I did not find the app to be user-friendly at all, and I had to enlist the assistance of on-site representatives in an effort to complete the initial process. I don't appreciate the hidden fees at all. However, the assistance I received from the on-site staff more than made up for the issues I had with the app. They also helped when I had problems with other customers while moving into the unit.

Dedric and Austin always go above and beyond to help me. They are both always working hard to help customers and working to keep the store jn good condition. Dalaina and Emily are amazing as well and always very helpful. Brandy on the other hand is always rude and has lied to me on occasion. She has messed up our reservations in the past and refuses to accept responsibility. She can usually be found sitting down when there is a line of trucks waiting to be checked jn.

There were troubles with 24/7 app to check in. The site has poor connection to GPS so it doesn't recognize your location and therefore does not allow you to check in for your rental. Fortunately the employees know about the issue and we're helpful but only after I struggled checking for over 45 minutes outside the facility. That's the only reason I wouldn't use the location again with mobile pickup.

Nothing to offer…I have used this location multiple times since moving to AR, and EVERY single Agent in the store has been Excellent each time. A great experience each time. So, I guess my suggestion would be to keep up the great hiring and training practices!

I was lied to about the initial fuel level and didn't check it before I left. My paperwork indicated that there was 3/4ths of a tank but it was barely over half but I did return it with the proper amount in it. The staff at this location didn't seem interested in helping customers. 3 people behind the counter I was the only customer and still had to wait for service a call came in and was put on hold. Overall poor service and unfriendly service representatives

If I'm being completely honest, uhaul has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. No one is on the same page. Everyone I talked to told me something completely opposite of what I was previously told by another employee which resulted in me having to change my appointment 3 times. When an employee called to see if I was coming in for my appointment (the message was never relayed that I had changed my appointment) and I let her know i changed my appointment and I'd be in the following day (could have just made an appointment for that day in the first place if I could get a straight answer out of anyone) she responded very annoyed “you changed your appointment again??” If I didn't absolutely need this hitch, I would have said forget it. I hate leaving bad reviews but y'all suck.

My install was done in a professional manner even though some problems propped up causing my car to have to be left over night. Mr. McBride went out of his way to personally drive me home to check on my handicap wife.. And picked me up the next day. Thank .

Ensure photo of drivers' licenses are deleted as soon as it is no longer needed. Uhaul could be held liable in the event of a data breach or ID theft of every customer whose driver's license is photographed.

I was so impressed with the communication I received before check in to speed up the process and to address Covid concerns. When I arrived there was a long wait with no one in the building to provide assistance. The return process was also difficult with a car parked in the return equipment lane and several empty box trucks behind. After waiting several minutes for someone to help in the return lane I had to go inside to try and get assistance. I think it would be helpful to have a number to call to receive assistance. When you call the store number it doesn't even ring in the building.

The boss, Dedrick (I think that's his name) is an exceptional employee and practically runs the operation himself, especially since he is often short of employees. He gets the job done with a smile. I have been to this Uhaul dealer several times and always been well treated.

Paid two months of rent in June for July and August. In September went to the facility and paid for September. Then on September 3rd corporate took two months rent out of my checking account saying we were two months behind. But according to the general manager we were current and had never been behind otherwise we would have been charged $60 for two months late fees and $50 to reinstate our storage rental. That never happened so obviously the guy that took the two month payment didn't show it on the account with uhaul corporate.

I used an auto dolly for my car. The straps for the tires worked well but not the chains. One chain had a rubber keeper that kept the s-link end secured. The other did not and came loose. It dragged on the pavement. More important, it would not have kept the car in place if the strap gave way. You need to make sure that all chains on all equipment have keepers, in good condition, or other devices that keep the chains in place. I have pulled several trailers recently and many of the chains did not have keepers.

Make sure the inside and windshields of newly rented vehicles are clean... that's the very least. But, I do realize people simply are lazy and dont want to work. Seems to be everywhere. So I know it's not y'alls fault. It's the damn Gov paying people to stay home.

The equipment(6'x12' trailer) I reserved wasn't on site so they gave me a different one. The guy unofficially wrote down the new one and wrote his initials. I return the equipment less then 24 hours the next day. The guy said he would take care of it and I didn't need any paperwork. I get a phone call 4 days later saying it wasn't returned yet. UHaul needs to train their employees on finishing up paperwork so their customers don't get blamed for things their employees don't do. This is the second time UHaul has done this to me. The first time was back in 2017.

The only thing I had an issue with was I was unable to rent the truck for an additional day due to it was already rented out to someone. which I understand. I would definitely re-rent from you all and recommend to others

The employee put insurance on my order even though I said I didn't want it three times - once in store via the keypad and twice online. He said he failed to verbally ask because "Things were going so smoothly". The check-in process is incredibly slow and there were people waiting behind me in line the whole time. I had to provide my credit card three times (once online, once in store for the initial order, and once for the price adjustment to remove the insurance). The employee wasn't able to remove the insurance but adjusted the price of an appliance dolly to get me back to the correct price.

The area where equipment is supposed to be dropped off, is too dark. Lights should on both sides of this area. I was alone and had to get out of my vehicle several times to take pictures of the equipment in order to complete the online return process. 2 different people walked through the parking lot close to me (1 appeared to be homeless). I felt unsafe. There are areas of the parking lot that have much better lighting.

It was easy to reserve online. But, the service was very slow. Several people were in line with 1 customer service agent. I reserved my trailer for 345pm and did not get drive out of the parking lot until after 430pm. Got to the mulch place, it was closed but the employee there took pity on me seeing that I rented the trailer and filled up my trailer with mulch after her working hours. She even gave me a discount!! Now, THAT is customer service. I will definitely return to the mulch business!!!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is I requested a storage unit located ground level because I'm storing large appliances and was told there was one available. when I checked in after paying I was informed it was upstairs. I'm a small woman and had to move them upstairs.

Overall great, there was a small disconnect between the U-Haul corporate site and the franchised location which the staff resolved promptly. - I didn't know I needed to check in first with my code then I could input the code by the entrance to gain access to the facility.

I came to rent another unit same size/temp control. New guy was trying to be helpful but: rented me non climate ,moved me out of my several year unit (he asked if I wanted to take care of nearing rental fee) but rented me another unit.Noticed charges were wrong and called.. spoke to manager, he said would take care of.. got notification but money difference has not hit account.. I think it's $5 and truthfully after moving things from one unit to another I am done dealing with it. Do not want anything' or want to cause trouble as life is too short

The workers did not know what they where doing. It was like they where running around with their heads cut off. There was a line out the door and the computers kept losing people's orders. I was charged twice for one thing.
