Was having some troubles with one of the last bookings but the lady at the Millar site I'm very sorry I forgot her name , she was very helpful so patient she saw I was having trouble getting through to the main office and she took over with her phone for a Sunday afternoon close to closing she helped us out ..salamat we really appreciate the help will be back and will refer others

Trailers need to be cleaned and garbage removed before renting to next customer, also, in the winter time, tire pressure has to be checked, the tires on the trailer were underinflated and I had to stop and refill them.

I was told when I picked up the trailer in Saskatoon I could return it In Timmins (where I was going) called the number provided prior to drop off and the woman told me I couldnt t drop it off there I had to take it an hour the opposite direction. So it took me two hours to drop the trailer off and get back to where I needed to be when I shoulda been working.

Both pick up and drop off were good experiences. I was supposed to drop off at another location but was pleased when my drop off location was changed to the Millar location because they are a well staffed first class operation.

Trailer tail lights quit working half way home, tons of issues other trailers. Snow not removed prior to pick up full of ice and snow. Employee helped clean but cost me extra hour waiting for trailer that was usable

Staff should always clean vehicles as soon as they are dropped off. I had to remind them to sanitize the vehicle. I was handed the keys of an unsanitized vehicle, I then pointed out that it needs attention before it was done. Also, warming the vehicle prior to arrival is not a bad idea because of the cold winter season. Then the tires of the pick up truck I hired are not firm to grip. My heart kept skipping anytime the tires skips and the vehicle would literally move in an opposite direction as a unit. Scary stuff indeed! I drove on same route with my car that has good winter tires and never experienced what I just narrated now. So for a vehicle that is used for business, premium should be placed on safety and cleanliness. Nevertheless, staff experience aside the cleaning aspect was not totally bad.

I had reserved a utility dolly with a 10' truck a month in advance, and when I got there to pick it up they had no dolly! The woman there wanted me to pay more for an appliance dolly but I reserved this a WHOLE MONTH IN ADVANCE! THIS IS NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVED WHEN YOU HAVE A RESERVATION!!! I had to argue with her to get the same price! Then when I finally got what I needed, I got in the truck and adjusted the seat but the seat had not locked in place and I didn't realise it until I got on the highway and had to slow down really fast for a traffic accident and my seat was sliding back and forth! I pulled over to adjust it again bit it would not lock in place unless I set it at a point too far for me to properly and safely reach the steering wheel and pedals. I won't be going back to this location again. When I returned the truck, the guy who helped me was very fast, efficient, and kind. I was out within 10 minutes upon leaving but when I arrived for pickup it took almost an hour.

Had a pretty sleazy experience. Went to pick up truck. Was told "got some bad news... The truck is barely above empty. But if you full it to one quarter we'll give you a 25 dollar credit." I said "one quarter??that's probably 100$ in this truck?! ... Agent shrugs shoulders and says, that's how we do it at Uhaul. I guess they're looking for some sap who thinks a quarter tank of gas in a 26ft moving truck will be less than $25 and then gets stuck putting $100 in only to be told they just donated $75 to this Uhaul location. Like I said... Pretty sleazy move. Not to mention irresponsible. I left the Uhaul location on fumes.

I was very impressed with how easy the truck was to drive even in the city. I also had no trouble with it on the highway. I had only rented a 15 foot box. Will definitely rent a truck again once the move is final. There was no problem returning it later at night as it was quiet and lots of lighting. All was good. Thank you.

The self checkout process for rentals takes too long. Lots of these steps for verifying the rental can be done prior to arrival onsite to collect the vehicle. All in, the process took approximately 15-20 minutes before I could collect keys and be on my way. I would like to see this process streamlined for next time because this service is great otherwise.

give them a decent vehicle with a set of tires that are practical for saskatchewan. Also let customers now when they are at the rental desk that U-haul does not recommend driving in snow. Also please change documentation on contract to indicate that every tow with U-haul is "situational" so they will happily leave you in the lurch. Never again will I waste my time and money with U-haul.

When I returned the van, the young man behind the counter was so kind to me. When I asked him if they had anymore Uhaul cardboard piggy banks, he said “naw, we haven't gotten any more for a long time-you can just have that one 😀” It really made my day

The morning pick up was a little long as there was only one staff member at the counter. However I know the person in front of me was over 30 min late for their registered pickup. If all customers showed up at their scheduled pickup time I'm sure things would have went a lot faster. Thanks for making a stressful day of moving a lot easier by having clean reliable equipment in stock and ready to go! I was especially impressed that your team had taken the time to warm the truck up this was much appreciated as it was about -20 outside

The app did not work - it did not accept uploads for some of my pictures and it wasn't obvious when it would / would not work. I had to walk into the store to pickup my truck. The equipment we originally rented was not ready - meaning we had to do our large move by hand. The staff was very friendly, the truck was clean, and things ran smoothly otherwise.

There were no suggestions as to how to save me money. It was all about the company getting money. Even up the overcharge on 6 miles. A little over $2 added because the estimate of mileage was short. Also Making a round trip so the vehicle would be returned would be nice to have a deal as such or something. It's obvious that this is all just for profit. Even the signage and contracts show that it is all about the all mighty dollar.

Before I went to the location, I filled out the enitre online reservation form, including payment with my credit card. When I arrived at the location, I mentioned to the representative that I had done the onlinge reservation. Howevver, the rep proceeded to put me through the reservation process. At one point I stopped him and asked him why we were doing this again, when I had done it all online. He siad he needed to verify the information. This was very frustrating, as the process took a long time and it was redundant. Not sure why there would be an online reservation ption and then one has to go through it in person again. Thanks for your consideration on this matter.

Truck exterior was filthy, interior was average. No scraper was offerred and the windshield & side windows had heavy frost on them. CSR was polite but was not wearing her mask properly (nose was exposed).

i reserved a 10*14 unit about a month ahead and called few times later to confirm it as I was bringing stuff from a small town 2 hours away and didn't want any disappointment. each time I called staff confirmed my reservation. even on the date of move I called the facility and the lady on staff confirmed the reservation and didn't mention anything about it being not available. few hours later when i reached the facility they said unit was not available, I had to cram my stuff into a smaller unit of 10*10 and ultimately had to buy another unit 10*5 additionally paying 80$. Also staff didn't' offer any insurance despite asking multiple times. now some of my cushions are permanently damaged and I request U-HAUL to pay my damages and reduce the the rental fee. During the whole process staff didn't' offer any apology but was confrontational.

Ensure the fleet is maintained for rental. My unit was not not road worthy, driver side back signal light was out. I had to wait an additional hour for my 15' truck rental to be ready. No body explained anything to me about process. I am very disappointed with this location and the service the attendant provided. The other 2 attendants tried their best to help. I didn't get the first attendant's name. I arrived @10:50 for pick up as I had completed all necessary documentation on line. I expect a discount.

When I picked up the trailer the exterior was extremely dirty. There was 3 beside that were nicely clean. When I rent something I would expect a clean unit. Had to find towels to wipe my hands just to open the door.

I expect CLEAN equipment when I am paying outrageous prices. The truck also had front end problems as it was hard to control at hiway speed. I did not see anyone disinfect any of the rental units!! We are in a global pandemic for Covid 19!

Truck wasn't filthy but not clean like a rental should be, There should be no visible old dirt on the floors or dash which there was. I was also very shocked and upset to see my charge of $140 based of $1.10 per mile and not 69 cents per km. That was not clearly explained at the pickup so I'm a bit frustrated.

The only comment I would have is to identify where the drop off location is so after parking there will not be a need to move the trailer again to a spot on the lot. Luckily the lot was open and not difficult to maneuver a towed trailer. Also, the fact that I had to help unhook the trailer, not something I expected with my bad back.

Not bad, but they sure like to put people on hold, I don't think they have enough employees. Also the trailer I rented had some light issues that I fixed with a wire brush I had, all the connectors were black and corroded, once the employee finally let me in there to clean them I was on my way. I'd say 3.5 stars. Not bad but not great.

You're 24/7 truck share needs improvement. You're app was useless. Your process had me standing in the middle of a cold windy lot trying to take a selfie and pictures of my driver's licence. You need a better procedure.

Brutal location even after they changed my timeline from 24 hours down to 6 hours because they oversold we couldnt do the mobile pickup therefore had to wait 2 hours later to pick up truck then I agreed to bring the truck back by 6pm when we brought it back we found a lost soul Who had booked a truck similar to us but upon arrival it said his truck was no longer available we waited in the cold with him for 45 minutes bc he asked to take ours since we had the keys but we didn't want to have insurance issues so in the middle of a pandemic we invited him into the car just to stay warm after being on hold for 45 minutes with your company. Hands down the worst service I've ever seen

I was quoted over the phone $66 tax in for a 4 day rental, I went to pick it up and it was double the price, I was going to just use my truck at this point but I rented the trailer, then on the 3rd I get a phone call asking if I'm returning the trailer because it was due, I looked at the receipt and they only did a 3 day rental.
