The last 3 times using this location I can hardly find anyone outside to help. Today I rented a trailer, went outside drove over to the trailer and waited. Nobody ever came so I had to go back inside and ask for someone to come out. When I dropped off the trailer there was one worker outside taking care of a return vehicle. There were no other returned vehicles. He got in the vehicle and disappeared instead of unhooking my trailer. I waited for awhile and he never returned. I had to go so I unhooked the trailer myself. I’m so tired of this that I’ll never use this location again!!!

I returned the truck at 3:00 on Sunday afternoon. The lot attendant asked if I was paying with my card. I said yes and they said you are good to go. Later I get a bill charging me for an extra day that said I returned the truck at 8:30 monday morning. Two weeks later, no response to my email questioning the charges.

The General Manager waited on me and my wife and was a bit rude plus unaware that the cargo van could be rented one-way. he said it was unusual and had to take time to validate it was ok. Interestingly the van had one-way sticker on the windshield when I finally did get the van.

Brought my 2000 F150 in to have a brake system installed. They ordered the wrong parts. One week later it is installed and my truck is returned with the taillights inoperable. Since it was getting dark I decided to take it home and wait till daylight. When I got home the right rear tail light is stuck on as well as the light above the truck cab. I still do not have any running lights or left turn signal light as well as brake lights. I am not confident they installed the trailer brake system properly this is totally unacceptable.

First time using a u-box and things went very well. Only input is the website didn’t update when the box left. Just when it arrived. Other than that everyone at the uhaul location and on the phone were good to work with. Would definitely hide the device again.

The Employees were dealing with a huge corporate computer change and the staff here and at the other downtown U-Haul location was rock solid helping every one of us with calm and compassion. Love the location of this facility - so close to a Rotton Robbie gas station to do the last fill up before checking in.

I didn’t get any help to hook up my trailer, this Is the 2nd time that this happens to me at this location. Also I’m being told by the staff that they don’t have trailers available and when I call costumer service to get one from a different location they tell me that they do have equipment available at the same location, this is very confusing to me since I never had this many problems before at this location I’m being renting from Uhual for at least the last 10 years at this location.

They were blaring the radio in one of their trucks. And then they never came out to connect my trailer. I had to go back in because they were just talking and they "forgot" about me even though they just sent me out to get connected. No one was rude, but it wasn't really a professional experience.

I got there waited an hour to be helped with my reservation . I got the truck waited another 15-20 mins to have them add oil do to the oil pressure light being on ! The the tank level an mileage was wrong so I had to call in and try to get a refund for being over charged . I have pictures and video of all the tank level and pre pick up condition of the truck . It was just a mess to begin with you guys are usually really on it .

I had a little issue with Don the manager. It stemmed from the purchase of boxes. I was under the impression that when I paid for them the yard would place them in my trailer. Nobody told me I had to take them from inside. This caused a huge delay in my move and when I called customer service, they indicated that they sent a note to Don stating that the would be picked up by a family member. I asked my brother to stop by and retrieve the missing boxes. This was met with a very rude response from Don and had Don looked at his screen he would have realized what was going on. In the end I got a credit but Dons rudeness will be a last memory of our transaction. It is sad that one person and an attitude can change the entire outcome of a transaction. I will be renting from another location from this point Forward.

Through no fault of the staff things started out rough but your employee (sorry forgot his name) made such an effort to make up for the inconvenience going way above and beyond that all was forgotten and I was happy as can be as I left your store. Customer service was HORRIBLE. After two hours of waiting, I was told to come back the next day. Then, they cancelled my reservation, and forced me to start over. THEN, they (YOU!!) wanted another $500 more than my reservation stated!! It took another 2 or 3 calls to get things straightened out. I am not certain I will EVER use U-haul again!

Lost storage box. I have been given erroneous information time after time. My box was relocated. I was never informed. I was unable to make ANY payments online. I had to contact a regional manager.

Happy to have used your storage space for the last 2 years.. prices were reasonable.. sorry about how the fires on the bottom floor damaged a few rooms just happy my storage was not involved! Thanks!!

Affordable, secure storage when I needed it. I especially appreciated the driver offering to bring a second container in case I needed it, which I did, saving me potential extra delivery charges.

The central office does not communicate effectively with haul store. Poor or just wrong info is given to customer. 2 of 3 pods leaked and had water damage. Eva was excellent. I wish her luck

Staffing almost nonexistent. Manager has to be the rudest one of the entire staff not helpful at all in assisting us with problems resulting from the fire on July 3,2018!! Calls ignored!!!!

UBOX is the most unorganized, poorly run and terrible U-Haul division. There’s so much wrong that there’s not enough space here to give feedback. Call medirectly or give a better format to respond.

My u box was full of mold, mouse poop, and missing items. The staff was rude and unapologetic. I will never utilize a u haul facility again. My original complaint was 5 days ago with no response.
