Staff was awesome! Parking lot is very tight and the return vehicle location is very close to the road and gets backed ip making it dangerous as you aren't able to pull off the busy highway in to the lot. Moving that location or having more staff to clear the area would be great.ANTHONY F.

I was told that I could have a hand dolly so I can use and there wasn't any available at the location there seems to be a disconnect between main office and on the phone customer service relation versus the rental locations there is no communication is not in perfect communication going on between main office and actual location very disappointing in the communications and information in my experience as a customerBurt T.

In dropping off I didn't get a receipt or do a walk through with an employee. They just took my key and sent me on my way. Especially with all my other issues with uhaul during this experience I would have appreciated more of a confirmation and/or a walk through.Stephanie T.

Did not do a walk around to inspect, couldn't find the keys to the truck they had reserved so had to change reservation number. I took pictures of all the damage already done on truck so we couldn't be blamed. Turn in was smooth and no issues however after they issued a credit for the amount not used it cleared the whole bill and I had to call them this morning to find out why, ( I don't steal) and was told to just give it a few days?Patricia F.

Well I took the trailer back early got no compensation for the left over time. The entire trip the breaks were dragging on the trailer. We called roadside assistance multiple time with no solution. Ended up have to drive 4 hours back because I couldn't get help with the trailer.JEREMY M.

This was the 2nd weekend in a row that we needed to rent a 6 x 12 trailer. It was so easy. I made the order online, went to the Uhaul location to pick up, check in was easy. The manger (sorry! I didn't get his name!) and his staff were wonderful in helping us! They were very friendly and patient with us and answered any questions we had. We returned the trailer the next day, late in the afternoon on a Sunday. William immediately greeted us outside as we pulled in and was so helpful and pleasant. This is the ONLY location I will go to for my local hauling needs. I highly recommend this location. Order online and pick up local. The only way to go! :)Bonnie S.
I was very happy with this location I would even say I would prefer to talk directly with them versus the â€œ800 numberâ€ when calling in for the reservation. Although I was happy with the agent who set my reservation. I will say, when did I tried to modify the reservation online, it was not working correctly and I had to call again. Only one person on duty, took a very long time to check out the equipment and a long time to check back in again. I have had multiple rentals here, and this was the first time it didn't go completely smoothly. Everything worked out, but it was clear there weren't enough people on duty. Plus, one of the hinges on the flatbed I rented was loose, and somebody had used a bungee cord to hold up the ramp on the right side. I don't need things I rent to be perfectly clean, but this seemed a little dangerous!Christopher N.

I was a day early for installation messed up my days but the men there said we can do it today if all your parts are here. They were and it was done within a hour. Then my starter was not working and the gentleman got on his knees and tapped it for me and got my car started for me. I cannot thank them enough for helping me out like they did. The equipment is old but it runs and gets the job done. It was clean - I truly appreciate that. The whole check in and check out on line was time consuming. The person at the initial check in site was not there - I spent over an hour trying to check in - finally got through only to have issues with the lock.. I was transferred to another site 3 miles away. Fortunately, there was a live person who could see the issues (online) fix it and have me on my way. Not a great way to start a moving process. Overall - the job was done. Good IT support - but wait time was 44 min long. : (Pearl M.
Would not help me extend my rental for a couple of extra days when I picked the truck up. Uhaul should give an option of how many days you need rather than just saying you get 4 days.Justin P.
It took forever to update photos of the vehicle and it was a mess. I've used Uhaul in the past but with the equipment I was given as a rental it was a joke. I would suggest putting that unit out of service until the necessary fixes have been completed. Not very convenient when check engine oil light message on over mileage so you have no clue on miles. Clean the damn truck. I had the pleasure of wasting half my time that I reserved cleaning the truck to a point that I could even get my material into the vehicle. There were soggy fries lining the bed. I had to clean up piss bottles. Absolutely unacceptable. I documented all of this and showed it upon check in, and uhaul had no care that it even took place after being made aware. The staff was also rude when asked for help. Terrible experiencePatrick T.
