The truck was marginal. It had and intermittent miss backfire and loss of power at all speeds. Had a very strong vibration between 62 and 67 MPH. I arrived back it the Hewatt Road store to drop off at 7:02 PM. I was informed by the staff that I needed to use the app to check in as they had shut down inside already. The first time I tried to use the app said it could not find my location. Your instructions to do this on an IPhone were useless with my IPhone 6. There is no top address bar or any AA there. My phone is set to provide location to apps. I started fresh on the app again and the provide location button would not work at all. It just sat there like I had not tapped yo provide location. Store staff said just to leave the keys and they would check the unit in and fix any issues in the AM, which they did.LEON F.

Truck was terrible at braking and the transmission needed tuning b/c if you took your foot off the gas it downshifted and the rpms went up super high. This in turn caused for a faster burn of fuel and it did this weird kickback thing when you pressed the gas. Would NOT recommend. Staff was rude and unhelpful.CREONA B.

Customer Service was horrible. The uhaul truck would not go over 40 mph up hill 20 mph. Finally, I made it to my warehouse and there was water in the back of the truck causing over $7k worth of damages. I will not advise anyone to rent from this location. We elected to do mobile check in. So when we arrived , the gentleman (Aaron, I believe), says "this location does NOT do mobile check in ". So we had to start the whole contract over. This is after I was CHARGED!!! So after 2 CC charges and a FRUSTRATING contract resubmission- we've decided to never use this location again and to tell others verbally AND on social media not to! This was SO inconvenient and annoying. Very poor service arrangement for this location and I BETTER get refunded the double charge!!!!simone T.

My storage unit was DISGUSTING when I moved out. No fewer than 4 dead birds, a huge bird's nest, urine and feces from God knows what on some items. My couch and love seat were destroyed. The manager was very nice. I showed him pictures. He said they would take care of removing the couch and love seat and the cleaning.STEPHANIE H.

I had a 07:00 pick up and had to wait until 07:10 while the attendant parked the trucks that had been dropped off overnight. I didn't realize I had signed up for the morning show. Somebody giving you attitude when you have not had your coffee is not a good combination either. Other than U-Haul's website running slower than I don't know what and losing half of my account info no real issues. I know the guy on the counter won't be there next time i come in. No one called me to let me know when my car was ready. In spite of me calling numerous times to inquire about the status, no one answered the phone and the call kept rolling over to the call center which also had no clue regarding my install. The initial wait to simply drop my key off for the hitch install was ridiculous. I am not impressed with customer service. Drive cabin dirty with previous driver garbage found under seats and cup holder grime and dirt from multiple users. Also, hand trucks stored in back with a seal strap which blocked space and had to be removed to allow us to add all items for moving. We were then charged for use of hand trucks because we broke the seal. Hand trucks should not be on truck unless ordered.JODIE G.

My reservation couldn't be found on the computer until I showed the reservation I had on my phone. The young man was truly helpful but as I heard him talking to his manager to help him with working the system the manager was rude. When he asked if I can get the free month she adamantly said no and I still had to pay extra for the additional storage. With all the aggravation the least the manager for this location could have done was work with us better to help instead of sounding irritated with her employee for contacting her and not honoring the first month free promotion online. I had such a difficult time with the pick up at an independent gas station dealer, Valero. It took nearly two hours to straighten out the problem but thanks to the folks at the Pleasant Hill location and Victoria at the Snellville location everything worked out so much better!
