Well, I had issues with everyone else when your system went down. I went to pick up a truck on Sunday, no can do. Had to do it on Monday. I understand those issues, but, there should have been a paper backup procedure just in case so people who schedule to pick up or drop-off could do so. Not happy about that. Most companies have a paper backup procedure in place just in case these things happen. So, just a suggestion. Have one in place just in case this happens again.Timothy E.

The only issue i had with the truck was there seemed to be no power at all. Ive used Uhaul alot of times. The truck i had just had no get up and go. I even got off the freeway because of it. The trailer door and hitch was not in great condition. The door jammed several times, and it took a lot to get it down. The coupler also jammed up, and I was unable to unhook the trailer. Due to the many of issues I had, I spent hours just trying to get the trailer to function as needed. Customer service was poor. We were supposed to pick up a truck, trailer and dollies at 9. The truck didn't even get returned until 9:20. Had the person in line behind us not have had a truck we wouldn't have gotten what we paid for. The employee was looking at our order but we had to keep asking him for parts of it (the truck, and dollies). He seemed very incompetent and kept removing his mask to talk.Maria K.

This location was very busy when we dropped off our rental truck. I was disappointed to learn after standing in line that we didn't need to do so, but there weren't any personnel outside when we arrived so there was no way to know the policy. Once the representative assisted us with our return, everything went smoothly and the staff member was friendly. The box might look small, but it held a full-size couch, a dining room table and chairs, an ottoman, a dresser, a cabinet, several boxes of books, and a bookshelf, with room to spare! Whole process was easy and I'd recommend it to anyone!Katherine D.

The app is dumb it had me go all the way across this big parking lot to a locked truck check it out then go back to the office only to get the keys to a different truck (the app assigned a new truck) then it tells you to look for a code on the left (don't say front back only lower left) and the code is on the opposite side. so, the pick up part was fine, the drop off was a little off, we pulled up and the sign says, IF you are there during business hours, you have to wait for a person to come out and help you, but we waited and waited and waited and other people were being waited on so we checked out using the 24/7 method. The sign should say, if you would prefer to check out the 24/7 method, so we did feel like we were breaking the rules, also, the truck was not clean, but asked us if it was clean for the next person and I had to upload pictures??? we drove it to Menards and back and since there was no walk thru before, I am not sure how you can hold others accountable or how I would even argue the fact unless I took photos before?marshall B.

We waited with our rental truck, as the sign at the return lane said, for 15 minutes in the return lane, for someone to come out and check our pick up back in after our rental. We finally went inside to find no customers inside, and one employee at the counter. I told him we'd been waiting for 15 minutes in the return lane, as the sign says, to get our truck checked back in. He then went out and checked it back in. He then told us that most people just come in with the keys to return their rental. NO apology for us waiting 15 minutes for NOTHING!! So they either need to take the sign down, or do what it says. WHY does a simple thing, like returning a rental truck after a 5 hour rental have to be so hard, or complicated?? Also, the inside of the windshield of our Ford F-150 was absolutely filthy!! Looked like it had NEVER been cleaned in the 17,000 mile life of the truck!1Karlynn B.

They called me to setup an arrival time for the container, I called back ten minutes later and they were booked for the day. After that it was difficult to schedule a drop off time and date. They also kept calling me instead of the person receiving the container. I asked them several times to call the person receiving the container and they still continued to call me.
