I had to put extra gas in the truck before the move because it was almost at empty and I never got a refund like the tumwater uhaul place said I would... and also the guy that helped me at the Auburn location was rude.... wont be back to this location ever again.....

Made reservation for 7:00 AM pickup. Arrived to find location still closed and had to call the UHaul customer service to have the general manager phoned. At 7:30 a frazzled young lady showed up stating that the general manager had called her. Several others were waiting for their rentals as well. Very unprofessional.

You need to address your computer system. I declined the extra insurance when I made the reservation and again while I was picking up the truck. While I declined the insurance on the key pad I was still charged and rather than it being the least expensive it was the Safe Move Plus. This has been taken care of by your competent staff, but should never have happened. You need to address issues with your computer system and if they cannot be resolved you need to find a new system. If by chance this would happen to me on my next rental, I would be inclined to think it is a scam and would be willing to discuss the situation with the Attorney General.

Deal with a Penske truck rental where one would hope the owner would be kind and understanding unlike the cold hearted owner that I was forced to deal with at the Auburn location. It was the worst Customer service I have recieved in a long while and I used to deal with customer service. This guy had no empathy and was as cold as a dead fish in Alaska. I reported I was in an accident in the truck he was only concerned about his truck. Not if anyone was hurt, I was given no driving instruction only the statement "the truck is in the last row first in line." I'm 62 years old and could barely get the back door to close. The truck felt like it had the parking brake set because I wasn't used to driving the 26 footer so I see the sign saying release the brake before driving so I'm driving frantically looking for the brake already in traffic all I could do was keep stepping harder and harder on the gas. I left the u haul parking lot at about 20 to 2pm however was required to have the truck back by 1pm. Cheating me out of close to an hour drive time. I got the truck with a little more than a quarter of a tank of fuel and not knowing what kind of mileage to exspect I put $112.00 worth of fuel in it for a 150 mile trip. Leaving the truck with 3/4 of a tank. I'm on social security and that kind of money is hard to come by. If I had the 40 minutes I would have pumped the excess fuel into my truck but only got back to the dealership with 5 minutes to spare with the 40 minutes taken from me. I took pictures before moving the truck from the parking lot and they have a time stamp on them and other U haul trucks nearby so I know what time I left the lot. The $28.00 insurance policy only covered the truck which was not explained to me at time of rental so for the lady I hit with her 2 babies in the back seat, I would have to use my personal car insurance to claim on the accident for their coverage. As I was leaving the store which had quite a few customers in it I shouted better go with Penske or this place will screw you. I didn't see anyone leave however. I was promissed a discount from a dealer close to my house because he was suppose to have a 26' truck coming back at noon but he stated that that truck was going to be returned to the Auburn WA store so I had to drive 35 miles extra to pick up and return the truck however the Buckley WA store stated that Auburn would give me a discount. When I asked Mr. Deadfish (not his real name) about that he stated we don't give discounts and I would need to get that from the Buckley location. I called the Buckley location who stated I should call 1 800 uhaul to file a dispute or something. When I spoke to the regional office I got a run around and dropped the subject. Each person I spoke to about the discount went on and about some bullshit story on how their system works baffling with bullshit which only served to confuse me because as I stated I am 62 years old. No senior discount. Only a bill for $248.00 and about $60.

The 26' truck I had reserved 17 days before was not available the night I was to pick up. Had to wait until the next day to get truck.

Double charged for a lock and insurance. When asked if I paid with cash and I said yes the girl told me they didn't show a payment. How did I get my unit then? Dont ask if you're gonna call me a liar.

My pod was brought outside for my access. I did not enter the facility. However, the front desk staff were very helpful and quick to provide assistance.
