Extremely poor service at this location. I think the staff was drunk. She was not able to stay still and constantly laughed and joked with other staff members. Instead of assisting the customers, they were in inappropriate behaviors in front of the customers. When I return the trailer, the staff told me I will receive an email. However, I did not. The next day, I went to the store and found out that the staff never checked in my trailer. It was a horrible experience.MEHMET O.

They never checked my vehicle I rented back in, don't answer the phones, called corporate and they couldn't even get ahold of them. I had to waist my time and effort to go the next day after trying to call getting ahold of corporate and they couldn't get anyone to answer at the store. I should be refunded my charges and compensated for my waisted time and effort or just sue. Them not checking my vehicle back in was a breach of contract.RHETT P.
If you know that most people move at the end of the month, have an extra cashier around near the end of the month. Is your competition that fierce that you can't raise prices enough to cover an extra hand? The better reviews from better customer service would likely bring in enough business to cover it. That said, the benefit of using the Uhaul was still well worth the price I paid.Adrian P.

This Austin location & associate who helped me was great. Upon arrival we were informed the Uhaul truck we had since 9/17/201 from DDAR Rentals LLC in Jersey City NJ was given to us incorrectly and this truck # we had was to be returned in Dallas TX. The front desk person at DDAR Rentals LLC in Jersey City mixed up the trucks and didn't match them to the contracts, Since the return of the Uhaul truck to Austin TX I have occurred additional charges from Uhaul for tolls and gas that the person who had my truck did not pay. This entire rental process has been a nightmare with Uhaul and disputing all charges from Uhaul after the return.ELENA R.

When I returned the truck I had the gas where it was on paper.. I was charged for the gas not being where they wanted it to be.. which is ridiculous.. how do a customer suppose to know.. we only do what was asked.. I was charged for being a couple of ounces off wow.. will never get a U-Haul again.. will go to another company that doesn't try to get extra money out of people..TIFFANY D.

While at the location picking up my rental, there were two women working the front desk. They were yelling at customers and upon having to repeat instructions comments were made to each other such as â€œdidnt i just say that?!â€â€¦â€why do i gotta keep repeating myself. Yall dont listenâ€ Throughout the course of my payment process comments continued to be made, along with another woman in a security uniform coming into the location and sitting in the corner. At that point, there was no more talking to me, the customer. A full blown conversation ensued about her new job, one of the desk employees recently returned from a vacation and the other desk girl engaging in conversation while they have customers on both sides of the desk. Comments about it being â€œthe first weekend of the monthâ€ and â€œwhy do they have to do thisâ€ and â€œunfortunately its the first weekend of the month and thats why its too g*d damn busy.â€ Trying to pay and complete my process so i can finish my use of the trailer, the next part outside is what really made my experience VERY UNSATISFACTORY. Again, it WAS a friday and it was the first of the month. The parking lot was busy. PACKEDDDD to say the least but you run a business where people use your services to be able to move in and out, near and far. So its expected. But what's NOT expected is for YOUR STAFF to come outside and begin CUSSING OUT PAYING CUSTOMERS. My trailer was already being loaded so my husband and i were parked funky in two separate cars in order to finish the trailer attachment and leave the location in a orderly fashion. There were other clients waiting patiently for us to move out of the way but they were fine. That is when the employee came outside CUSSING. â€œWhy the f**k are yall parked all reta**ed?! Yall are so f**king stupid to be parking like this? Pull into a f**king spot. How hard is this sh*t?! G*d damn!â€ I believe there was a truck behind me where they had lost their keys or something so it was in the way but i was able to move freely about the premises without any issues so i didnt mind. Comments about How slow they were for misplacing their keys came out, why the f**k would you park here to begin withâ€¦that sort of nature continued to come about. I genuinely hope changes are made. My family and I have used this location FOR YEARS. But after this experience, I'm not sure we will be returning.Ashlee P.

worst experience ever ... i reserved a trailer with a months notice , come to find out when i get there that my trailer was not there ... no one called me to let me know that they had a n issue with my trailer, so i had to go pick it up to a different location which was not even close to convenient for me ... when i got there i asked if i could deliver the trailer to the original address of my reservation , well manager there without even looking or trying to be helpful only said that it would be a 500 dollar charge to drop to a different location, and that he couldn't do anything else for me and that i should call the uhaul number. well i don't think its fair that i should pay for your mistakes ... who is going to pay for my time and gas ? as a big corporation i think you should train your managers to be a little more sympathetic specially when it was your fault ...Will H.
The truck was very dirty. I had to clean the windows before I could even leave the parking lot. There was even still paper inside the truck which was left by the previous driver. Nothing at been sanitized at all. When I pointed this out to the young woman at the desk (I think her name was Camery) when I returned the truck she told me that they don't clean the trucks and that there is nothing that they can do about it. She basically told me that it was not their issue. Then, when I asked for an explanation of one of the charges on my bill, she said, "I don't know. I wasn't here when you got your truck so you must have charged something this morning when you got the truck." I explained I didn't charge anything earlier and asked her to find out what the additional charge was, she stormed out and was muttering under her breath as she went. As it turns out, the charge had nothing to do with what I had done earlier when I picked up the truck. It was for extra miles. Seems like she would have figured that out. Her attitude and lack of professionalism was very terrible and it I had not already had many positive experiences at this location, I would not return here. Her customer service was terrible and it was as if I was putting her out by asking questions. Isn't answering questions her job? And the notion that she would try to tell me that it was not Uhaul's job to clean the trucks? Really?JUDY M.

The only thing I want to see improved is Uhaul's ability to improve hitch installation time. When I called to set an appointment, I was told it will be set for November 7th ! My move was September 22nd! That was the only thing that bothered me. I had to scramble to do a a place to install the hitch for me.LOCTHE P.

This my second time dealing with this location. (at 10125 N I35) Soon as I walk in I'm greeted immediately and I'm in a rental truck within 5 min. The manager at that location is never available. I had paid for 24 hour access which I tried to use and it didn't work and they didn't apologize for it. There was roaches in my unit and no apology that time either. I had to move my stuff and spray everything.Kendra J. | Overall Experience

Counter staff was very professional and caring. I had a reservation at another Uhaul place in Pflugerville and they couldn't find my info and manager was very rude and slow, had a long line waiting for help. I drove to this Uhaul business off Runberg and my experience was the best. I will keep renting from this Uhaul from now on and tell friends and family to do the same. Thank you for a great experience renting from this Uhaul location. Thank you to the gentleman working the counter he was helping his coworker with her customers while helping his own customers. There were numerous damage issues I documented at check in because the pictures of the van were obviously not recent, and the A/C didn't work. However, despite the condition of the van, the cab and the cargo area were very clean. The woman working at the equipment return was very courteous and thorough.MATTHEW M.

My experience at this location was perfect. I was greeted soon as I entered and was in a box truck within just a few minutes. I didn't even have to go back inside for the return because a nice lady met me in the parking area and emailed me my receipt. Highly Recommended!KEVIN R.
This is not the location on the reservation I made yet this is where uhaul stuck me. I chose a place close to where I needed to load the truck because I have limited oxygen so I chose a place that was 5 minutes from my location. Uhaul thew me out about 30 minutes away from where I live just to pickup a truck. I almost ran out of oxygen in my tank because I got stuck sitting in traffic. Very inconvenient and I never got called from uhaul about confirming the day before like they said. Also the mirrors were stuck and the guy said they do not move and I'd have to deal with it that way. Pretty unsafe way to drive if you can't see and the rep doesn't know how to move them.Ernest L.

was supposed to pick up at Three points location in pflugerville and did not receive a call the night before letting me know about the change. when i called in the morning didn't feel like operator was helpful at all and was more annoyed with me having to call. That same night, another order got linked to my account so i had to call back to make sure i wasn't going to be charged for that. even though the pick up and drop off was fine, the overall experience with my reservation was very disappointing and even though I've used uhaul exclusively in the past not sure i will use them again after this experience.WEBB L.

She then put me on hold but before said she was getting someone to better assist me. Another girl got on the phone and was professional at first but then began to cut me off the. Telling me it was my fault o should have taken a picture of my mileage. Things got more rude then she put me on hold I hung up she kept calling me back finally when I answered I asked to speak to her supervisor she was arguing with me about that. She then got a man on the phone claiming to be a supervisor but wouldn't give me his name so he hung up on me. Terrible experience! When I got to the Uhaul facility where I made my reservation, they told me my unit was no longer available. WHAT IS THE POINT OF A RESERVATION SYSTEM IF THE ONLINE RESERVATION IS NOT HONORED! I am lucky they were able to help me find another unit nearby although I am now paying more than I had initially intended to for a unit of the same size. Great staff, terrible reservation system. I am never recommending a uhaul storage unit to anyone and will never use uhaul storage or anything uhaul again. Moving is already a stressful experience, and finding out that the unit you reserved is no longer available when all your furniture is a truck in the parking lot is even more stressful . Improper mask usage. All workers either not wearing, or below nose. Constantly grabbing at center of mask with bare hands and touching everything from paperwork to cards being exchanged. Felt so uncomfortable, as I am moving due to losing family to COVID and and trying to be cautious when this made that impossible. Also given a unit that already had a lock on it and that caused even more issues. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on these actions and the manner workers presented themselves in. I am only grateful for the young woman who fixed the storage unit access issue as fast as possible.
