I did however meet a guy while using your car hauler and I happand to have the fender folded out to allow you to exit the car easier and he rented one a few weeks prior from a different location, when he saw the fender folded out he told me, had he known he wouldn't have climbed out the window

Thomas JCheck your trucks before you rent it to a client. We had a hard time driving the truck, it was pulling on the left side and when we called and complained all they can say is “we can’t do anything about it”.

Rohit KWe had a blow out on the rental. It took 1.5 hours to get a tech to the location. The tech then had to take off the tire and take it to the local Walmart to get replacement. This was another 1 hour. The time totaled 3 hours with replacement time. Why do you not have spares to bring when a tire needs replacing. Why is the closed tech 60 miles away? Just some thoughts. There has to be a better system.

The staff was friendly and helpful but many times they were overwhelmed and the wait times were long and unacceptable. Scheduling the proper amount of staff at the proper time is a management issue. I would say that my overall experience was "below average" if not for the smiles that the staff showed me.
