Michael D.The vehicles need to be vacuumed after each use or ask customers not to carry pets in them. I'm allergic to cats, there was cat hair all over under the passenger seat . I got sick and had to request an extension that I wouldn't need otherwise.

Robert S.I have rented Trucks from Uhaul in the past, the this is the first location that all staff members were less than friendly. In a a business which recurring customers are key, customer service essential for the business to survive. UHaul will be my last choice next time I need a moving truck since there are more selections now

Daniel R.The people that work here do not know their foot from their elbow. I returned equipment early after being told I would be credited for the time not used and upon returning it another worker told me the work that said that liked to me and that was true. It sucks uhaul is the only place to rent car trailers. If another company offered these services and he better customer service, Uhaul would be out of work. Every time I try to give this location a chance I have an issue. I plan on going back during the week and speaking with a manager about this. If you use this location, if a worker tells you something make sure to get it in writing

BRENDAN W.I originally requested Mobile pickup due to the location i chose not opening till 10 but when UHAUL changed my pick up location to an open store, when i got there i wasn't able to get help due to it being a Mobile pick up and i was having problems with the Mobile Pick up and couldn't get assistance it was truly aggravating and will definitely play a part in my future decision making with your company

Kenny P. | First ImpressionsINBOUND CALL. NOT AN IN-PERSON VISIT. Purpose of call was to pay this month's Past Due Rent for Room 495 over the phone. Bill became Past Due because of a problem on your website which would not allow me to use my credit card for payment. On 11-27-21, at 1:25p ET called 1-800-GO-UHAUL. Reached "Elizabeth" at the Call Center. Explained my dilemma with your website. She processed the credit card payment for me. After completing processing she told me that she was "unable to provide a confirmation or transaction number because the payment is pending." End result, NO PAYMENT RECORDED. Thus, necessitating my phone call to U-Haul RVC on 11-29-21.

She felt challenged challenged because a product that she recommended was not received with enthusiasm and later sought to pull rank and punish us by insisting we should go up and take a photograph of the room even though it was busy and a staff member was willing and able to go inspect the vacatied room. She was utterly combative and unprofessional. Poor customer sevice. Unlike what she purported in the video which is what appealed to me when I was shopping around. She certainly did a poir show of representating the company.

Between getting stuck in the elevator or waiting over 15 minutes for the elevator, we decided to take our business elsewhere. There were a few that were very helpful, and I would like to commend Mish on his help with trying to get the elevator working up to par, and quickly assisting us on getting out of the building. I do not plan on utilizing Uhaul for future business.

JEANNEMARIE H. | First ImpressionsThe move-in was fine, back in 2017 when I moved in, so I don't know why I'm getting this now, but it is typical of the complete lack of communication at the facility. For six months now I have been having major problems with my payments -- checks are lost and then posted 6 months late, checks take weeks and weeks to post, and no one knows what is going on or has any interest in finding out. I had to come personally to the facility to straighten out my account, and then ANOTHER check appeared and was posted 6 months after I sent it in. When I texted the manager (as he had asked me to do about any issued), he has never responded. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING.

One comment, not sure if it is solvable with the current facility, the freight elevator door takes a lot of strength to pull down. Far more than my wife could handle and thereby she could never go to the facility without me.

Robert S. | Overall ExperienceReese Baccas extended me a VIP credit for having rented space at this location for over a decade. She was very professional and personable. Although I would like to stay at this storage facility I need to find one that is cleaner and more conducive to storing my wardrobe. My clothing has mold on it and many fine pieces of clothing, especially leather clothing and shoes is ruined. Moreover, the freight elevator is inconvenient and clumsy for getting to my space and for moving stored items.
