The young man (I can't remember his name) that wrote up order and connected the trailer was very helpful and courteous. Wanted to know if there was anything else I needed. Same young man helped on returning the unit. Made sure that I did not have any problems, thanked me coming in, and invited me back if I ever needed to rent again.ROY B.

This location was great. My complaint is the uhaul system glitched or something and changed my original pickup location (which was closer to me) to this location. I did not have prior notification that was happening until I was attempting to pick up my original reservation. The vendor who had the original truck called me wondering why I hadn't picked the truck up yet (through online pickup 24/7). The ball got dropped somewhere in this process.MEGHAN M.

On return trip back to Uhaul location, the A/C in the truck started to not cool very well on a warm day.CHARLES B.
I have a couple of negative comments, but first of all I want to say the UHaul employees were very nice and helpful! We have no complaints at all about them. However, the physical location is extremely hard to get to. It's an awful location! The roads are poorly marked, and even though it's just off a major highway, I had trouble figuring out which streets to turn on to get there. I live in and am familiar with the area, but it was still a mystery to me how to get to the place! One street that appeared to go directly into the UHaul lot actually took us back onto the expressway. Once there, the young lady at the service counter gave us our Equipment Contract. She showed us the gas gauge chart on the Contract, and told us that - based on our predicted mileage - we would need to fill it to Â¾ of a tank before we left town, so that when we turned in it would still be at the Â¼ tank mark. She said (and so does the UHaul Equipment Contract) that the tank on this 15-ft truck holds 60 gallons of gas. Based on that information, my husband thought he'd need to put about 30 gallons in. By the time he got to 30 gallons, the tank was completely full, so we are out $28 for an extra Â¼ tank of gas because of UHaul's incorrect information. After we got to our destination, he researched the 15-ft truck and discovered that it only holds 40 gallons, not 60 gallons as written on the contract. I wonder how many other customers have had the same problems with the amount of gas to put in the 15-ft truck.Allison P.

Everyone I encountered was so friendly and very helpful. I love the fact that the store was clean and not junked up like some other places. The staff was very attentive and gave warm welcome. Renting a truck was no problem my first time storage experience and my answer to #5 is no because while the storage unit appeared clean it obviously has roaches, which does not make it clean. When I put my things in storage, I DID NOT!!! have roaches. When I went back in just two weeks to get my things there were roaches crawling in my belongings. I am very upset and disgusted and hoping that after taking my stuff out of the uhaul storage that my new place does not have roaches Also while the overall storage lot was secure with a gate and access card to get in and out, I also asked if I needed to purchase a lock for my unit and I was told I didn't need to that there would be one provided but that was another issue when I picked up my stuff, there was no lock on my unit which was unit 369.AMY W. | Overall Experience

Customer Service Employee named Mya, needs either training or fired. She never made eye contact, was rude, and acted as if I was disturbing her by doing business with her. She constantly typed on her personal phone while processing my rental contract on desktop computer. I rented a small open trailer for less than 4 hours, and it cost me almost $30 when advertised price is $19..... This person NOT suited for direct customer contact position. The unit door was initially off-track in one corner. That made it hard to move the security bar, especially since I wasn't sure exactly how it worked. I googled for instructions which suggested stepping on the door. Off-track made it hard to raise the door. After my husband put it back on track, the door works great.
