Staff attempted to bill us for damage on the truck roof that we did not cause. We even paid extra for the insurance, and they still attempted to bill us. Damage was nearly impossible to see during the pre-rental walk around, as it was on the roof, and not visible at all in the tiny photos you're asked to verify. Better photos need to be provided, and staff should do a better job inspecting their rental fleet before giving damaged vehicles to customers. Will not be back to this location. The whole thing felt like a scam.EMILY L.

Horrible experience. Took 35 minutes to check me in, mobile check in was not working like I had requested. Then I got charged $320 for so called "roof damage" and after 1 hour of trying to reason with them, they had me climbing a 4-step ladder and trying to rub off a scratch myself with NO safety equipment... and then proceeded to refuse to refund the damage charge and made me go through a dispute process. They also charged me the collision damage waiver fee for 2 days even though I had the truck for less than 5 hours. Big joke. Absolutely horrendous customer service.Luma A.

Update your site to mention at the top the INSIDE dimensions. I understand that they are listed down below in the description but at the beginning of the description it said that the 5x9 trailer is great for moving ATVs and Golf carts. I was trying to load a side by side that was the same size as the average golf cart and it did not fit.KEVIN R.
When you let a customer reserve and pay for equipment that they will require for their moving day, you should actually have that equipment there and available. Rented two furniture dollies with the truck. An integral part of our move plan and we were just told that you didn't have any. Screwed our day. Had to scramble to rent some from somewhere else, using valuable move time. Should have got the truck there too. The experience really sucked. Would never recommend renting anything here unless it's your absolute last resort.Cameron C.

I'd appreciate if the fuel refill is mentioned clearly online, that we have to fill the tank to the same amount, as that adds the extra cost. And also how many litres will it take for the tank to be completely filled. Except that, the experience was great.Neeraj B.
All employees were great but two employee were driving in yard making it unsafe, they blocked traffic, backing up without honking, backing while other employe is passing from tale, dry steering, cleaning truck with air pressure without safety glasses. One employee was on phone texting and making us excuse that we need to wait, we were looking around like we are lost. After feeling lost that guy was still on phone texting and smiling while looking at his phone screen.GURPREET K.
I wasn't able to get help when I tried contacting U-haul, because of which I was charged a lot extra from what I actually had to pay! The service wasn't good ,even after trying to make them understand my situation, & their fault of someone not being able to answer to my queries,there was no use! Easy picking up the truck with no hassle and even better was after dropping it off and concludo the transaction immediately afterwards by email on line was excellent. Only bummer part was the gas tank was near empty when picking it up. I recommend having it full at all times because of the stress before moving and under a time crunch.GRAHAM W.

Car Hauler - Be sure all lighting and dangling chains are working and secured prior to release to customer. Mine had a burnt side clearance marker light as well as an unsecured rear hold down chain. Good thing I do the vehicle walk around prior to movement. Bulb was not replaced for my rental. I checked and informed counter person.BRUNO V.
I will never recommend and even stop if someone is visiting this location because of the idiotic behaviour of customer service representatives like Sukhleen who instead of helping customers show attitude, avoid responsibilities and judge customers. The UHAUL location on 84th Ave and King George messed up my storage reservation so I ended up at this location because it had a locker the size I needed. 3 other families were moving in at the same time, while one party was using all 3 carts and monopolizing the elevator. We complained to the front staff and finally were able to get to a cart. 1 elevator is no acceptable for a storage this size it was complete chaos. Once up to my locker another tenant had stuff all down the hallway. I cant wait to get my items out of this location. Even waiting to be processed the space is small and there as a line up of 5 people ahead of me. Leave the Uhaul property , driving for about 20 min , I pulled over and noticed a flat tire , plus I called on Saturday to confirm location and they told me , they put me in another location without me even knowingSTEPHAN U.

The 26' truck had one box dome light burnt out. The store treated me well. It was the after hours drop off that was terrible. I got charged $283 for gas +$30 cleaning fee on a clean returned vehicle. Your call centre tried to resolve (what they agreed was a mistake), but, it took over 1/2 an hour sitting in the yard to finally tell me I would have to deal directly with the store the next morning. I am 69 and starting at 7:30am-11:00pm was exhausting, and, I just wanted to get home to make my bed and collapse. You may say my problem, but you take your customers as you find them and spending an extra half hour trying fruitless to resolve a $313 overcharge was not a good end to my uhaul day. Fortunately I had a 2nd vehicle rented the next morning, and, therefore wasn't required to make a second trip. Again, the store was on top of things and had resolved it before I arrived. Again, call centre. I tried to call the store but was automatically transferred to your call centre. I wanted to know the total length of my vehicle to plan how I could park for unloading. The call center said they dnk, and, said I would have to call the store. They transferred me to the wrong store who did not rent 26' trucks. Fortunately they were able to transfer me to the right store, thus avoiding, more waiting. My store knew the answer within moments. Add this info to your call centre data pages. Surely other people will need to know if they can park in the driveway instead of arranging multiple neighbors to clear the street. And avoiding a longer carry distance unloading.JODY W.
Parking space for customers,when they leave there vehicle for a couple of hours renting.it is ok as well parking from the street if somebody will take a look on it.customer will be happy if there vehicle also secured and safe ..also it's confusing about the kilometer usage charge .the Gasoline is separate from the charge.did you know that the 78.something cents from each kilometer was already a good charge for the gasoline cuz I consume 20 kilometers and I only used 1 gauge from the gasoline meter and I filled up C$10 only and it is over 1gauge from the mitre so I filled up more from the previous mitre gauge when I take the vehicle .yes my request is if you can include the gasoline usage from each kilometer so that the customer will be back very fast sometimes I am thingking it is also consuming time doing that thing imstead they can comeback right away to your outlet centre. Only if it is possible that is just my suggestion I think customers will going to agree to my suggestion but it depends how much you are going to charge per kilometer it will going to depend as well how much the gasoline rate per liter.but all in all your service is great ! Thanks UHAUL you are really a big help for all the people that are moving or need to move something by themselves it is also more convinient and secure when we are the one who will handle to our own things, nothing will be brake or damaged .if there is no one will be blame, only us!we really save a lot rather than hiring a movimg truck or vehicle and personnel . I did not have a cell phone. The U-Haul agent would not initially allow me to rent the vehicle because she said that I needed to inspect the vehicle and send back my inspection review by text. It had been about two years since I rented a vehicle from U-Haul so I was unaware of this new requirement. When I asked for a paper copy of the inspection review the U-Haul agent that it was not possible. Finally she advised me to inspect the vehicle before I drove it and let her know if there was any pre-existing damage. I inspected the vehicle and found no pre-existing damage. Otherwise, the experience was good. The vehicle was good. I was able to promptly settle my bill with the lot attendant after he inspected it.ROGER R.
The lot was a disaster, very busy which is fair. The Auto Transport I had rented had a wheel strap that was torn & was not usable, fortunately I had an extra strap on me to make it work. Seems as if the equipment was not safely inspected prior to our pickup.Colton R.

I was told at the U-Haul office when dropping off my rental final payment was 82.79 which I could pay on Monday I just received an e-mail that my final payment is over 100 $ which one is it and why would it be different something suspicious is going on here and I don't like itBRANDON H.

I missed the drop off time of 10 am as I had mistakenly assumed that an extra day's rental would be for the entire day as long as equipment was returned prior to close . Every time I went to load/ unload my car your workers would block me in or park stupidly close to my car the last time I was there they double parked a truck for no reason there was 5 other stalls but wanted to park close to my car than help other clients in the office with booking trucks and taking payments but when I go inside to pay for the month they can't help me at all over all this was a really bad experience and will never come back.
