First you sent me to the wrong office to pick up my truck.it took me almost 2 hours to get the truck. Vehicle was filthy dirty.

CSR was unfriendly! I had to go back into the store numerous times! Not very pleasant due to covid 19. CSR did not explain the steps and also how to safe the pictures. Then gas tank wasn't full! I felt she was annoyed when I asked questions! So it made it a long pick up appointment!
Customer service was excellent
The Uhaul crew at 8810 Abercorn Court in Savannah, Ga., were amazing. Their customer service was second to none. Cudos to them for outstanding customer service. Same goes to the people at the Wilkonson Blvd. Shop in Charlotte, NC. Uhual, you all rock!!
When we went to use the lights the whole knob went into the dash. Made note upon return.

Not sure. The parking lot out front is too small to maneuver in and the one way in to pick up a rental is blocked by trucks already dropped off. Not an ideal location for the volume of rentals available. Staff was fine.

great service minimal wait time; clear instructions and estimate given; the email info was on target and the drop off and final bill were done without any issues. and the final bill was less than the estimate so we were very happy.
The equipment was in poor condition and very difficult to use, when letting the manager know they were unhelpful.

This the second time. I completed the registation and sign in online but got to shop and they stated it doesn't feed over, so I had to complete it in the store??? To bad that is a good, convenient tool.

When I dropped off the U Haul the man who I drooped it off with was very rude and unprofessional. He was a black man with long dreads. I pulled up and he asked me what I was doing. I told him I was dropping the U haul off and he replied no your not. Not right there. Then he changed the entire tone of his voice to mock me. Very rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back to that location. In fact, it took everything I had to keep myself calm.
Very quick vehicle turn in process.
Truck was clean but had very bad alignment. Thankfully moved very close but needs to be fixed before someone has cargo at highway speed.

To not be so rude and actually have good customer service. The drive through people are disrespectful and don't even talk in the first place nor when spoken to. The location never has appliance dollies even when reserved. The location is below par and would not recommend it to anyone! They also charge people things they should not so you always have to look at the receipt to make sure you're not ripped off.

The truck didn't have a dolly which is one thing we really needed. It was too late to go back and get another one.

At the Hwy 17 location , someone canceled my reservation. I had to pick up a truck from Abercorn street location. Very enconvient. Who did that? Low score for Hwy 17 location.

Better explanation of the credit card hold when I first took the vehicle. I thought that was the final charge. when I brought the van back it was explained that the initial amount was a hold, and I was now being charged the final amount.
One of your employees was very rude to my mom when we returned the truck.
The staff were very friendly, personable, and professional. I've rented from here every time I needed moving equipment which has been several times since I've lived in Savannah for the past ten years. I will continue to do so. Repeat business is the highest compliment!
Uhaul trailer stolen, Uhaul no communication, continued to charge daily rate even though reported stolen and I had trailer insurance. To date, had to cancel card, they took over $200 unauthorized and refused to discuss or return telephone calls.
I had a person to quote Catherine storage rate to as first month free and 100.00 dollars a month. When I found out later it was not quoted correctly. The manager adjusted the late charge and the first months rent. She could not change the rate but I appreciated her trying.

Bedbugs on uhaul truck and unit that got into my brand new furniture and our home on base causing us to throw out all our furniture . Staff had I don't care attitude and told my husband they didn't have bedbugs. I am in the military and I trusted Putting my stuff in a storage and I trusted using you guys tricks to transfer my stuff without any issues. Very disappointed and have gotten military Lawyers involved. The way I and my husband were treated were very rude. I will make sure no other military personnel goes to this uhaul 0

Storage unit was a great size and very accurate to the description. When I opened the door to the unit, it didn’t seem like it was as hot in there as I thought it would be being mid-August in Savannah.

The storage unit floor was wet. Difficulties get the purchased lock on. Spoke to someone about getting the holes on the door aligned. Did not get the reserved truck, but accepted the one available.
Had a great experience, everyone was very cooperative and nice. I would use them again and would recommend them to everybody.

Unprofessional manager provoked an argument and ultimately called the police after she made a threat to me, the customer. After renting a truck in another state, traveling for 2 days, and arriving expecting to check in with 0 issues this was the last thing that need to happen. U-Haul’s system messed up my storage reservation and instead of leading with an explanation, she lead with attitude that was met with attitude. Aside from that, the other staff was super professional, especially Travis, who was actually able to articulate professionally all details about my unit check in process..
We had roaches in some of the boxes after storing them. It was disgusting. They were huge.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. My storage unit was in location subject to water run off from rain and muddy in front when it rained. Unit also leaked during rain and some of my items received minor moisture damage.

Staff was Friendly but upon moving things out of unit, I talked to them twice at front desk to check out and inform them everything was out of unit and we no long needed it. I was told “you’re good to go” - they didn’t get on computer and even look at my account to close out. The next week, I had a bill for the next month because they didn’t close me out! I spent half hr with customer service online having them do it

Very caring, concerned employees. Have had countless experiences with U Haul. Some not too good. This was by far the best experience I have ever had over many years of doing business with this com.
Kindly see the letter sent to corporate about all of the hidden fees and you company feeling as though they can charge whatever they want when they want without authorization. I would NEVER recommend
Had to wait six weeks for Ubox to be removed from my property. Had to make multiple phone calls while at work to rectify the problem.
My only issue would be the price monthly for storage. I had the smallest storage and I was being charged $80 a month which I believe is pretty high since there are other places that charge half.

Storage unit was absolutely filthy. Water damage, mildew and mold to more than half of our belongings. Roaches got in our boxes.

When the door to our storage failed to close ..The attendant got a repairman there and did not leave unsecure til repaired. We felt comfortable leaving our unit unsupervised while they repaired it.
