. They said sorry about that. But 4 times in 3 months is not right. Now they are putting up a better fence and cameras. That won't pay for the stolen items. I recommend that Sam (at the 80th Federal location) get a raise for her outstanding customer service. U-haul is lucky to have such a dedicated and knowledge employee. The 80th Federal was my requested location for pickup, FYI.JEFFREY S.
The store manger was rude. He was talking in the phone to â€œbabeâ€ when I arrived and interrupted his conversation. He insisted that I wear a mask while in the store even though one of his employees that he was talking to about another renter didn't have a mask on. Oh well good thing there are lots of other u-haul choices.RONALD M.

When I arrived at the location there was no acknowledgement that I was in the building. Plus, when the selected was given to me, there was less than a quarter tank of fuel. It showed that was only 36 miles of fuel. All rentals should be filled up.DARCY S.

Overall my experience with U-Haul was not good at all! First off I reserved my truck 3 weeks before I needed it , I received a call a day before I was going to pick up my 26 inch truck U-Haul let me know the truck was vandalized ! So U-Haul send me to other location to pick up the U-Haul for my reservation. Im on my way to pick the truck up on the day of my reservation I receive another call stating that the truck at that location did not come in in the morning ! So I was relocated again but this time was further out! The new location the manager Paul was really nice and helpful . He started to me if I don't hear from anyone from U-Haul or get $50 credit for this inconvenience to let him know within 48 hour. Then I received a other call from U-Haul representative while I'm moving things into the truck ask if I will be back to return the truck back by the schedule time I reserved it for. The representative explained to me that the truck that I had was a one-way truck and not a in city truck! There was a customer from Loveland, Co was coming down to pick up in the morning! So I explained to the representative that noone was concerned about my situation on reserving this truck and I had to go to further location to receive this truck. I m really disappointed and frustrated with U-Haul on everything that happened to me for those couple hours I had the truck! I still haven't heard back for any one from U- Haul yet!TENESHIA M.

I had to go across town to find a trailer. The closet I-70 and Chambers Rd store near me all their open trailer were out for service. E. 48th And Colorado Blvd did not have a trailer, but he did search other stores and found me a trailer this location was about 15 miles from my house 7540 N York St. I was somewhat disappointed but I had to make it work.AMBROSE S.

I have been renting every week with uhaul. My last rental the mileage was wrong and the fuel. I tried to show this with a picture and I guess it didnt work properly. I took a picture when I picked up the truck and I was charged for fue; and more mileage than I should have been I told Uhaul that I didnt agree and no one has contacted me will not use U haul again if they are the last rental place on earthROBERT Z.
We originally requested to pick up our truck from a closer location and were sent to this location because the other location did not have the right size truck available. We were frustrated initially due to the extra distance travelled and the per mile cost of driving the truck for our local move. However, this location was very accommodating of our scheduling changes/requests and â€œmade it right.â€ They we're very friendly and efficient too. For our next move, we will likely choose this location right off the bat, even though there are still other locations closer to us.GRANT M.

The hours to get into storage ith a remote for 24 hour access was a bit pressing on time for me. I could not afford th remote so I hd to clear out the storage in a rushed manner because of thelimited time available after work. Everything was great until we moved out. We found out the storage until must have had some leaks so some of our stuff was water damaged. It wasn't anything of high value but kind of ruins the valve of storage when you pull your thing out of storage and they are damaged. Also the light in the storage unit did not work. Not a major deal A also but for $150 a month you would expect a dry well let place. My entire experience with uhaul was one of the worst experiences I ever have honestly. To start off, I was supposed to receive a truck at 10 am Saturday morning to move my stuff for my brother who is unable to do it because of a bad car accident. While driving to the first location 5 mins before I showed up I was told the truck they had ready for me was taking by someone else. They rescheduled that day for a 4 pm arrival time which was around 5:30 pickup. When I drove down there to Denver to get the truck I was told they didn't even have it so I got rescheduled again. This time it was a 6:30 pick up at this location. After waiting all day time get the truck I finally got one at 6:40. When I got there I was told they would refund me 50 dollars of 150 for the problems. I was quoted a wrong quote for the gas never walked around the truck nothing and a pad lock was left on the truck. I couldn't do my move in until late that evening which lasted in to Sunday not to mention my storage unit was closed that day at 4 and not opened until Monday. Sunday I asked for a key to unlock the truck but I couldn't get one until Monday. Monday I had to reach out to them and u we down at 1:30 pm because it still wasn't handled yet just to unlock it. I finally got everything packed up by 4 :45 Monday evening and then had to move it all in. Got done moving my stuff at 10 pm when it closed. Tuesday I had to return it and go back down to finish cleaning it out and put gas in it after all the confusion. I'm the end it costed me 3 days of my time 7-800 dollars of my money the bills plus not being able to drive and work and so much patience. Im glad it's over but I will never be going through the experience again I don't think. Was really hoping for more compensation back then 50 bucks for all the hassle but it's about par for the course of how the entire situation was handled. Well right now its hard to comment because the streets leading up to and entrances are all tore up as they are doing construction on York, so quite difficult to enter and leave , at no fault to U-haul , I have give them props for putting up with that mess. Also on a good note,the young guy that works there, pretty sure his name is Jose M, great Guy, very friendly and helpful, always smiles and is quite respectful, definitely a keeper.TINA W.

Our 26 ft rental truck broke down on our way to U-Haul Moving & Storage Of The Mile High City. When we got towed there, everyone was very understanding of our situation and helped us come up with a plan that worked for us. We were able to move all of our items from the rental truck into one of their storage units with no problems.
