The urgency of the reps here is lackluster just like other usual locations. It took me an hour to get checked in and rolling. The check in process takes way too long. I did have an issue with my tow harness but I repaired it in ten minutes. The other 50 mins was waiting for service while it was not even busy. It seemed the manager was covering all aspects and not letting the other workers manage the workload.

The Uhaul I was given did not start. I had to run all around town to find jumper cables to start the Uhaul on the morning of my move in day. I had time constraints and various scheduled delivery times that were affected because of my broken Uhaul. When I called to have this issue logged in I was told “oh that happens in the cold sometimes.” Driving the Uhaul was another issue. It would shift into the lower gear randomly and felt like it was a broken truck that was going to fall apart at any minute. Get a Uhaul if you want your move in day to be MORE stressful than it already is.

Our truck was clean but really beat up. Every small bump was jarring and the cab smelled like an ashtray although it was fairly clean. Staff was excellent though.

This location is usually great. However this time when I went to return my trailer there was no one on the lot. I waited 10 minutes and no one came out. So I put the trailer back in its spot, disconnected it myself and brought the hummer wire back inside. I don't know if someone was on break or called in sick or what. The trailer didn't get checked in until the next morning. This is not the normal for this location as they are usually running to help you.

Reese is really a GREAT ASSET to your team!!!! Please don't ever get rid of her. I will always continue to go there as long as she is in charge. She is very helpful and efficient. The team she has as a whole is great and very respectful. And the Bathroom is always clean and fresh whenever I go there that speaks volumes as well.

INBOUND CALL. NOT AN IN-PERSON VISIT. Purpose of call was to pay this month's Past Due Rent for Room 495 over the phone. Bill became Past Due because of a problem on your website which would not allow me to use my credit card for payment. On 11-27-21, at 1:25p ET called 1-800-GO-UHAUL. Reached "Elizabeth" at the Call Center. Explained my dilemma with your website. She processed the credit card payment for me. After completing processing she told me that she was "unable to provide a confirmation or transaction number because the payment is pending." End result, NO PAYMENT RECORDED. Thus, necessitating my phone call to U-Haul RVC on 11-29-21.

I reserved the truck with mobile check in and check out. Had to deal with extremely rude employee in the lot twice. Once picking up and once leaving. When returning I followed instructions on my phone as instructed. As I was about to put key in lock box employee came at me yelling that I have to leave the truck at the service station to be cleaned for covid. I told him I followed the instructions on my phone and nowhere did it say I had to leave it there. He told me to go back and pull the truck around. He says he's cleaning the truck for covid but isn't wearing a mask or gloves, how is that sanitary for the next customer? Was also charged for 2 items I never got. $10 for appliance dolly, and $5 for furniture pads. Terrible experience, will never go there again.

Online check-ins are not user friendly. When that option does not want to be utilized by a customer to check out, checking out with a representative should be an available option. My pickup was delayed because it was insisted I used the uhaul online checkin, which did not work. The truck I rented needed to be serviced for a move within the same town… approximately 7 blocks away. I was unable to utilize the truck for 2 1/2 hours, which was extremely frustrating because move in hours for my new apartment building are only 9-5 M-F.

Easy in and out. They van was relatively new (4k miles), ready, clean, and fueled for the day of moving. Counter person was very helpful. Also, a nice clean location and drive up, the drop off was smooth and the person was great.

The only problem I had was when I first parked the truck it was double parked with the flashers on. When I went to move it truck was completely dead. Mechanic came quickly and put new battery in, told me these trucks will go dead if you leave the flashers on for more than 20 minutes. If true, something you should warn truck renters about

Your customer service was excellent.. Your vehicle's on the other hand should be maintained before releasing for service. The truck rattled so much, I couldn't drive faster than 45 mph. It had a vacuum leak that made a loud hissing noise. Some of the instrument panel light bulbs were out, making driving at night a nuisance.

We were 100% satisfied with the facility until having had an encounter with the manager at the end show and she was very punitive and and hostile . She felt challenged challenged because a product that she recommended was not received with enthusiasm and later sought to pull rank and punish us by insisting we should go up and take a photograph of the room even though it was busy and a staff member was willing and able to go inspect the vacatied room. She was utterly combative and unprofessional. Poor customer sevice. Unlike what she purported in the video which is what appealed to me when I was shopping around. She certainly did a poir show of representating the company.

The move-in was fine, back in 2017 when I moved in, so I don't know why I'm getting this now, but it is typical of the complete lack of communication at the facility. For six months now I have been having major problems with my payments -- checks are lost and then posted 6 months late, checks take weeks and weeks to post, and no one knows what is going on or has any interest in finding out. I had to come personally to the facility to straighten out my account, and then ANOTHER check appeared and was posted 6 months after I sent it in. When I texted the manager (as he had asked me to do about any issued), he has never responded. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING.
