This is the best facility I’ve ever been to...... the staff is amazing!
very helpful.
Nothing you can do about it, but this location is hard to access. Also it would be helpful if you could access the storage area from where the trucks are parked so that you don't have to drive down the road, make a u-turn and backtrack to go to the storage units.
Issac Hernandez was very helpful when I called and asked how much the storage units were, he also explained if I rented a truck, my first month on the storage unit would be free.
The manager and staff were super helpful and understanding of me moving out of the unit! Will always recommend and use this location if needed in the future!

There are a lot of places to rent U-Haul equipment but this location stands out for great customer service. From pick up to drop off, the young people working there were knowledgable, friendly, and professional. Too easy. Thank you.
There seemed to be a miscommunication about the unit internally, however Joshua at the main office was quick to assist and made the process extremely smooth.
Christopher, the manager, did a superb job and I highly appreciate his service over the years.
The truck was not available at the original location I was given to pick it up at. Luckily it was only a few blocks down the street to the next location and they had one available. The gentleman at the new location was very helpful and pleasant it getting us set up.

The parking space is very small and not easy to maneuver in. I'm not sure how something like that could be fixed due to the limitations of the property location. Service was good and the employees were friendly and helpful.

Chris assisted me on the phone to reserve a new unit. When I was able to get to the facility later that day, Josh showed me the new unit and completed the rental process. These guys make it so easy to rent. Excellent job as always!
Quick and easy. As soon as we pulled up the young man came to greet us outdoors. He helped us detach the trailer and was very polite. Great for those of us with minimal experience using a trailer, as well as for those concerned about COVID. We didn't set a foot inside and the young man made it quick.
Setting up and closing out the storage was a breeze. All of the front desk staff was helpful anytime I needed them.
The onsite crew were wonderful, as stated in the reviews. The online process was horrible. - had to run through the form completion step a number of times - ambiguous/unclear in showing _available_ units. This contributed to running through the form completion step numerous times.
The rates were very attractive relative to other storage facilities in the area, for the same size spaces.

It is my understanding that there were two motor homes inappropriately parked in the entrance preventing the moving van from getting to the storage unit. The best it could maneuver was 5 units away. Pretty inconsiderate on the part of the Storage manager to let that happen.
Overall excellent. Only problem was nails and screws all over the lot (from construction of covered motorhome storage?). Had two flat tires going in and out. Told them they needed to run a big magnet over it. Very nice employees.

There were a LOT of bugs that ended up in my unit. Spiders, beetles, grasshoppers, and cockroaches. My only suggestion would be to spray more often. Other than that, everything was great!
Knowledgeable and friendly staff
Chris Miller was extremely helpful and went above and beyond for our needs. He made sure everything was ready and hooked up the equipment for us, made sure everything worked and fit properly, explained how to use it and sent us video as well to watch for reference. He was very friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend this location and will continue to go to Chris for future needs!
Used this company thru out the years. The one on hwy 92 is awsome!. The people are genuinely friendly, and honest. Advised me on what I may need accordingly, and what was really not necessary. Helped me keep my expenses down. Will always be my "go to" guys!
Fix the trucks the onevwe had needed alignmentand brakes fixed. Also AC had many issues. Make sure they are ready for all weather conditions ie wiper blades. Clean them out well.
Our unit was clean and dry. We stored furnishings there for about 10 months while building a house and were very, very pleased. The team in the office was always helpful and efficient. Great location!

Online payment doesn't indicate the payment amount due until the day it's due. Then there is little grace period if you can't pay exactly on the due date if you are paying online. Late payment charges are applied after only a few days. It would be helpful if offering an online payment option to load the amount due at the same time the payment due reminder email is sent so there is an early payment option. The online convenience option is minimized as a useful tool.

Luckily the drop off location was not changed and it was just a few miles from my destination address. No problems with equipment.
There was a misunderstanding that affected the billing. I spoke to the manager and he was nice enough to give me some credit. I had made some mistakes, but their people had made some mistakes too. He was fair. That is the kind of service that makes me want to go back or refer others.
U-Haul representatives at the drop-off Location made it easy to turn the vehicle and thanks for making the moving experience less stressful.

The facility is secured. The units are clean and well maintained. The staff are courteous professional and always helpful.
Found out about an alternative pick up site the day I picked up the rental and could've be stranded by going to the original, much, much closer store. At pick up, I confirmed my drop off store In Gilbert and was told it was a different one than the store 1/2 mile from my new home. The mgr at the pickup store said “no problem, I'll change it.†When I dropped off at the power ranch haul, I was told they don't accept trailers. The same trailer I was asked to deliver to Gilbert. I was required to drive to another store (final destination). That store was not well marked where to do returns. Bottom line is that the logistics were terrible but the representatives were nice to work with. I only wish there was better communication between stores and with the customers.
The staff was always helpful, if I had any questions! I wasn't living there in Sierra Vista and needed a storage space after my sister inlaw passed away . Never had a problem.
He had to go looking for my record because it was not determined where the turn in was but he too was very helpful.and good customer service.
I would have rated excellent but did not received pro rated refund. I came in June 25 handed in my gate card. My payment date is due the 7th day of each month. I asked if I could get pro rated refund. I was told I could not despite moving out 12 days before the payment due date. I did receive a refund for having paid for the month of July.
Nothing, the guy was perfect.
Dead bugs all over the floor in the unit on our boxes. A real mess. Evidently attracted to the lights? But dead insects all over your stuff is not great. And we are talking about hundreds of them not just a couple.

I had to drop the truck off in a different town because I did not get the discount for having to drive it to another location
I reserved a 26 ft truck 3 weeks prior to needing it. I was told there were two in town trucks and that that shouldn't be any issues with the rental. 3 days before needing the truck, I receive a phone call telling me that I am unable to rent the 26ft truck but that I will receive a 20ft truck at a discounted rate. When I went to pick up the truck, the associate had no idea what discount I was speaking of. He proceeded to give me a 20 cent discount for mileage. Due to needing to make 2 trips since the truck wasn't large enough, I paid more for the 20 ft truck with the miles I drove than I would have with the 26ft truck.

Your service people were complaining that they had a bad day . . . ? Also many confusing questions unit numbers and they would not let me throw a small bag of trash away after I had cleaned up the truck cab. I tried to explain to the young man that I was sorry he was having a bad day; however I had just completed a 2,000 mile trip and simply wanted to get going . . . . I am very sorry to have my view of U-Haul damaged by this poor experience. I did speak to the manager the next day. During the conversation he was turning the speaker phone off and on repeatedly for some reason ? ? In view of the foregoing experience, I purchased a new trailer.
The address given in Tucson, for drop off of the truck for a one way transaction: the business, M and M custom on 1st Street, appears to be closed and not accepting truck turn ins? So we turned in the truck at the Alvernon Way location where we rented our storage unit. Very pleased. Great service.

THIS Ina Rd. location was good. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and suggested ways to save us money since we were moving over 100 miles. However, we had great difficulty returning our truck to 2 other locations PRIOR to being assigned to this one in Sierra Vista. The first location, on Deliverence Way in Hereford, AZ no longer does Uhaul, and hasn't for a year according to the caretaker. Then the 2nd location was on unmarked dirt road in the middle of desert. Which we couldn't even find late at night. This runaround made a long hard day even longer and harder! However, when we kept having to call the 800 number, we were always greeted with a nice, pleasant and helpful voice on the other end, which helped to alleviate my anxiety tremendously. Once we arrived at the correct location, your app was easy to understand and walked me through every step. So thank you for that! Moving out of town, I'll have to think twice about what service to use. But for in town moves, uhaul is the best.
I rally like the service. They gave me a month free. That was really surprising for me and shock to hear that. I was so happy. I got 1 month free in noncontract storage . I never get free things I believe in handwork. But my overall experience with U-Haul was excellent. Thank you very much!

I had items stored here for 5 years so the management has changed a few times. The current managers are awesome!

After one day of loading and two days of driving, we didn't need any issues or problems cropping up. These guys came through for us. The storage facility is clean, secure and affordable.

All went well up until the day we took our stuff out 10 days iadter we paid for 30 days and the employee wouldnt pro rate the monthot fee They owe us 20 days pro rated fee to believe
