Now don't get me wrong because I do appreciate that you guys went above and beyond to accommodate my needs... but I would have been hooked up properly then maybe I would not have experienced such an unforgettable experience and it all started with Snellville location had an inexperienced employee 17 18 it doesn't matter but when it comes to my LIFE I have the attendance of getting on the offensive side but now my vehicle got damaged when my vehicle almost became a vision in my driver side mirror...not sure why NO ONE has reached out to me but I've driven my car twice since I've been back and one was to the shop and Houston we have a problem and you guys will compensate me for this horrible incident that could have been prevented and when I say compensate me I do mean besides paying to repair my vehicle I came back with all that I had you take my $$$ you put my life in danger I'm without my vehicle and now I have to put $$$ out that I don't have and again I'm putting out $$$ I don't have I have appointments that I must get to 405-249-7789 LIKE TWO DAYS AGO...Carol W.

The gentlemen even told me if he doesn't have it on his lot, he would check surrounding areas and made sure I had everything I needed and understood the rental process. I returned the equipment before it was due (after the store closed). During the return process, I could not access the mobile return. Although I returned in time - I was charged $20. My reservation couldn't be found on the computer until I showed the reservation I had on my phone. The young man was truly helpful but as I heard him talking to his manager to help him with working the system the manager was rude. When he asked if I can get the free month she adamantly said no and I still had to pay extra for the additional storage. With all the aggravation the least the manager for this location could have done was work with us better to help instead of sounding irritated with her employee for contacting her and not honoring the first month free promotion online. Truck was a 26 footer alignment and brakes are horrible on this truck. I kept the truck over night because of the distance of my move so I can wait until after rush hour traffic I couldn't even get the truck to 50 mph without it shaking violently. I drove alone to not endanger my familyCENTRY R.

to improve your trucks especially the 20-26ft by a installing back up cameras. the manager was not cooperative ,nor customer friendly. I was promised one month free storage and didn't receive it, for the amount of money I spent. therefore I will have to get my lawyer involved for some sort of compensation. Check-in person was a bit rude. Said we needed to take a pic of driver's license with cell phone and upload it. I'm opposed to using my cell for anything other than personal business. I asked what U-Haul does with customers who don't own a cell phone. She said we don't do business with them. Well you won't be doing business with me in the future. Also had a problem with the driver's side sunshade. It kept falling down into my line of vision and was missing the hook that normally fastens down the free end.ULRICH C.

I needed a cargo van and went to the uhaul I have rented from 5 or 6 times. Once I got there I was told now I must have a credit card to rent a van. I dont use credit cards only debit cards so my wife had to leave work to come and give her credit card. I specifically told them numerous times do NOT charge this credit card and was told I can pay with a differrnt card when I return the vehicle. I needed an extra 1/2 day and knew I would have to pay the full 19.99 for that plus miles no big deal. Again on the phone when I extended the extra day rental I stated do NOT charge the card on file I will pay with a debit card when I return the vehicle. I then return the van the original day just later than cut off so again I knew I would have to pay the extra 19.99 no problem. I turned in the van and told them in the parking lot do not charge the card on file I want to use my debit and was told to go inside to handle that. I go inside and was told the card had automatically been charged when I extended the extra day. I then said I did not authorize that card to be charged and said we need to fix this now. I was told I have to take that up with customer service so now I have to pay 30% interest on a card I stated from the 1st instant not to be charged and repeated not to charge it 20 times. I was ignored and my wifes card was charged $256.00. We will be disputing these charges unauthorized on my wifes card. Its unbelieveable how many times I was assured that card would not be charged but the entire time it was a complete lie.JEREMY Y.

The people are most friendly and very helpful. Check in and check out was fast too. Excellent customer service. The only cons were that the windshield was dirty and affected visibility when the sun was directly on it. Also, the driver's-side mirror could not be adjusted. The young man that waited on me was extraordinary. He was the only one there and he did an amazing job waiting on me and everyone else that came in. Truck was in bad shape. Could barely pull off and unable to accelerate to 45 mph. Passenger side door was hanging off the hinge. The heat didn't work. The lady who checked me out had the worst attitude ever, acted as if we were bothering her by being there. Called road side assistance to have someone check the truck, they gave a 2 hour ETA and showed up 3.5 hours later and I explained to the roadside assistance guy that we couldn't just sit and wait for anyone that long. Ended up having to put almost $40 worth of gas back in the truck for a 15 mile ride due to it not driving properly and consuming excessively way to much because we couldn't accelerate even with a truck with no load.TERRISS C.

Woman behind counter canceled my brother's 26 ft truck reservation and refused to rent to him after a disagreement around paperwork that he filled out online. I went in and rented a truck. Was told there was nothing larger than a 10ft truck. There were at least 5 larger trucks onsite and remained onsite for the 24 hrs i had my rental. We had to make multiple trips using the 10 ft rather than the 26ft originally reserved causing our costs to be significantly higher. It took nearly two hours to straighten out the problem but thanks to the folks at the Pleasant Hill location and Victoria at the Snellville location everything worked out so much better! I wasn't able to physically be at the storage unit the 1st week I purchased it. And employee told me that they would lock the unit and have the key at the front office when. I came in to get the key to load up the storage unit and waiting in line for an hour. Once I got to speak to an employee, they told me that they couldn't get the key that was supposed to be at the front desk for me, I had to wait for the other employee, who was currently practicing horrible social distancing skills by using customers cell phone to get information about booking a storage unit. Instead of just giving me the key, they told me that I'd have to wait longer than the hour that I already waiting, for a key I already paid for, that was supposed to just be at the front office. I left. I had other pressing matters to handle on top of dropping off all my clothes to the storage unit I already paid for. This has completely altered my moving processes.
