The truck that we had rented from Minot ND was pretty worn. It has been kept up well but there is a clanging noise that happens at every bump, and the steering wheel has about 3â€ of non responsive turning radius towards both sides which made it difficult to keep it in lane. Overall I know uhual has nicer trucks. This one had 170k miles and is probably near the end of its life with uhual. Just sucks that we had to drive 2k miles with it.DANIEL F.
Have more one way rental options for equipment similar to the trailer I rented today. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, the equipment in good condition and the rental process well thought out (if a little too many texts) Great job U-haul!THOMAS S.

My reservations were changed twice. The first time, I asked for a pickup and was moved to a 10 foot truck which did not fit what I needed, so I had to cancel and frantically make arrangements to borrow a pickup from a friend. This time, I asked for a 15 foot truck and was given a 20. I would like to know how I will be compensated for the additional gas this required. I requested and never received a call from the manager, Nick. I called and was told he was out sick and might be back the next day. I still have not received a phone call. I purchased boxes from this location and ordered them online. They were not ready on time, and I had to spend an hour waiting in store while they were gathered. I purchased 2 glass and 1 dish pack and did not receive the boxes with them. I went back and was given 2 correct boxes and one dish barrel box that was worthless. Now that I have moved to a place with more options, I will not use uhaul again. Moving is stressful enough, and this store location added to the stress rather than easing it.AMBER M.

We had reserved a 2 wheel car dolly, it had not been returned so we were given the auto transport. The equipment was fine and the rep that helped us load it was good. When we returned later in the evening the UPC that we were to scan for the online return was no where to be found. Because I saw cameras in the lot I felt comfortable leaving the equipment and I called the 1800 number to leave note that we returned at 10pm. Earlier this morning we received a call that the equipment was not returned, I explained to the "agent" what happened and how it was returned. He insinuated that I was lying and that the equipment was not there, after going back and forth for awhile I told him to check the video from 10pm that evening for proof that we returned. He snottily said fine I will and hung up. 6 hrs later had not heard anything back so I called to see what the status was "oh I didn't know it was rented out the next day by someone else" ummm ok so why no call back to apologize for mistake and assure me that I was not receiving more charges? "I haven't had time". I was so irrate with his sorry excuse that I had to get off the phone. I have spent the entire day worrying about what happened and what we would get charged. It still does not say that the equipment was returned online, but because they have exactly one competent employee I don't even know what to do. I for sure will never rent from the Minot UHaul again, even if that means I have to travel to a different city to rent.AMY D.

Was supposed to get in Bismarck, they did not have, they set me up to pick up items in Minot, they said upgrade me to car hauler instead of tow dolly. Site did not have either, had to pick up truck at one and dolly at another, go back to first to pick up my car. Was told truck was full on gas, took pic and submitted that it was 7/8 full. Rep told me they would give discount due to extra gas and hassle, did not see one!!TIMOTHY G.
