I did get the appliance dolly in truck. i went inside to go and ask about and she said they didn't have one and would take it off my bill also. the millage and gas was WRONG.. I took pictures of it. it was hard finding the truck as the way the line them up.Taja K.

Honestly, I was charged an extra $60 because I returned the truck a few hours later. It was due back at 930 pm (the location is closed at that time until 9 am the following morning.) Got locked in one night and the after hours service could not tell me how to get out of the facility. It was not until another customer came in to the facility that they explained how the exit worked for after hours. Once we found the vehicle reserved the reservation was fine. Our original reservation was moved due to the store not having the type of truck we needed. Our original location was Rinehart Rd in Sanford. Upon check-in, the clerk told us she did not have our truck. The clerk stated that she tried to call us to tell us we have been moved. This is not correct, we never received a phone call, email, or text. This wasted an hour of our time and caused extra fees for movers and other equipment that we had rented.RYAN M.

Actually do what you said you would do. My box was not dropped off on time and I was informed it would be late 10 minutes before the delivery window closed. My box was not picked up on time because the Uhaul system error that "forgot" my box and no one called me to reschedule. I had to call you to find out my box was still sitting there. The driver then couldn't pick it up because of rain...in Florida...you need better drivers. My box wasn't shipped out on time because you failed to schedule the shipping. My box wasn't delivered a week late for reasons I wasn't told. It almost wasn't delivered on the new date because the driver explained they were just told about this delivery at the end of their route meaning the delivery department lied to me when I called to ask where the box was because it was 2 hours late and they said it was stuck in traffic. I have yet to receive the $50/day that was promised for late delivery. Overall a horrendous experience and I would never recommend the service to anyone.Katharine B.

Xavier was such a help. Walked me to my unit three times to try different keys when I was locked out and helped me lift a mattress n box that I couldn't lift. The only reason I am giving one star is because Merna and Xavier did their jobs perfect and with a smile on their face. Patricia was unprofessional to work with because anytime I had to deal with her, which was a lot, she had an attitude or acted like I was bothering her by using UHAUL. Then I recommended my sister and Patricia treated her the same way. Her customer service is AWFUL. Also the new security system makes it extremely annoying to drop off or pick up multiple loads by the doors closing automatically. I hire movers by the hour and then found out UHAUL was the reason they would be delayed and charge me more .Bryce P. | Overall Experience
Waited around 15 minutes for someone to say anything to me while waiting at the turn in point. Multiple employees walked by, but no one ever said hello or someone will be with you soon. The employee who did check in the vehicle was very friendly and helpful. He deserves a bonus and is a very good representative for U-haul.Gregory H.

My rental from this location was great. I rented a 15' truck for a few hours to move furniture locally. Reservation, pick up, use of the truck and drop-off were all no hassle and pretty much above what I'd expected. The counter agent was very helpful, friendly and professional. Drop off was a breeze, and the rates for my rental were better than expected. My only issue is with the U-Haul computer system. When trying to make a reservation online, I was not allowed to reserve ANY truck on ANY date. the response was always "U-Haul is in great demand that date, try another date" However, when I called the U-Haul location directly, the pro on the other end said they get that a lot, but they had plenty of trucks, and reserved the correct one for me with no other issues. My recomendation is to deal directly with your local U-Haul location, and skip the website.ROBERT C.

First of all the location the app suggested to return the vehicle was wrong. Then, we had to drive to another location a mile down the road. It was not far but my husband was following us with our car with two babies on the back seat to pick me up. Then, at the new location the personnel said we had less gas than when we picked it up which was an upfront lie as the meter showed the same level. Then, we filled it up and now it showed higher. We took pictures and will be taking this up to the complaint department and whoever else needs to know because we have been cheated out of our money and especially when gas prices are so high. Very inconvenient after paying hundreds of dollars for your services.Megan H.

One lady was super rude !!! Horrible customer service. The gentlemen there were very nice and Daniel the counter guy was exceptional! But the woman w short red hair in a bob cut was rude she lied to us and said she couldn't rent us the one truck she had because it needed to be back by 4:30 ! I told her we'd have it back by 4 and she still said no she couldn't. When we called customer service they told us that there was a truck available at that location and it wasn't being a rented again until 6 PM so we can take the truck till 5:30 PM when I went back in the store and told her that she basically lied to us and we found out by customer service that there is indeed a truck available till 530 then she acted confused and looked in the computer and said oh they must've change the reservation bull she was lying!
