What can I say about this location that I haven't said before. Everything!!!!!! Got in line. The wait was short. Spoke with Reggie. Of course he has the goods! Blankets and all. We passed them out to homeless people. Ok we did not do that. But if it was colder outside you bet we would. Uhaul and I and Reggie will rule the world with our charity.JACOB W.

Please make sure the equipment is suitable for someone to rent. When you have a blowout on the trailer, and the U bolts are dragging on the ground, it's pretty dangerous for other drivers when there's a car on the trailer. Is a very dangerous situation overall. I was stuck on the bridge halfway in the right lane and because the U-boats were on the ground, I could not get out of the way. The entire situation was not a safe situation for anyone. That trailer should never been rented to anyone at all.Ryan L.

The morning crew (I picked up at 0900) were barely functional. I was ignored by two of the employees, and waited a long time for one guy to check me out. I had done the online check-in. The return group were EXCELLENT. Cheerful and very helpful. I dropped off the trailer at ~ 1730 hrs.DAVID E.

After receiving a text message to take the truck to a location (Pflugerville, TX) 15 miles away instead of the 2 miles (Round Rock, TX)that the closest Uhaul location, they would not accept the truck. We double checked the address that was on the text message which was correct, they still said it was to go to the rental location (Round Rock). I took it back but don't know why the sent me to the wrong location if the first place. This is the second time Uhaul has messed up and I will never use them again.cliff C.

Truck could definitely use a tuneup and alignment. The hesitation when accelerating and the tires are unbalanced. Overall a decent truck but routine maintenance would have made the 3 hour drive less stressful and safer.Sarhonda M.

Returning my equipment manager was very rude . Had customers waiting for him to work on installing a hitch . I ask if anyone was there to help . He was very rude in response . He stated you have to wait just like the others. I used the return section in the app to return the equipment. The only negative is that I had a reservation at 10am and told them that at the desk and they still made me wait in line for 38 minutes to get the truck which delayed my whole day - from the truck to being late for the MovingHelp loading AND the MovingHelp unloading. NOT GOOD!!!Maureen B.

When I returned my rental truck and items the employee said he would check it back in later. There was no one else there and he said of anything was missing he would call me to come back. I rented a dozen blankets and a dolly, I wanted him to verify the returned items but he said if a blanket was missing he would call me so to come back the next day to sort anything missing. After dropping off truck I was leaving back home 150 miles away and would not be able to get back to the rental spot. I would have liked for him to verify the mileage, blankets and dolly in front of me and be on my way home. Why should I have to wait later for the cleared return after leaving the store. He was very professional but joked about me having to come back the next day. After a long day of moving (10 hours) someone my not be in the joking manner and want to be done with a CLEARED RETURN. Showed up on day of pick up. A female employee gave us a hard time n says we were later for pick up, we were 30 min past our pick up time due to traffic. Not a good attitude from her. After the trailer was dropped off, no receipt given n we received a call the next day looking for our trailer. It seemed the employees were not doing their jobs properly n not communicating at all. Was told I would get charged a late fee fir the trailer which was not late.Anthony B.
We had tried to order this part from another U-Haul facility and from our mechanic. Neither could find one for our car which is an old model. This facility found one and installed it. We could not be more pleased.Carolyn G.
Staff did not care. Gentleman who hitched up the trailer and checked the lights said everything was good to go. I got pulled over by county sherif right after leaving uhaul for having no trailer brake lights on the passenger side. When I returned the equipment, I waited 10 minutes for someone to come out, and found no line inside and no employee too be found anywhere. After said employee appeared, she stated that I was set to go and she would check me in. I never received an email confirmation for check in and could not get anyone to answer the phone later that day. I ended up driving back over to uhaul and still couldn't find anyone and there were other customers waiting. Finally got it checked in buy very disappointing. I would appreciate my money back or credit as this experience was awful in every way. I will never be back to this location.Justin E.

The truck had an issue with Engine Hot air leaking into the cab. It was between 135-150 degrees in the cab for 20 hours (with windows down and amAC on. It was so hot my iPhone shit down from temperature. I would like a discount and cannot find anyone to help me. Rental location and return location say I have to call customer service. Having carts to help move is the best ever. Clean and safe storage. Easy move out procedure. You could use another ramp to move from the truck to storage units. There was some confusion about the dimensions of the unit. It was tall when I assumed it was long. The staff was helpful in changing me to a different size that better met our needs. Unfortunately, moving a large piece of furniture into the unit was difficult based on the hallway size and needing to turn several corners. My husband and I were able to manage it, but it was more complicated than imagined. The handcarts would have been very helpful if we had been able to to turn corners with them and the furniture. Again, our issue, but something for others to consider when accepting a unit. We utilized a shoulder dolly system (one we own, but are available for sale in the check-out area) and that was far more helpful.Kristine B. | Online Move In
