Staff could be a little friendlier. Returned truck on Jan 31st at approximately 1240 amd did the self check in process. I don't always get an electronic receipt. So when I don't I ask for A hard copy. One representing told me I'd get an email to which I explained I don't get them and would still need it. He then left me waiting in the lobby while he cleaned and checked in another truck that arrived after me. The other representative told me I would have to wait until the truck was checked in. My prior experiences at all uhuals when self checked usually means the staff doesn't have to check it in again. However this representative went on to say most uhual customers lie and and re checked in the truck and cleaned it before issuing a receipt. His over all attitude and demeanor was to imply that I as well would lie and check in a truck under false conditions. I do alot of rentals and this is a first for me.Donovan L.

Location is a small gas station on the corner- we missed it the first time. It's hard to get into, even with a Medium truck. Clerk made us back in twice. He was unable to locate the reservation and delayed our return but overall he was pleasant.Andrew M.

Terrible service at this location i was given a truck that smelled of cigarettes amd ac was not working then when i returned after driving 10 miles i was charged $75 for smoking in the care. UnacceptableART E.

My experience was top notch. Friendly, dependable, and the right price. Great location and great people at this one too. Thanks for always being a quality rental. One suggestion: corporate needs to order more trailers to be available at each location. Slim Pickens and you're making the customers drive out of their way to get they type/size needed. I could have saved a bit because you had a big store 2 blocks from my destination yet I had to travel 10 miles to a different store to get my desired trailer. Otherwise, all good with Uhaul.JOE D.

I just don't agree on the fact that I was charged 20.00 per using hauls after hours option I rented two truck s form 2 diferent locations so I payed 40.00 on top of the other fees for some one to go and place some keys inside a little compartment because they open late on Sundays I have been renting trucks from haul most every week as an small business I think that some one should told me about the chargesRamon L.

Employee was very rude at this location. Accused me of moving cow manure and tried charging me $500 for it, told me she wont take the truck back this way and i should take it to another location. I went to another location and they said they have to charge me $200 to accept this truck because it doesnt belong on there lot. Went back to original location hours later when she was gone and another employee took the truck back with no issues.Hovanes Z.

The self pickup was annoying. I arrived and walked through the steps. I submitted a picture along with the front and back of my drivers license. It asked for more proof so I uploaded my passport and provided my company phone number. It then made me wait for a support chat. During the chat I was told the company couldn't be reached when the company had no missed calls and the chat booted me back to the verification screen to again upload my passport.Christopher Q.

1) Fix the sun visor on the driver's side. 2) Get more appliance dolly's so I don't have to learn at the time of picking up the vehicle that none are available. 3) Shae My Location did not work so I had to spend additional time online submitting a comment and call the national help center to no avail.SCOTT D.

The manager Kim was super rude from the beginning . She had no patience nor was she the most helpful. It was our first time at u haul and renting a trailer so we didn't know the process of getting an equipment. She expected us to know everything and kept being rude about it. She took her time in attending me with no intention of helping me out in getting the process going. Equipment wise, the trailer I got had problems with the brakes. Every time I would brake to come to a complete stop it would start bouncing and pushing against my truck. Overal I had a poor experience here. Specially with the managerCRISTIAN M.
Don't have the customer wait to have the receipt printed out until after the vehicle is sanitized. It would be easy enough to look in and see the mileage and print out the receipt. Waiting 15 to 20 minutes for the receipt is unacceptableMACKENZIE H.

Picking up the truck took us 2 1/2 hours. Calling the number for uhaul took us 1 hour just to get and answer they always putting me on hold. the customer service number they can even answer a simple question. they will answer you call the location and once you call the location number it will be routed back to the customer service. I reserved this trailer for Canyon Country, not Burbank. I had to drive 2hrs out of my way to pick it up. I did not complain because I was on an extremely tight deadline and facing a 500 mile drive and DID NOT HAVE TIME TO COMPLAIN. Then, when I arrived here in Fort Bragg, CA, I was told that I needed to return the trailer to Ukiah, a 3-4 hour round-trip drive - to return the trailer, when there are TWO U-HAUL facilities RIGHT HERE IN FORT BRAGG! Only after calling and demanding that U-HAUL fulfill their CONTRACT WHICH SPECIFIED THE DESTINATION AS "FORT BRAGG, CA" - else I would SUE you, did you change the drop-off location to Fort Bragg. UNLESS U-HAUL COMPENSATES ME for my distress and the distress my wife (who suffers from PTSD!) suffered, I will NEVER use U-HAUL again. And any mention of using U-Haul by a friend or acquaintance, will be met with a resounding, "DO NOT USE THEM", reply from me. And then I'll explain how you attempted to perpetrate a BAIT-AND-SWITCH on me. I understand you push-push-push, until you're threatened with legal action - but making you customers do that is ENTIRELY UNETHICAL!!!!! If you can't afford the cost of business, then GET OUT OF IT!David D.

This location was 20 min out of the way from my chosen location. Clerk didn't help me load dolly or pads, just told me where to grab them and I forgot them due to that. I paid and was charged for them even tho I didn't use them. They did recommend a better trailer which was helpful but didn't seem to car much about the job.Courtney S.

When I returned the truck, I parked in the designated spot by the sign that said to stay with the vehicle. When no one came out I went inside and the worker was heading out the back door. He went over to help the gentleman that needed propane. When he was done he looked my way and didn't acknowledge me. I went inside, he had a customer he was helping getting a truck. When he was done he asked me if he could help me and I told him I was there to return a truck and he told me just to leave the keys on the seat and he would email me a receipt. He seems avoid that he had to help me. I told him he was very rude and didn't acknowledge me outside, he stated that he didn't see me. When clearly he did. I was standing next to the truck I was returning. I feel he had no interest to help me and I found his customer service to be very poor. If he would have just acknowledge me in the parking lot and let me know I could leave the keys in the truck, I would have understood, but his attitude was that of not wanting to help me as a customer. I returned my truck on Saturday 10/9/21 @ around 4pm. I did not get the man's name who was working at the time. He seemed to be the only employee there at the time.SCOTT S.
