I rented this truck and drove it less than 30 miles total. I was charged for over 1000 miles. My bill was supposed to be around $110, they charged my card $1100, I've been on hold with customer service now for over an hour. Worst experience ever.Elizabeth C.

The physical people at the location where great; stressed, very stressed, but did not make me feel like an inconvenience. However, we left our house at 5:50 to get to this location at 7 to do the app pick up and the combo lock to retrieve the key was stuck and we had to wait till 9 to be able to get out truck. Brought the truck back, waited quite a while for a CSR to come in. Then when I questioned the charges, I didn't get any decent answers, and then the phone rang. The CSR stopped, answered the phone, and I waited 15 minutes while she ignored me while setting up a reservation for the caller. That, was RUDE! I finally left. HIRE MORE PEOPLE! I waited 30 minutes to pick the van up and 30 more to drop it off. The one guy there was doing his best to handle the workload of two or three people. I would give a lower rating but I don't want it to negativity impact your one employee.Chris O.
The check in system using the phone was awful. Kept asking me for alternate contacts, but they were rejected because the were listed as alternate drivers or wouldnt answer the phone call from Uhaul. Who answers their phone when it's a number you dont know?? I ran out of names to give and I gave up. People at the front counter were wonderful and soon I was on my way.Nancy K.

Cab of truck smelled like weed. I actually found a half smoked joint on the floor in the cab. Dog fur everywhere, which caused my allergic girlfriend's face to swell up. Only one headlight worked so we hand to drive from iowa to Denver with the brights on. When I returned truck, I told them all this and all they did was give me $50 off of a $700 bill.JORDAN S.

Trucks abs light was on and off, steering wheel was a quarter turn off, steering was real sloppy made the truck hard to maintain control on the hwy, smelled of coolant at all stops and power steering was extremely loud an real hard to turn at low speeds. I was called When I was 30 minutes late to pick up. Just running a little late. I attempted immediately to call back to tell them yes I still wanted the rental. Your phone system is horrendous. I was on hold for 35 minutes while my husband attempted to drive to the location and pick up the truck. I never got through. The wires attached to the backdoor got entangled and jammed the door so it wouldn't fully close. Then we couldn't communicate with anyone from U-Haul because the entire system was down that day. So we had to problem-solve ourselves and detach the wires from the door ourselves in order to get the door properly closed and latched. Unacceptable that a door on your U-Haul breaks after 4 uses.Benjamin P.
