After making a reservation, the check-in/pick-up process needs to be quicker. Wr have an account, and all info is there. A more streamline pick-up process would help get us back to work quicker.ANGELA D.

Employee told me when I checked in the van was full of gas and I would need to make sure it was full when I returned it. You don't give a damn about your customers or how inconvenient it is to keep being told you have to change your plans to accommodate the company so they can make more money. This was the third place I had to drive to get a size of truck I did not reserve. I never received any correspondence from UHaul except for when I made the reservation. Overall, this location was very helpful, but the actual UHaul company I was not impressed with. After getting a smaller truck than I originally reserved I was given a trailer to give me more length but did not get all the height I was guaranteed. I then was charged an extra $11 for the priced difference. I will be following up with UHaul and asking for them to make this right. I used gas to drive all over Amarillo trying to get a 26 foot truck and then was asked to pay more because they did not have what I needed.Johnathan P.

While I was compensated extra miles for the difference in distance from my original pick up location to the updated pick up location, I was not allowed anything or discounted at all for all the fuel. The truck held over $100 worth of fuel. I feel like this should have been included or at least discounted in the price of the truck overall, since we had to pick up an hour away from our loading spot.Misti G.

Listen to the the customers needs, i requested a rental for 24 hrs and the representative scheduled it for 22 hours. I attempted to extend the rental but the representative said that they could not accommodate my needs due to another reservation. I was unable to accomplish everything needed and had to use another rental company to finish the job.Malachi B.

Tried to do 24/7 pickup. The truck was not close to where it stated, so I had to search the parking lot for the truck. I had to call and get the lock box number and code from the uhaul help line. The instructions from this location just stated that the box was on the left of the door. I have never had a good experience with this location.Wade M.

All of your pricing is very misleading! You advertise $29 per day on the truck side but charge $63. That's a lot of tax of a load of BS. Not to mention $10 a gallon of gas. I drove 18.7 miles and was charges an additional $23. in gasROCKY G.
