Have a fuel station right at each U-Haul company to refill the trucks would be better than being charged an extra 7 miles to go back and fill it up.

I rated this location high because of it's convenience but Wendy reprimanded and belittled Dillon about not checking in the equipment properly while he was assisting me. I could tell she was irritated but it's a way to talk to coworkers and subordinates that makes work manageable. She foul for her attitude. Like she's always on her tip top. Damn she ruined my whole vibe.

Not rely on, or explain better the smart phone options. I wasn't aware to date and time stamp damage pictures, but thank goodness, there were none. Take more time to explain customer expectations in reference to liabilities and contract, and phone app.

The staff was friendly but when I went there the Uhaul was not ready. The equipment was not inspected beforehand. They had to set me up with a new Uhaul and when I got it, the inside was dirty and broken glass all in the inside. In the cab smelt like someone smoked marijuana and when I had the heat going, smelt like cigarette smoke. It’s like they sprayed something to cover up the smell.

I do think that mileage should be lowered. The IRS put mileage at 58 cents a mile for 2019 and that calculation includes wear and tear and gasoline. We paid 59 cents a mile plus gasoline. Other than the price, I thought the people who worked there were great and the service was smooth!

your key drop off location is no where near the canopy where you drop the trucks off and there is nothing telling you where to drop the key. that would have been helpful since it was very dark outside. other than that it was very easy to drop and go. thank you

The only concern I have it cleaning up right outside of the large door more often. I have seen sharp objects and glass often, and stepped on one which sent me to get a tetanus shot.

Having to pay for night access after paying over $150 a month for the unit is way too high. The access times are terrible, and waiting at the place for help is always too long. I would not reccomend.
