First off we requested a 20' but they gave us a 26'. Not a huge deal but we did not want such a large one because we do not like driving large vehicles. Secondly they didn't supply the Dolly we requested. And still charged us for it. Thirdly the uhaul was dirty and could hardly see out the windshield. Lastly we were told to drop the uhaul off before 7 am. We ended up dropping it off at 1am in the morning. We dropped it off in the exact spot we picked it up from and put the key in the drop box. A little after 7 am I get a nasty call from someone there asking me why we didn't return the truck. I was like we did, check your parking lot. Then they are like Oh never mind and hung up. Even though I made my reservation through the website to pick up a 5x8 trailer here and had an email confirming it, when I got there they didn't have one. They then transferred my reservation to another location which supposedly had one, when we got there we were told they didn't have one. He was under the impression that our reservation was a one way but it wasn't and my confirmation never said it was. After a lot of back and forth, he all of a sudden had a 5x8 trailor.Thomas K.

I rented furniture blankets, I was charged for them, but they weren't in the vehicle. Since I rented the vehicle after the business was closed, there wasn't anyone I could talk to about that. Otherwise the rental was easy, I checked out using my phone which was a simple process.Theresa C.

My truck was not available causing us to have to make multiple trips to move. We weren't offered the $50 guarantee for our reserved truck. When returning the truck the gentleman at the counter was asleep or something. It took about 3 minutes to get his attention. When the keys were handed over he handed them to the woman who was already assisting someone and then put his head back down. We had to ask if we needed paperwork and the woman who was with another client responded that we'd get an email. I'm hesitant to reserve a truck again with UHaul since they can't even guarantee we will get the one we need for our big move out of town.Alexandra M.

I think he was new, because he had to be walked through the entire process, which would have been fine if he had shown any interest. Have employees greet customers nicely and the employee of U-Haul should not have through the keys on the counter and my receipt I asked him are you going to show me where the truck is you looked at me and said it's over there by that van and walked off he also told me if I didn't have the truck back by 6:15 I will be charged another day I did not get it back at 6:15 so I thought that I had until 6:30 the next day but that's okay they called and Disturbed my mother at 87 years old in a rest her about the truck I did return the truck early at 4:00 or 3:00 but I would never ever rent from that U-Haul ever again I've always run it from U-Haul and never had a bad experience but this young man was really really rude to me he messed up my whole weekend and then I still have to pay for the truck not good.MARSHA JEAN C.

I rented on May 1st and was told if I bring the tank back at 1/4 instead of 1/8 (where it was when I picked it up)then they would give me credit. When I rented on May 28th, my worker accidently put way more gas in the tank then I asked and I brought the truck back on 1/2 instead of 1/4.
