I pointed out problems with the auto transport when I returned the equipment, and the representative said he would take it out of service and have it repaired. While I was able to use it, there was some risk because the right side ramp clamp would not self return, and the ramp fell out. Other than that, our move was nearly flawless and the truck performed great!

We paid 110.00 for a Truck we were driving less than 50 miles. We put 13.00 in to get it back up to said amount and we were still billed 16.00 for gas. We dropped the Truck off 12 hours before it was due and received an after hours service fee. That will be the last time we use uhaul again.

Driving from WA to CA and it started to rain off and on the whole way. There was no fluid for the windshield wipers and when the mud and dirt are hitting the windshield and then drying.... Not happy at all!! That makes me wonder what else was not maintained? The oil? Filters? Its at 30xxx + miles so I'm leaning towards it has not had its first oil change or tire rotation. Hopefully the renter after me did not have any issues because this manifesto would not be good in court. Good luck.

The truck I used broke down on me, it was loud gas leaking in the cab I had to pull over, I didn't even finish my job, something was wrong with the truck.

It took and hour and 20 mins to pick up my truck. Not enough staff to handle the morning rush of 5 customers first thing on a Thursday morning at 8 am. It put all of us way behind on our moves

I had a horrible experience here. This was not supposed to be my original drop off location but I was told that it had to be dropped off at this location. I was also charged for an additional full day after being notified at 5pm that I would have to return the U-Haul at 9am the next day instead of 130pm to a location that was an additional 30 minute drive from the original return location. I understand that things come up and sometimes change but the way the situation was handled was unprofessional. The guy at the Auburn store was very rude. I had previously spoke to customer service about the situation and was told that my account would be noted and I would only be charged for one day. He told me that customer service has no power and that they are just there to answer phones. I said that I would like to call customer service again and discuss the situation. He then proceeded to tell me that he calls the shots and he’s charging me for both days regardless of the situation or response from customer service. He was very rude about the whole situation. I will not ever use this location again. Im very sad because I always use U-Haul for moves or picking up large items. I have even referred friends and family to locations. I have never had such a bad experience from U-Haul or any business that I’ve been a customer at. I can’t believe how bad I was treated. I will follow up with customer service and the better business bureau as well as warn others on yelp and google reviews. I truly hope that this man was just having a bad day and doesn’t treat everyone poorly.

I received the vehicle with a gas level just above full and they consider that full but If I were to bring it back at that level it would not be considered full... Also by the time I got from the location to home (2.3 miles) the gas tank showed at a quarter of a tank! I even showed the staff a video of this and my overall round trip was 10 miles. I was never give a discount offer just told oh I will let my boss know. That is not fair you got a tank of gas beyond the full mark yet you did not think of me a paying customer... Word of mouth is the fastest and one of the best advertisements and I will be sure to NOT refer this location or Uhaul at all. Tell People to look for location that have their own trucks to use and store.

The employee who closed the facility refused to help me and had an "I don't care" attitude. I will never use this location again. Further, the "800 #" transferred me twice and ultimately no one answered after being on hold for 53 minutes. The UHaul app doesn't work, either. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

First off I reserved a 20 foot truck that wasn’t available at pick up, I did receive a call two days prior to offer me a 15 foot truck with a mileage rate of .99$ a mile, sounds good right. At time of pick up there was a line of customers, one employee because the other one called in late, no update on my mileage rate so I paid weekend prices. The one employee there working was sick as a dog, coughing a lung up, unable to explain how the text messages worked from U-Haul, unable to do anything really in his condition and short staffing. It’s really unfortunate that U-Haul holds the corner market on equipment rentals because I certainly would NOT rent from you all again and definitely NOT this location. Maybe I was spoiled as an active duty US Military personal by having the government move me and my family, overall experience with this was complete trash. Hope you can figure out how to fix this so the next person doesn’t get screwed over. The only shining light to this is that I over estimated the mileage so I didn’t have to pay as much.

Staff is friendly, polite and nice. Can't say anything towards the employees at all. However...After picking up the Van I had reserved, I heard a sloshing noise , once we got to our destination, I opened up the back to look. In the left sills was manure water all over, and under the mat. My guess is, whomever rented the van prior moved animals. Rather than picking our item's up, we took the Van to a car wash to try to clean the sills out. It was disgusting, it took time from our busy day and I took pictures of the grossness. I thought about posting them, but maybe this is a fluke. So I haven't. I rented from this location before and everything was perfect....Not this time.

The person running the counter was coughing repeatedly and wiping their face with their hands not coughing into his elbow. I felt like I was going to catch some nasty respiratory disease. And the computers were super slow and only 1 person working on a Saturday is ridiculous.
