The person at the counter that I interacted with - Eli T. was the worst customer relations person I have ever encountered. He was obstinate, took no responsibility, and was passive-aggressive. It was so bad that your other Uhaul employees apologized for him and commented to me that they don't know how he still has a job with the number of complaints he gets. I reserved 3 utility dolly's 2 days prior. I go to get the truck from the Benbrook location and am told there are none available. Why did I have to wait until I arrived to be told that? I was then told I had to call another store, transferred three times and finally got a truck with a dolly at another location, still had to pay extra in mileage, as soon as I drove away after picking up the truck the fuel light came on. One inconvenience after another. The least the one store could've done was called for me not make me do it myself, moving is stressful enough as it is customers shouldn't have to worry about anything like this happening.Tyler D.
Arrived at 7 am for 24/7 ride share pick up. Was having issues and manager was busy moving some equipment and didn't open the main building until 730. However when we did get ahold of him he was very helpful with our reservation and getting everything working again. I'm not sure if this location is just understaffed which caused the delay, because checking back in took roughly 15-20 minutes for someone to come out to the drop off location.John S.

I was charged $2.98 for a Toll/Citation in Error. I received an Email notifying me that it would be charged , so I called to discuss it with customer service and the customer service representative asked me to hold, she spoke to the department who handles the Tolls/Citation Violations Dept, they reviewed it, and said they would remove the charge, well they Lied, didn't remove the charge and they debited my bank account. I am Very Upset, because I have called 5 Times and waited on Hold for over an hour, just to be transferred from customer service to Road Side Assistance back to Customer Service and again back to Roadside assistance to be told to call back Monday. I shouldn't have been charged in the first place, now I spend Several days and hours trying to recover my money. I am owed an Apology. I will Never do business with U-Haul again.MARIA B.

I didn't agree with the final charge, so I told them I didn't get the dolly, so I should not be charged for it. At least not on a Sunday at the first of the month! First of all, I just want to say that the one guy working there was amazing and I felt so sorry for him. After waiting in line for over an hour because there was only one worker there, was not ok. Another worker finally came to help and he was wonderful as well. Please, if you know it is going to be the first of the month - have more than one person working there. If nothing else, than for the workers sake! Otherwise - this was a great facility.cara P.
I had a reservation the last time I rented here and when I got there it took ONE hour to get my truck. One person there that was interrupted many time and left to take care of things. So I decided I would user the ON-LINE check in this time. I got there and got on the check-in app. It told me to go find my truck and showed me the area. I walked around and could not find the truck, I did this several time to be sure I did not over look it. I finally went in and had to INTERRUPT the ONE person behind the desk that had many many people in line that all glared at me because I have bothered the sales person. He said it was out there j for me just to look and pointed to the same row of trucks I looked over. SO I went back out and walked around. I could NOT find the truck, so once again I went back in with a group of people staring at me when once again I had to interrupt the ONE person helping customers. This time the clerk jumped up and said he would find it for me and he stormed out to look for it walking down the same line to trucks. I followed him and he got to the end and said, it is not here, turned around and walked back to the office. He called someone on the radio and told me that the truck had been parked in the wrong area. In a few minutes the truck came and a man jumped out, left the door open and the engine running. So I finished my checkout of the truck and left. 50 minutes to user U-HAUL's automated on-line system. I still had to bother the ONE clerk several times. Anyway I left and when I got to begin the load the truck, the 10 pads I ordered were NOT in there. But I was already an hour late and did not want to have to go to that office to try to get someone to help me. MY LAST TIME to go to such a horrible business. I will send this also to my local BBB, my neighborhood group and anyone else I can help NOT to make the same mistake as I have made TWICE! I returned the truck and two men met me at the return area. I got out of the truck and ask what I needed to do and one man from around the truck said, everything is fine and you are checked out. He said that my receipt would be in an E-Mail. Would the believe I have NEVER received an E-Mail receipt, only your email to please rate your horrible and frustrating service.Craig E.

Old damaged equipment, no stickers to mark damage, no on brought the truck up front. I was handed keys and told to go find it. After walking entire property, it was blocked in. Some one canceled my prepaid 2nd portion of the contract. Never spoke to me, they left a message, but NO ONE ANSWERS THE DAMN PHONE!!!! GREAT FOR COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Worst service ever! Truck had a hole in attic, all my belongings were wet! Took over 1 hr to complete contract, not enough employees to serve the customers! The last couple of times my experience has been disappointing. The staff was not friendly, more what do you want, can't you do it yourself feel. I was having trouble with my mobile check-in and instead of just helping me, the staff member said try this, when I had already said it wasn't working and I ended up back at the counter a second time. Wastingi time. When returning the vehicle, the female staff member was too busy to check me out. Keep doing what you're doing. Amazing customer service, even when in a rushed/overwhelmed with customers situations. Other locations around FW would benefit greatly from they way customer service is done in this store. In a scale from 1 to 10, I rate it 15. Had trouble with the online pick up the guy at the desk didn't seem like he wanted to help. had to use a friends phone to pick the truck up. I truly appreciate that the owner of the U-Haul location I use is involved in the daily operations of his business! In fact he was the one that checked me out. 1. Truck should have been clean on the outside, windshield free of dirt and bugs. 2. Had to walk to rear of complex to retrieve truck myself after paying, should have been brought up. 3. Originally reserved truck for location less than 3 miles from house a couple weeks in advance, two days before truck was to be rented received call that truck had to be picked up ~10 miles away. I really didn't understand why I would make a reservation for a unit and it not be available when I go sign in. I was offered a bigger one, but the ceiling was so low, I wasn't able to keep a few of my items and I had to pay more for it. I do want you to know you may want to watch your video on 7/18/21 afternoon around 2-3pm. Your employee driving your trucks was driving very dangerous..he almost flipped a truck, he was squealing tires as he drove around the corners.. my husband went in to talk to a manager, he was told there was not one on duty.. this employee could have hurt or even killed someone with the way he was driving.
