clearer communication. There was a $22 "after hours" service charge that was never discussed. There was a nail in the tire of the trailer that they didn't address or care about when I brought it up.

The only complaint was the text message almost 2 hours after I turned the trailer back in to tell me I was late. Your system isn't talking to itself very well.

worked well with me and my arrangements compared to other locations have dealt with that changed my reservation to something that put me in a bad spot when moving a fairly long distance. If not for friends that had large trucks and trailers and went out of their way to drive to and from to get it done would have never been able to do it.

We accidentally left a bag with some personal items on the passenger seat floor. Instead of calling to let us know, the location threw it away. Once we realized it was left in the rental we called to ask about it and they said it wasn't there. We went to the location and found it in the trash. They didn't seem to care that they threw it out but took the time to open a holiday card that was in the bag.

Clark was extremely rude, and made it very clear that HE was having a bad day. Clark showed that there was a discrepancy with the money in uhaul's register, and refused to be nice period. He made me feel really bad for going to the wrong uhaul location after a long 3 hour drive. My fiance and I were treated like trash, and then he was rude to the woman next to us. Yes. Clark was rude as hell to everyone around him to include his coworkers and UHAUL'S customers. Then there were issues with the trailer lights, and he started to suggest that it was my vehicle that was the problem! Excuse me? Only to find that the trailer adapter that is provided by UHAUL was FAULTY. Every time my fiance and I said thank you to Clark he would just ignore us and act like he didn't just hear us. Then Clark didn't go over the contract before he had me pay for it, and then when I look at the contract I find that I was charged for trailer protection when I didn't want it. So instead of refunding me, he just writes on the contract and says "Well it was selected online so I guess you can just take this and give it to them and I guess they can refund you because it's not letting me do it here." Wow. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL! This UHAUL is where I would always go to before because service WAS great.... now because of CLARK I will not be doing business with this uhaul ever!

I called ahead to reserve the equipment and had to pick it up on my lunch break, it wasn't ready so I was late. They told me if i returned it before 7pm i would get a refund because i only used it 5 hours. But when I returned it was told that they charge by the rental period and that they had someone else using it. So now when you pay for 24 hours you only get 5. So they can get $$$ from 3 people a day. Guess it's time to start checking out other moving companies, with a little more integrity.

I’ve used this location multiple times and love it! Make the crappy ness of moving furniture not so bad! Great Job!!

I just wanted to say when I returned the truck this time I put more gas in it but never got reimbursed for it. But when I rented a truck from you guys Jan 3th and it was just a tad bit under you charged me forty dollars extra and I put in way more gas and I told the guy that the gas gage is not moved from the time I picked the truck up

The truck I received was in very bad shape. The most noticeable was a part of the dashboard was loose so it bounced around while driving. The worst part was returning the truck. Apparently there was an irate customer returning their vehicle and it took an hour and a half to get them checked in, but during that time none of the other employees assisted with the check out process. Once the irate customer was gone they asked for assistance from the other employees on site and 3 more employees came outside and got the line of customers returning vehicles cleared out in less than 10 minutes. Why did it take so long for assistance for the 3 other employees to help the only 1 employee that was checking customers in. It took over an hour and twenty minutes before anyone else helped out with the check-ins. I will never do business with your location again.

The customer service sucks. Your gas meter should be 1/4 1/2 3/4 or full. So it it is clear. You guys purposely set the mark at 15/16. So you can rip me off. Thanks management

Everything was great except the fact that there were no clear instruction to drop off after hours. I put the key and the contract in the drop box then went to my car to go online and fill out the drop off online. But that was a mistake since I needed the odometer info and I already locked the truck. So I was charged for not doing that part when I was more than happy to do that online. So maybe I missed it somewhere but I think there should be something stating that you should go online first and follow instructions. For first time users for drop off.

Said I needed a cleaning fee when it wasn't dirty, probably didn't even clean it. Went to the dump to drop some furniture and when I closed the door it trapped some of the dump smell in the back, they said it needed to be cleaned when it was gone as soon as you opened it up. So yeah, highly doubt you guys cleaned it and kept the $20.

The guy that helped me was very helpful and went above and beyond in customer service, but the trailer was in disrepair and poorly maintained, leaked and the options were minimal. Look like they have a ton of inventory for trucks that you are looking for trailers, not sure I would recommend

I was instructed to return my truck to a different location. When I arrived, the staff working told me I'd have to take it back to the original place. I explained my situation and Glenn was able to figure it out. He returned my truck at his location. Thank you Glenn!

The gal at the drop off location gave clear instructions, was friendly & professional. She unhooked the trailer from the truck placing the tongue on a jack. In fact all their trailers at this location were on jacks! This drop off location is the great uhaul experience I am used to & their manager gave us great service. I made the reservation with the option to pick up the vehicle using a mobile device to save time. When I picked the vehicle up, the odometer reading in the computer system was almost 3,000 miles less than the actual odometer reading. That kept me from being able to complete the process on my phone and I had to work with an employee there to complete the pick-up process.

The truck smelled really bad of cigarettes. The guys in the morning was not so helpful. The day before I was told by the gal that checked out the truck to me, I could drop off as early as 6:30a.m. When I got there at 6:35 the man made me wait till 7 to return truck. I had to sit in my cold car for 25 minutes till it was 7 a.m. even though all he was doing was blowing out an empty truck with NO other customers.

Truck was parked too close to another uhaul vehicle and it was very difficult to leave; took several attempts to extricate from space after walking around opposite side of truck to even get to drivers side door. Truck left in Tow/Haul mode, had to turn that off as truck was empty when picked up
