It was really really confusing how to get into the unit for the first time. Checking in was a nightmare. It took so so long to get checked in - the person at the front desk wasn’t at all helpful. He wasn’t able to provide much guidance. We rented a truck that day as well and he couldn’t figure out how to remove the furniture pads we didn’t want. It was taking so long and we were cutting into our rental time that we just said screw it and paid the additional $20 for a product we didn’t want or need. The facility itself was very clean. There is a section of the hall that seems rather narrow.

I was offered the free month because of using U-haul equipment so I took advantage of it. The staff was friendly and assisted me over the phone with some things I needed done with my storage. The only issue I had was that when I arrived today; the space that was rented to me was already occupied by another tenant. Which was cool because I had to upgrade to a larger space anyway.
The secondary on my account removed my stuff on 07/29/20. The lock had to be cut and he had to gain access by an employee. There were no notes entered about the removal or the conversation that took place about the secondary removing my stuff. I was charged for the month of August. I was not moved out in the system until 8/8/20. I have documentation that confirms the 07/29/20 date as the accurate date of move out. Please refund my money.
I rented storage unit 230. The storage unit allowed water to get in. My boxes and furniture were soak and wet. I wouldn't recommend renting there.
The customer service was excellent!!! Nicole and her team were very helpful, patient and kind. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I won't hesitate to refer people to this location with their moving and storage needs.

The only complaint I have is that when we went to empty the unit, it was padlocked!! I had autopay and there was NO REASON it should have been locked. I did not receive an explanation as to WHY it was locked. Also, they had me down as having multiple units and I only had one. Need to training on MAKING SURE they keep ACCURATE RECORDS!!!!!!

The gentleman was polite, he answered all of my questions. And clearly mapped out where my storage is located, as well as showing me the additional entrance if there is a need (for shelter).

Manger there was very arrogant and bad at his job for misinforming me or information and was rude when I when back to handle after trying 4 or more time to contact them. I dont not recommend

I did not visit a storage facility had a driver *Sabrina" drop off & pick up a Ubox from my house. She was an excellent representative, very professional + knowledgeable & an asset to your corp.
The facility was great but half the time I went the doors were still locked and had to wait 40 min once before someone had a key to open the facility doors. Very poor staffing
Not Justin’s fault BUT this time u haul has failed me. From wrong location to broken things. Lack of communication & I over paid for very bad service.

Uhual over charged my card $1800 and is still trying to charge . Calling in is no help and constant transfer of calls they are thieves. Better off buying you own moving supplies yourself!!!

I rented one unit and being disabled was given a unit convenient to the door. I asked for an additional larger unit and was given one that I couldn't access due to construction. Won't rent ther again!

A 24 hour enrty with passcode would be so much more convenient....for customers as well as staff.

Helpful friendly staff. I was early for my reservation and was alone in the showroom for at least ten minutes. The young lady was getting my U-Box ready. Happy with the service otherwise!

My moving experience went well and would recommend to my family and friends.
One of the employees almost charged me 100$ when I went to pay and they couldn’t find my ubox for over and hour so I had to come back the next day. Other than that they were good. Just frustrating tho
Tried to over charge me for the truck
I had issues from day one. I ordered a cheaper unit and was put in a more expensive one. I had an issue with the manager Justin. I complained to the owner and corporate. No response.

Unit arrived on time. Reasonable price.
The High Point representative orchestrated the delivery and pick up of our Uboxes and made sure we were well cared for. She perform in manner that was professional and personable. 10 out of 10 stars!
Justin was always super friendly and helpful.
