I dropped off a trailer and it was easy pull in and park. Only recommendation would be to have tire chocks close by, I had to use a rock ðŸ˜PATRICK D.
This rental was a total waste of time and money for me. The Trailer is described by U-Haul as a 6' x 12' Trailer. I wanted to use this trailer to transport a Utility Vehicle that I purchased 100 miles away. The new vehicle measures 65" Wide so I thought a 72" wide trailer should be fine. The problem is that the back of your trailer, where it ramps up, has an inset that takes away 1' total (6 inches from each side). So yes the trailer is 6' wide, but you can only ramp on equipment that is 5' wide or less. If this was noted on your website, I wouldn't have driven 200 miles for nothing.Mark G.

I reserved my truck at your Covington highway location. When I arrived I was told my reservation was canceled and that I had to go to the Stone Mountain location. When I got there I was told there were no trucks. Then he said oh I have a 20 ft truck. Because I had movers lined up I had to take it. I asked for 3 dozen blankets. Did not receiveVELENTIA P.

Not location specific comment- I used my normal google maps/ Waze to get from Georgia to Vermont. It navigated me through pedestrian car roads multiple times. The Merrick parkway in New York has 9 ft bridges. I couldn't figure out another route in my 11 ft uhaul. Any suggestions to navigate through these situations would have been helpful.AMIT S.

This recommend is for UHAUL company only Not for 4940 Memorial Dr Stone Mountain, GA 30083 I recommend it Hardly . To solve a problem customer service when you call phone nobody respond.I believe UHAUL company is not going to be exist . I hope they going to come some company like Uber you know we had the same problem with taxi Company before,but now the Uber is coming thank God the problem is solved .the same no more UHAL company % customer service . Never solve problem I recommend it for people not reservation from UHAL Company . But the guy who working in Memorial Drive is so nice they are nice people all of them. The company is not exist . It's look like a scam ,I mean they do not take responsible for Cancel reservation if the truck is not @ the store they don't care about you how many times you spend where are you from where are you going to ? what is your plan your money your time is just Westing. responsibility 0% ,did not take responsibility did not solve the problem . Excellent customer service very friendly and hands-on staff they helped me every step of the way. They have storage units and rental vehicles all at the same location so it was a convenient for me. This rental experience was 85/100. The frustrating thing was that I gave all the info online but had to produce the same information at the counter. Also, the salesperson said she needed an alternate number to use in case of an emergency BUT then proceeded to call my wife (the alternate number). She should've said that was calling that person so I could have prepared my wife to answer. My wife was at work when she called. Why would she answer a random phone call while at work? She wouldn't, which would've caused an unnecessary delay.Anthony C.

I had to drive to this location after where I created my reservation did not have the correct truck reserved for me. This cost me for gas and miles in the truck because y'all screwed up. The $50 credit does not even come close to what I spent in mileage and gas. I definitely will not use you again and I will spread the word via social media for everyone else not to use y'all. The moving experience is hard anyways and y'all made it 10x worse when I had to replan my entire day because you did not have the truck when I needed it. Not to mention I had to get a smaller truck than what I originally reserved.DEBRA K.

Truck smelled like cigarette smoke. Location did not have all of the equipment that I reserved and needed, and was not notified of this until arrival at this location. This will be the last time I ever use U-HaulTODD H.
