I reserved my UHaul truck online the day before I needed it. When I got yo the store to pick up the truck I had to wait 20+ minutes to talk to the lady at the desk. That's not the part that bothered me, it was the fact that when I got to the counter the lady asked to skip me to help the person behind me. I had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Then the truck had food all over the cab and the inside of the cargo box has dirt and tree debris all over it.

The ladies in Shawnee were amazing! More people like them please! They were the ONLY good thing about Uhaul. Dealing with uhaul in OKC and management on the phone was absolutely horrible. Theresa I think was her name on the phone very unpleasant getting a truck as I had reserved at least week in advance. Also lady on phone during return was unhelpful. So competent phone people with manners.

We needed a place to store some things while our daughter was living out of state temporarily, and it needed to be climate-controlled. This was the perfect setup for us! It was close and convenient, and because we had to move a couple of pianos the staff set us up with a unit that was near the front entrance doors to help us out. We received notifications when payments were due and the staff seemed to always be there when we needed them. Thank you so much - we will definitely consider using this facility again in the future if the need arises!

It's real inconvenient to have to pay so high late fees. Understandable fees. But so expensive no. And also. Your rental fees a very misleading. You advertise 4 hour rental fees when there is none available. You also don't let people know that in addition to the "$19.00 rental vans or 10' trucks are also a fee up ,/*$ .89 per gal and only can go 40 Miles or over. Need to fix misleading information. Need to fix your late fee and stop robbing people.

My helpful uhaul employee, even being short staffed due to a last minute call in / sick, handled this store and the needs of this location like a fighter pilot to a F-16. She was professional, and precise in her trailer hookup. Her demeaner was Fantastic even though she was riddled with obstacles. Many times i have used this location and will continue to do so, even though at times other locations are more convient. If i could hire 4 more like her for my business, i would.

The shark was clean for the most part however motor had a misfire and the transmission was straining to shift even with a empty truck they may have been unaware of this my biggest issue with U-Haul is I did not know until the next morning that I was supposed to go on the app and check a truck in because my drop-off time was after hours so they charge an extra $20 because they have to check it in I think that's messed up I brought the truck back with more gas than what I left with which should have covered that $20 for checking it in and in my opinion I think you all charges too much on the per mile cost of course that has nothing to do with this location the people were nice people and they were respectful at this location but the truck a tune-up and a transmission check because it should not jerk real hard when shifting and it should not wait until the RPMs are real high to shift

Had to wait about 2 weeks for a unit to become available. The mgr. had my paperwork completed in about 15 mins. upon arrival. She explained everything well and how to access the facility after hours. Very heavy police presence and not happy that it's not secure entry you can just pull car to Bay door and be able to enter building without any security. Haven't even moved anything in yet because I don't feel comfortable with that

The people at 2323 harrison in shawnee oklahoma were so friendly and accommodating for our family. It took alot of stress off of moving from out of town. I will continue to use them in the future!! Place was well kept and secure!! You guys rock!!

I accidentally set the alarm off because there were no instructions posted on the or near the unit that stated what to do. The doors opened automatically so I did not know i needed to enter the access code. Before completing the online move in now form I called the office and the lady was not helping on expaining what the process is to move in. Other than that it was easy and I like having the carts available.

I'm having a hard time answering a few questions because the fact of not only truck return which is a nightmare in itself given not knowing how to use the text return thing... can't see to read most of it or understand it because I'm used to "simple " take truck back, return key etc. Now the alarm system within is a wonderful although confusing thing especially when every time you turn around the alarms go off! Also given the fact of 2 people trying to unload and get everything into stage units are not only exhausted, but physically can't go go go anymore to get things done in a short amount of time. Uhaul is my preferred choice for rental, but this time ended up a nightmare all the way around! The young lady that helped me was great as I followed her instructions on how to set doors etc when we were finally able to get everything in units, but what a nightmare with alarms going off twice and had to call 911 because of it. This was a very very upsetting experience because we were exhausted and don't fully understand how the whole thing works. I would like to continue to use uhaul as my moving/storage company, but it's not been a very good experience this time or even the first time so much improvement would be great especially for the older generation to fully understand and have ease using. Please feel free to call me to discuss because it's totally CONFUSING!!

Staff was helpful, however the card wouldn't activate due to credit card machine being down. Problems with the computers and adding information also which made the time to rent a unit very longgggg!
