The truck I rented was leaking power steering or transmission fluid. It stained my brand new $20K+ driveway. Maybe pay closer attention to things like that instead of scratches on exterior?

This is the nicest U-Haul location that I have visited in many years of renting trucks. It was well staffed so turning in the truck was quick. This location is a converted hotel with both indoor and outdoor storage units. They have a large inventory of trucks to rent.

I moved 3.5 miles and made ONE trip. They charged me $29 when I brought the truck back and said it was because I drove 39 MILES!!! How??? I will NEVER use Uhaul ever again!

This is the nicest U Haul location I have visited. They were well stocked with supplies and the loading/unloading ramps are covered. We were given a tour of the facility and shown our unit.

I had to sweep the unit out before I could use it. Apparently the previous user had carried some potted plants or Shrubbery in it as there was dirt and leaves on the floor and no one had checked to insure it had been cleaned.

When booking online, just because you choose a drop off location AND U-HAUL approves it, it does NOT mean that it will be the drop off location.

the young gentleman i first talked to didnt know prices and didnt schedule. The second lady was good made sure things were taken care. Showed up and man was good goy us in and out fast and no problems.

I had a TERRIBLE experience with the woman who took my reservation over the phone. 1. She sounded very annoyed that I was asking questions. i.e, will the van be big enough to fit my items, etc. 2. The rep recommended that I rent a van for my purchase. I drove an hour away to pick up my items and they did not all fit. Now I have to figure out how I can pick up my headboard to my bed. I will not be paying for another uhaul to do so! 3. At the end of the call, I verified the location that I was picking up the Uhaul and when I arrived to the location, they advised that I did not have a truck rented at that location. I told the employee that I have an emailed confirmation that I have rented a van and that I verified the location with the rep who helped me. The employee looked at my email and noticed that she sent me to a different location. This was very inconvenient and frustrating! 3. Rep quoted me wrong amount for mileages. She seemed to hate her job and was not knowledgeable at all! Very disappointed!!!

They told me I had 1/4 a tank of gas. My house is 4.2 miles away and the empty light comes on. It was my fault for not checking it?? Forgive me for not being able to trust you. I was leaving a 20 abusive relationship and not being able to trust you was the last thing on my mind.

Business was very clean and the stock was kept very orderly. The trucks outside were neatly in order and the storage containers were clearly marked and clean. Staff was very eager to assist. I was advised of a sales promotion, which I took advantage of. Will certainly return and pass along my Excellent experience to others.

The young man that helped me was outstanding. I called in on my way due to limited time. The other uhaul I tried before this one was slow, under staffed, and then did not have a trailer I needed. This young man had me in the road in 5 min. I made it to my location before it closed. If not for him, I would not have made it. I will definitely try this place first over the Jolly/Cedar one in the future

Everything and everyone was fine, except that the trailer hitch attachment that was installed on my car was not tightened at all properly, and the entire way kept coming loose. I did not have tools on the long drive and so had to keep hand tightening the nut the entire way at every stop.

Took advantage of online promotion, with the rental truck I could rent a locker and get the first month free with a free lock. GREAT! Came back a two weeks later with another rental truckload full to add to storage locker. Lock would not open. I was told that I would have to call a locksmith to get it open! Considering it was a Uhaul lock I would think there would be an easier cheaper solution. After working with the lock for about 10 minutes it finally opened. Was not offered a replacement lock. I probably wouldn't have taken it anyway because I wouldn't want to take the chance of having to call a locksmith. Would have liked a little more help from Uhaul as it was one of their locks. Would not recommend to anyone to use the Uhaul locks,

The truck didn't have any gas in it when I got it, I had to put gas in there , the u- haul not running right , it was trouble and was jerking to Saginaw an back to Lansing had to drive 60 miles per hour smh, I deserve a refund back if you ask me, when a customer comes in to rent a truck they serve what they are paying for .

The instructions for the key lockbox could be updated. Online, it says to the left of the door, but as a customer looking at the building from the outside, the key box is actually to the right of the door.
